We highly recommend the Dunn Right RV Park! Our daughter moved to Houston several years ago from Ohio. She met a wonderful guy, got married, began a career and has planted roots here in Texas. We knew that we would need to find a nice place to stay close by during our visits. As soon as we found the Dunn Right RV Park's website and spoke with Brandi and Jason on the phone to make reservations, we knew that we had found the right place! The RV Park is amazing...it is beautiful, clean, safe and quiet! The sites are huge and amenities are great! Brandi and Jason are so friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests that you may have. The park is close to everything that you will need during your stay. We stayed here for about a year. We have 3 children and 2 small dogs. They had fun events for the holidays that the kids loved. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and nice. The laundry room was also very clean. There is a pool and hot tub. There is a nice shelf for small kids to play on. I would run at night felt safe and secure. Really a great place to visit or live full time. Very close to shops and restaurants.

We are a full-time RV family and rely heavily on reviews, but our experience here did not align with the 4.8-star rating—we feel completely misled by both the reviews and the information on their website.Our biggest complaint is poor customer service and deceptive billing. We booked and paid $1,243 upfront for a stay from Jan 17 - Mar 23, with expectations of only electricity billed separately. Our invoice even stated, "all paid up." However, in February, we were unexpectedly received a bill for $979.77, despite believing we were covered through March 22. When we questioned it, Jake initially told us he needed to combine invoices and apply our online payment, yet somehow, we were still being charged nearly $600 more than expected. We sent him a copy of the invoice confirming our "all paid up" status and requested a bill for electricity only. Instead of resolving the issue, he said the owner would reach out.When Brandi called, it became clear we were nothing more than a number in their system and a dollar sign in their books. She claimed their system shouldn’t have allowed us to book online and that we should have called instead. I explained that it wasn’t our fault their system made an error, and our agreement clearly stated we were paid through March 22. She refused to acknowledge their mistake, showed no willingness to work with us, and insisted we still owed more money if we wanted to stay. When I asked what date their system showed us as paid through, she said we only had six days left (until Feb 23)—completely contradicting our invoice. Since they had no desire to honor what was paid, we chose to leave rather than continue dealing with their dishonesty.Beyond the customer service, the amenities were just as misleading. We specifically booked this park for the hot tub, but it was cold and unusable more often than not. The office has no set hours, so getting help requires luck. The pickleball courts are an additional cost to use, despite being listed as an amenity. The food truck and watering hole were never open during our stay, except one Super Bowl potluck that was resident held.Brandi and Jake's unwillingness to take responsibility for their own system’s errors left us feeling disrespected and misled, and we would not return.

If you are looking for a family oriented, safe, clean place to stay short term or long, this is it. The owners are very personable, helpful in any way. The waterin whole is a great place for meeting others and having good clean fun for the whole family. I would rate it a top 20 all the way around if there were enough stars. The grounds and public buildings are kept top notch. You will find young families to elderly and everyone in between as well as singles male and female. As a single senior, I always felt safe and like I was surrounded with a village family. There is plenty of shopping and great restaurants within a few miles, fire dept - EMA is within a half mile
