Duck RV Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" and your travels or intended stay bring you to the vicinity of Pleasanton, Texas, Duck RV Park, located at 816 N Mansfield St, Pleasanton, TX 78064, USA, is one option that may appear in your search results. When evaluating potential RV parks, it is essential to consider various factors such as the environment, services offered, and the overall experience reported by other users. The information available online provides some initial insights into Duck RV Park based on customer reviews.
It is important to note that the publicly available feedback for Duck RV Park presents a somewhat critical perspective. One reviewer recounts an experience of being "harassed" by the owner/landlord while visiting the property to provide lawn care services for some residents. This individual's account includes a statement attributed to the owner asserting himself as the sole "lawn guy around here," which is juxtaposed with the reviewer's observation that "90% of his property the grass was at least two feet tall." This review raises concerns regarding property maintenance and the interactions visitors or service providers might have with the management.
Another review offers a direct assessment of the park's suitability for RVs, stating, "This place is not a rv park it is a field of weeds, not a level spot at all." This feedback directly addresses crucial aspects for RV travelers, particularly the condition of the grounds and the availability of level parking sites. The reviewer's disappointment is evident in their statement, "We need a stop. It's my fault we should have just kept on going. It's not on our list," suggesting a significant discrepancy between their expectations of an RV park and the reality of Duck RV Park based on their experience.
Based on these two customer reviews, the available information paints a picture of a property that may have significant shortcomings in terms of maintenance and the quality of the RV parking environment. The description of the area as a "field of weeds" and the lack of level spots are critical issues for RV owners who require stable and well-maintained sites for their vehicles. Furthermore, the reported negative interaction with the owner raises concerns about the overall management style and the potential experience for guests or residents.
Given this information, individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in Pleasanton, Texas, should approach Duck RV Park with caution and consider these reviews as part of their decision-making process. While these are only two accounts, they highlight potential issues that are important for RV travelers, such as site conditions and management interactions. It is advisable to seek additional information or potentially consider alternative RV parks in the Pleasanton area to ensure a more satisfactory experience.
As the provided information is limited to these two reviews, a comprehensive understanding of all services and features offered by Duck RV Park is not possible. Details regarding amenities such as hook-ups (water, electricity, sewer), restroom and shower facilities, laundry services, Wi-Fi availability, or recreational areas are not mentioned in the given feedback. Therefore, prospective visitors would need to seek this information directly from the park management, keeping in mind the experiences reported by other individuals.
Similarly, no promotional information or specific features intended to attract visitors are available in the provided text. The absence of positive feedback or descriptions of appealing aspects of the park makes it challenging to assess any potential benefits of choosing Duck RV Park based solely on this information. Potential visitors would need to conduct further research or perhaps visit the location themselves to form a more complete opinion, while being mindful of the concerns raised in the existing reviews.
In conclusion, for those searching for "RV parks near me" in Pleasanton, Texas, the available customer feedback for Duck RV Park at 816 N Mansfield St highlights potential concerns regarding property maintenance, the condition of RV sites (specifically the lack of level spots and the presence of weeds), and interactions with the owner/landlord. Prospective visitors are strongly advised to consider these points and seek additional information from other sources or directly from the park before making a decision. Exploring alternative "RV parks near me" in the Pleasanton area may be prudent to ensure a more suitable and enjoyable stay.

Duck RV Park Reviews
The owner/landlord is a jerk. I was there to cut some yards of a couple residents and he proceeded to harass me. He said "I am the lawn guy around here" but 90% of his property the grass was at least two feet tall.

Oct 08, 2023 · Bill MasonI have lived here for 8months now. Single and struggling. Been threw a couple jobs. The 1st month I had all rent. Every month after that he was kind to work with me. By taking cash as I made it. Sometimes it took me all month but I paid. Now for some reason I'm being evicted.. with late charges. Never had to pay late charges before. I don't know what happen. I thought this was my place of living never look at it like a vacation spot. The covic-19 I thought we weren't supposed to kick out. What you have here is a lot of goosip rumors and board people.
