Del Prado Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to Del Prado Mobile Home Park, located at 1616 S Euclid St in Anaheim, California. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living in the Anaheim area, Del Prado Mobile Home Park presents a community with positive aspects such as cleanliness and apparent good maintenance, as highlighted by recent online reviews. However, these reviews also point out significant considerations regarding guest parking and specific rules related to the pool and jacuzzi areas.
While mobile home parks can offer a stable and community-oriented living environment, it's crucial to understand the specific policies and amenities of each park. Del Prado Mobile Home Park seems to prioritize cleanliness and maintenance, which are valuable attributes. However, its parking regulations and pool area rules warrant careful attention from prospective residents and their visitors.
Environment and Location:
Situated on South Euclid Street in Anaheim, Del Prado Mobile Home Park benefits from its location within a well-established part of the city. Euclid Street is a major thoroughfare, providing residents with access to various commercial establishments, including shopping centers, restaurants, and services. The proximity to major roads likely offers convenient transportation options throughout Anaheim and the broader Orange County area.
One reviewer notes that "the park is clean and appears well maintained," which suggests a community that takes pride in its physical appearance. This can contribute to a more pleasant living environment for residents. The positive initial impression of cleanliness and maintenance is a significant advantage of Del Prado Mobile Home Park.
However, the reviews also highlight a notable drawback concerning the parking situation. Visitors reportedly face challenges in finding parking, and residents with more vehicles than fit in their driveways apparently need to rent or buy additional parking spaces. This policy can lead to inconvenience for both residents and their guests, requiring either a search for limited visitor spots or the need for residents to shuffle vehicles to accommodate company. This parking situation is a key environmental and logistical factor for potential residents to consider, especially if they frequently have visitors or own multiple vehicles.
Services and Amenities:
The reviews mention a few specific amenities at Del Prado Mobile Home Park. The presence of a pool and a jacuzzi is noted, suggesting recreational facilities are available for residents. One reviewer mentions that the "clubhouse was welcoming," indicating a communal space that can be used for events or gatherings, as they hosted a birthday party there.
However, there are also specific observations about the pool and jacuzzi areas. The jacuzzi is described as having "a little too many chemicals," which could be a concern for residents who use this amenity. The pool is "monitored," implying some level of supervision, but it is explicitly stated that there is "no lifeguard with cpr on duty," with the monitoring limited to making a call in case of emergency. This is important information for families with children or individuals concerned about pool safety.
A specific policy regarding the pool area also impacts guest parking. Visitors staying late reportedly need a pass from the "pool monitor" to avoid being towed after midnight. This indicates a strict enforcement of parking rules, especially for guests, and a connection between pool usage and parking regulations.
The need to rent or buy extra parking spaces for residents with additional vehicles suggests that parking within the park may be limited and that residents cannot assume that overflow parking will be readily available for their own use.
The reviews do not provide information about other standard mobile home park services such as laundry facilities or maintenance responsiveness. However, the comment about the park appearing "well maintained" offers a positive indication regarding the upkeep of the community as a whole.
For individuals considering Del Prado Mobile Home Park as a potential "RV park near me," it would be crucial to inquire about the availability of RV spaces, the types of hookups provided, and any specific regulations for RV residents, including parking. The existing parking challenges highlighted in the reviews might also apply to RVs and their guests.
Features and Lifestyle:
The lifestyle at Del Prado Mobile Home Park appears to be characterized by a clean and well-maintained environment with access to amenities like a pool, jacuzzi, and clubhouse. The welcoming clubhouse suggests a potential for community events and social interaction among residents.
However, the restrictive parking policies, particularly for guests, could impact the social lives of residents who frequently have visitors. The need for guests staying late to obtain a pass to avoid towing adds a layer of complexity to having company.
The concerns about the chemical levels in the jacuzzi and the lack of a lifeguard at the pool are also factors that could affect residents' enjoyment and safety while using these amenities.
For those interested in "mobile homes for sale Anaheim CA," Del Prado Mobile Home Park might be an appealing option due to its cleanliness and maintenance. However, the parking situation and pool policies would need to be carefully considered based on individual needs and lifestyle.
Similarly, for those searching for "RV parks near me" in Anaheim, Del Prado Mobile Home Park's cleanliness and amenities might be attractive. However, thorough inquiries about RV-specific parking, hookups, and any applicable rules, including those related to guests, would be essential.
Promotional Information and Opportunities:
Based on the limited review data available online, there is no specific promotional information or special offers mentioned for Del Prado Mobile Home Park. The positive comments about cleanliness and the welcoming clubhouse serve as indirect positive attributes of the community.
To obtain information about current lot availability for mobile homes or RVs, pricing, and any potential opportunities or specific promotions, interested individuals should contact Del Prado Mobile Home Park directly at (714) 635-2322 or +1 714-635-2322. Speaking with the management would be the best way to get the most up-to-date details and to inquire about the process of becoming a resident, as well as to clarify the parking and pool usage policies.
For those looking to purchase a mobile home in Anaheim and reside in a clean and well-maintained community with amenities, Del Prado Mobile Home Park could be a place to explore, with a clear understanding of the parking limitations and pool rules. Similarly, RV owners seeking a potentially clean and maintained long-term spot should inquire about RV site availability and terms, paying close attention to parking regulations for themselves and their visitors.
Conclusion:
Del Prado Mobile Home Park in Anaheim, CA, offers a clean and apparently well-maintained living environment with amenities such as a pool, jacuzzi, and welcoming clubhouse. However, it has notable drawbacks, particularly concerning guest parking, which is described as tricky and potentially requiring the rental or purchase of extra spaces for residents with multiple vehicles. Additionally, visitors staying late at the pool need a pass to avoid towing, and the pool lacks a lifeguard. The jacuzzi's chemical levels are also a point of concern.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living in Anaheim, Del Prado Mobile Home Park presents a community with positive upkeep but restrictive parking and pool policies. Prospective residents should contact the park directly at (714) 635-2322 or +1 714-635-2322 to obtain detailed information about current availability, pricing, and all regulations, especially those related to parking for residents and guests, as well as the rules and conditions for using the pool and jacuzzi. Understanding these policies will be crucial in determining if Del Prado Mobile Home Park meets their individual needs and lifestyle.

Del Prado Mobile Home Park Reviews
Visiting our friends is always nice. The park is clean and appears well maintained. The one draw back is the parking situation. Apparently you have to rent or buy spaces to park if you have more vehicles than what fit in your driveway. So visitors either have to park wherever they can find space or your friends have to shuffle vehicles to accommodate visits. Not liking that...
Mar 02, 2021 · Frank Di MuccioMy daughter lives here. Guest parking is tricky. If you stay late you need a pass from the pool monitor or they tow about midnight. I know the policy so i haven't been towed. The jacuzzi has a little to many chemicals. We had a birthday party there. The clubhouse was welcoming. The pool is monitored but no lifeguard with cpr on duty. Just to make a call...

Apr 18, 2024 · Janice O'connorI was visiting a resident of this mobile home for New Years and was staying from the 30th to the 2nd. I was towed the night I got here and had to go get my car on New Year’s Eve. There was no indication of were visitors could park so I had parked in a spot next to the home I was visiting. Each parking spot had a reserved imprint so I considered them all the same. I had called and was transferred to an emergency pickup line were they gave me very limited info on parking procedures at this location. I was only informed that the “weekend help” people had called to tow because it was their spot but then I was later told that a resident had called because the car was there for hours, meanwhile I had only been there for less that 3 hours. Sad to say I will be walking away with a $340 tow fee and no idea on how it could have been prevented.
Jan 01, 2022 · Nico BarraganGreat Place I have a close friend who is living inside the community. Neighborhood is quiet not as much noise eventhough there is some little gathering going on with some of the units. Yeah pretty awesome place.
