Creekside Mobile Home Park Introduce
When searching for “RV parks near me” in the Angleton, Texas area, Creekside Mobile Home Park, located at 4719 Old Angleton Road, Angleton, TX 77515, USA, is one option to consider. You can contact them at (979) 215-6891 or +1 979-215-6891. While one reviewer described it as a “pretty calm place to live” overall, the available customer feedback highlights some significant issues that potential residents should carefully evaluate before deciding to stay here, whether in an RV or a mobile home.
One of the most concerning reviews details a homeowner’s experience of losing their house due to alleged negligence from the owner. This resulted in a protracted and frustrating process dealing with the owner’s insurance company. The reviewer specifically mentions poor communication skills and a lack of professionalism from the owner, leading to a delay of approximately six months to receive payment for the total damage to their property. This experience underscores the importance for potential residents to thoroughly understand their rights and the park’s policies regarding liability and insurance. The reviewer strongly advises future residents to be aware of relevant laws and to seek legal consultation, as well as to meticulously document all conversations and requests made to the management.
Another review update describes an incident involving police presence at the park due to what the reviewer terms “unsubstantiated neighbor talk.” The situation escalated to the point where the individuals who prompted the police call reportedly advised the reviewer based on their familial connections in government, the Air Force, and the police. This anecdote suggests potential issues with neighborly relations and the handling of disputes within the park. The mention of “what trailer park we live in” could imply a perception of the community that might be relevant for some prospective residents.
Furthermore, this updated review delves into issues related to technology and surveillance within the park. The reviewer mentions difficulties with WiFi and the use of VPN live cameras, suggesting potential conflicts or concerns related to privacy and monitoring. The reference to LED flashlights being used to “blind” cameras and the presence of “old skool LAN cameras that are impenetrable” paints a picture of a community where surveillance and counter-surveillance might be a point of contention or interest for some residents. While these details might be specific to this reviewer’s situation, they could indicate a level of neighborly conflict or management involvement in monitoring that prospective residents should be aware of.
Considering the available reviews, while Creekside Mobile Home Park might offer a seemingly calm environment in general, there are significant red flags raised regarding management practices, insurance handling in cases of damage, communication, and potential neighborly disputes leading to police involvement. The detailed account of property loss due to alleged negligence and the subsequent difficulties in resolving the insurance claim are particularly serious concerns. The incident involving police and neighbor disputes, along with the mentions of surveillance and technology workarounds, further suggests a potentially complex social environment within the park.
For individuals searching for “RV parks near me” in Angleton, it is crucial to weigh the potential for a calm living environment against the reported challenges. The lack of positive feedback regarding management responsiveness or community harmony, coupled with the specific negative experiences shared, should prompt prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence. This might include visiting the park, speaking with current residents if possible, and carefully reviewing the park’s rules and regulations, as well as understanding their own legal rights as tenants.
Given the limited information about the park’s amenities, services, or promotional offers, the primary source of insight comes from the customer reviews, which unfortunately highlight significant negative experiences. Therefore, instead of focusing on typical promotional aspects, it is more critical to emphasize the need for caution and thorough investigation for anyone considering residing at Creekside Mobile Home Park. The advice from one reviewer to seek legal consultation and document all interactions with management should be taken seriously by potential future residents.
In conclusion, while Creekside Mobile Home Park is located in Angleton, TX and might present itself as a calm place to live, the available reviews indicate potential serious issues related to management negligence, insurance processes, communication, and neighborly relations. Individuals searching for “RV parks near me” should carefully consider these reported experiences and conduct thorough research before making a decision about staying at this property. It would be prudent to contact the park management with specific questions based on these reviews and to seek additional perspectives from other sources if possible.

Creekside Mobile Home Park Reviews
Make sure to know the laws and get a consultation with a Lawyer in case you have a similar case than mine, and save any conversation or request you have with the management. I lost my house because a negligence from the owner and it was a very annoying process because of the owner’s insurance and the owner trying to be cheap, poor communication skills and professionalism. They took almost 6 months to pay me for a total damage house case. Besides that pretty calm place to live.
