Downtown Riverside RV Park, located at 250 S Locust St, North Little Rock, AR 72114, USA, might be the perfect destination for you. You can reach them at (501) 340-5312 or +1 501-340-5312 to inquire about availability and make reservations. This RV park boasts a lovely setting directly on the river and has undergone recent renovations, making it an appealing choice for both short and potentially longer stays.
Recent customer reviews paint a positive picture of Downtown Riverside RV Park. One reviewer noted significant improvements since their last visit, highlighting that the RV park has "undergone renovations" resulting in "paved roads, sites, and bath houses." These upgrades suggest a commitment to providing a comfortable and well-maintained environment for guests. Paved roads and sites can enhance accessibility and reduce dust, while renovated bath houses contribute to a more pleasant and hygienic experience.
The environment of Downtown Riverside RV Park is described as a "lovely setting right on the river," offering scenic views and a potentially tranquil atmosphere. The reviewer also noted that it is "quiet" and "clean," which are highly desirable qualities for any RV park. The riverfront location likely provides opportunities for relaxation and enjoying nature, all while being close to urban amenities. The combination of a peaceful setting and natural beauty makes this RV park particularly attractive.
In terms of services, the recent renovations indicate an upgrade to the infrastructure, including the bath houses. While specific details about hookups (water, sewer, electricity) at each site are not explicitly mentioned in the reviews, it is standard for RV parks to provide these essential services. The mention of paved roads and sites suggests a well-organized and accessible layout. The availability of clean bath houses is a significant service that contributes to the comfort and convenience of guests.
The features of Downtown Riverside RV Park extend beyond the physical infrastructure and natural setting. One of the most notable features is its convenient location, offering "easy parking" and being within "walking distance to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing." This urban accessibility is a significant advantage, allowing guests to easily explore the attractions and amenities of North Little Rock without the need for extensive travel. The ability to walk to dining, retail, and tourist spots adds considerable value and convenience to the stay.
Management is also highlighted as a positive feature, with one reviewer describing them as "nice & friendly." Welcoming and helpful management can greatly enhance the overall experience at an RV park, making guests feel more comfortable and well-cared for. This positive interaction with staff can contribute to a more enjoyable and stress-free stay.
One reviewer specifically mentioned staying one night in "site 21/21b" and was already planning a return visit to "explore the area." This strong positive feedback and the desire to return indicate a high level of satisfaction with the RV park and its location. The fact that they felt compelled to plan a future visit speaks volumes about their positive experience.
Despite the overwhelmingly positive feedback, one reviewer did mention a minor issue with the "online reservation system," which "wouldn't allow a same day booking, saying all sites were full." However, upon calling the office, they "were able to book and there were plenty of unoccupied sites available." This suggests a potential discrepancy or limitation in the online booking system for same-day reservations. It is advisable for potential guests to call the office directly, especially for last-minute bookings, to ensure accurate availability information.

Apr 28, 2025 · Marcy “msbones” PolzinWhat a pleasant surprise! Easy parking, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Management is nice & friendly. We stayed one night in site 21/21b, and we're already planning to make a return visit to explore the area.
May 02, 2025 · Cindy WestDowntown Riverside RV Park is a great place to stay. We were very pleasantly surprised at the unique campsite. We like level, concrete sites and having a view of the Arkansas River, gated security, dump station, and the pedestrian bridge, were a real “plus!” There is lots to do in Little Rock and Hot Springs, which is not that far away! We are going back. In fact, we have made it our “go to” campground when we are in the area. Highly recommend this park.Camping Girl
Mar 14, 2025 · Juana BaconRight on the river, with best access to the presidential museum & local theater & Little Rock.A nice feature - Would have liked to travel across the pedestrian bridge to activities, but it rained the 3 days we were there.
Apr 26, 2025 · Janice GirouardWe rented an RV for our anniversary one year, and it was amazing! We include our kids and of course, they thought it was the coolest thing. This park was so quiet and it was peaceful looking out on the river and seeing the bridge lit up.
