Fairlane Estates Introduce
Are you currently searching for "RV parks near me" that offer long-term residency or are considering mobile home living in the Garden Grove, California area? Fairlane Estates, located at 12560 Haster St, Garden Grove, CA 92840, USA, presents a residential community with strongly contrasting opinions among its residents, as reflected in the available online reviews. One review paints a concerning picture of decline, while another offers high praise for the management and maintenance. To obtain a balanced and current understanding of the park's environment, services, features, and availability for long-term RV or mobile home living, direct contact with the management at (714) 971-2873 or +1 714-971-2873 is essential.
One long-term resident provides a deeply critical account of Fairlane Estates, contrasting its past with its present state. This reviewer states that the "Place used to be a nice place to live and own mobil house, and have your kids growing there, But Now its very BAD!!" They enumerate a series of significant concerns, including "Trash all over," instances of theft and car burglaries, and dangerous speeding within the driveways. The reviewer also mentions disruptive weekend behavior involving recreational vehicles and motorcycles being used recklessly, as well as issues with "drunk people all over" and the harassment of young girls by "drunk men on front of houses." A lack of visible security is also highlighted, along with alleged daytime theft by homeless individuals. Furthermore, this reviewer expresses dissatisfaction with the attitude of the park staff, particularly mentioning a negative experience with a lady named Silvia at the front. The review concludes with a strong recommendation for prospective residents to "search other place to live or buy" and labels the park as "terrible" and the management as "even worse." Adding to these concerns, the same reviewer notes "Dog poop everywhere no one picks up after their animals," indicating a further decline in the park's environment.
In stark contrast to this highly negative assessment, another reviewer offers a glowing evaluation, describing Fairlane Estates as a "Very nice well maintained park!" This reviewer specifically praises the manager, Christian, as "amazing," stating that "the residents and management company are Lucky to have a manager that truly care’s about his role and the community!" This feedback suggests a positive experience with the current management and the overall upkeep of the park. The significant divergence between these two reviews underscores the importance of direct inquiry and perhaps a personal visit to form an objective opinion.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," prospective residents will need to determine if Fairlane Estates accommodates RVs for long-term stays. Mobile home parks sometimes have designated areas or specific lots for RVs, offering a more permanent arrangement than traditional short-term RV parks. If you are an RVer seeking a long-term community in the Garden Grove area, you should specifically inquire with the management about the availability of RV sites, the amenities provided for RVs (such as hookups for water, electricity, and sewage), the lease terms, and the community rules applicable to RV residents. Given the serious safety and environmental concerns raised in one review, it would be particularly important to ask about security measures and park maintenance if considering long-term RV living here.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of the environment within Fairlane Estates, it would be beneficial to ask the management about the overall atmosphere of the park, addressing the starkly different viewpoints presented in the reviews. Inquire about current security protocols, maintenance schedules for common areas, rules regarding pet waste, and measures taken to ensure the safety and well-being of residents, especially children and young adults. Understanding the management's response to the concerns raised in the negative review will be crucial in evaluating the current living conditions.
In terms of services and features, you should inquire about essential services such as laundry facilities, waste disposal, recreational areas, and pet policies. For mobile home residents, understanding the lot sizes, landscaping responsibilities, and any restrictions on home improvements or modifications is important. For RV residents, inquire about the size and type of RVs accommodated, the amperage of electrical hookups, and the availability of water and sewage connections at each site. Given the positive review's mention of a well-maintained park, it would be useful to get specific examples of what this maintenance entails.
The provided information does not include any promotional details. Therefore, it is essential to directly ask the management about any current special offers for new residents, whether for mobile home lots or RV spaces. Inquire about move-in incentives, discounted rates for long-term leases, or any other promotions that might be available. Understanding the financial aspects, including lot fees, rental rates for mobile homes (if applicable), and any additional charges, is crucial for making an informed decision, especially in light of the contrasting views on the park's overall quality.
In conclusion, Fairlane Estates in Garden Grove, CA, presents a community with strongly divergent opinions among its residents. One long-term resident describes a significant decline in safety, cleanliness, and overall quality of life, while another praises the current manager and the park's maintenance. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" with potential for long-term stays or those interested in mobile home living in the Garden Grove area, it is imperative to contact the management at (714) 971-2873 or +1 714-971-2873 to obtain detailed and current information about the park's environment, services, features, security measures, and any available promotions. Given the serious allegations in one of the reviews, a thorough and cautious approach to evaluating Fairlane Estates is strongly advised, potentially including a visit to the property to assess the conditions firsthand.

Fairlane Estates Reviews
This Place used to be a nice place to live and own mobil house, and have your kids growing there, But Now its very BAD!! Trash all over, things get stolen, cars get burglarized, people speeding at hight speeds in drive ways, on weekends people use their recreational vehicles like razors, motorcycles like they in Baja, drunk people all over, our young girls getting harrazed!!! By drunk men on front of houses, theres no security or if there is you will never see it. Homeless people taking things even during the Day!!! The people that work in this place have a terrible attitud you can see them on their golf car sitting on their phone. So I would suggest new people to search other place to live or buy. This park is terrible!!! Manament it's even worse specially the lady Silvia at the front!.Adding, Dog poop everywhere no one picks up after their animals, it's just worse and worse place!!

Mar 29, 2024 · Josh GonzalesHome is what u make of it. It’s a great lil community everyone knows everyone u got ur occasional chismoso but other then that it’s a quite place. The pools r clean. The dumpster area isn’t a dam mess like in most apartment or housing community areas. They should in my opinion get a security to make some rounds at night due to the area it’s in it can b scary walking home at night. No weirdos there on perimeter but they do tend to drift.
