Eastgate Mobile Home Park Introduce
Located at 1751 E Ohio Pike #147 in Amelia, Ohio, Eastgate Mobile Home Park offers a residential option for those seeking affordable housing within the broader category of "rv parks near me." While primarily a mobile home park with longer-term leases, its features and community atmosphere make it relevant for local users looking for a place to settle. Based on the available customer reviews, Eastgate Mobile Home Park provides new and spacious mobile homes within a generally quiet and family-friendly environment, although there are certain aspects that prospective residents should consider.
The environment at Eastgate Mobile Home Park is described as "generally quiet and safe," which can be a significant draw for those seeking a peaceful living environment. One resident highlighted living in a new three-bedroom mobile home, noting the advantage of "lots more space for the money." This suggests that the park offers relatively spacious living options at an affordable price point, which can be particularly appealing to families or individuals needing more room without a higher cost. The community is also noted as "family friendly," indicating that it is likely to be a welcoming environment for residents with children.
In terms of services and management, Adam in the office is consistently praised for being "kind and responsive." This positive feedback suggests that residents can expect a helpful and communicative point of contact for their needs and inquiries. Regarding maintenance, one resident mentioned that while responses have been "a little slow," all issues that needed fixing were ultimately resolved. This indicates that while there might be room for improvement in the timeliness of maintenance services, the necessary repairs are eventually completed. It's important for prospective residents to weigh the affordability and space benefits against the potential for slower maintenance response times.
Several features of Eastgate Mobile Home Park can be gleaned from the reviews. The availability of "new 3 bedroom mobile homes" is a significant feature, offering modern living spaces with ample room. The family-friendly nature of the community, coupled with the generally quiet and safe neighborhood, adds to its appeal for a broad range of residents. However, there are also certain aspects that might be considered drawbacks. One resident mentioned the requirement to "maintain your own lawn," which could be a negative for those who prefer not to handle yard work. Additionally, there was a concern raised about "so many homes are just sitting empty after someone moves out," which could potentially impact the sense of community or raise questions about occupancy rates within the park. Another issue noted was indoor cats getting fleas from outdoor cats in the community, suggesting a potential issue with pest control or the presence of unmanaged outdoor animals. Finally, a concerning observation was "lots of homes have mold all over the exterior," which could indicate potential maintenance or environmental issues within the park that prospective residents should be aware of.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the reviews. However, the affordability of the new, spacious mobile homes can be seen as an implicit promotional aspect, especially for those seeking more space for their money in the Amelia, Ohio area. The family-friendly atmosphere and the generally quiet and safe environment could also be considered promotional points aimed at attracting families and individuals looking for a peaceful community.
Considering the platform category "rv parks near me," Eastgate Mobile Home Park, while offering longer-term mobile home rentals, still falls within the broader spectrum of housing options that local users might explore under this category. The availability of new homes and the family-friendly environment could be attractive to individuals or families looking for a more permanent living situation than what is typically offered in a traditional RV park. The affordability factor further enhances its relevance for those seeking cost-effective housing solutions in the Amelia, OH area.
In conclusion, Eastgate Mobile Home Park offers the advantage of new and spacious mobile homes at an affordable price within a generally quiet and family-friendly community in Amelia, Ohio. The management, particularly Adam in the office, is noted for being kind and responsive. However, prospective residents should be aware of potential drawbacks such as potentially slow maintenance response times, the requirement for individual lawn maintenance, the presence of empty homes, potential issues with outdoor cats and fleas, and the reported mold on the exterior of some homes. It is crucial for interested parties to weigh these factors when considering Eastgate Mobile Home Park as their next residence.
For local users searching within the "rv parks near me" category who are interested in a longer-term, affordable housing option in a family-friendly environment, Eastgate Mobile Home Park presents a viable choice. The availability of new, spacious homes is a significant draw. However, it is recommended that potential residents conduct a thorough visit to the park, if possible, to assess the condition of the homes, the overall environment, and to inquire about the park's policies regarding maintenance, pet control, and the management of vacant properties. Direct communication with the management at (513) 797-0056 can provide further clarity and address any specific concerns.
In summary, Eastgate Mobile Home Park offers an affordable living option with new and spacious mobile homes in a generally quiet and family-friendly setting. While the management is reported to be kind and responsive, potential residents should be mindful of the reported issues regarding maintenance timeliness, lawn care responsibilities, vacant homes, pest concerns related to outdoor cats, and the presence of mold on some exteriors. A balanced perspective, considering both the advantages of affordability and space and the potential drawbacks, is essential for making an informed decision about residing in Eastgate Mobile Home Park.

Eastgate Mobile Home Park Reviews
I’m living in a new 3 bedroom mobile home. Lots more space for the money. Neighborhood is generally quiet and safe. Maintenance has been a little slow to respond but has fixed everything that needed fixed. Adam in the office has always been kind and responsive. You have to maintain your own lawn which is a negative for me. Generally I’m happy here. I’ve lived here a year and just renewed my lease. I’m a little concerned because so many homes are just sitting empty after someone moves out. My indoor cats got fleas from the outdoor cats in the community. I took care of the problem myself. Lots of homes have mold all over the exterior.
Jan 04, 2025 · Ashley SternThis community is family friendly and located near a lot of conveniences. Adam does a great job at taking care of things and maintaining the community.
Mar 26, 2025 · Nicole ParkerI like it. Better then a hotel. Is a good start to save and upgrade
Sep 21, 2024 · Sophia WilsonThe mobile homes looked fabulous years ago when this place was purchased and redone. Now it looks quite bad, most units aren't well taken care of by tenants or management it would seem.
Dec 29, 2024 · Kyle SandersVery affordable community relative to the current market. I feel safe allowing my children to play here without excessive worries about their safety. The management is responsive and communicative. If I don't speak directly to the property manager, I leave a message and I hear back quickly. Maintenance is diligent and does well to handle issues quickly. The property is generally well maintained and clean. I definitely recommend for those looking for a safe and clean place to live
