Easy Living Estate Introduce
For local users in Stephenson, Virginia, and the surrounding areas who are searching under the category "rv parks near me" but are considering long-term residential options, Easy Living Estate, located at 2489 Martinsburg Pike # 3, Stephenson, VA 22656, presents a mobile home park with a complex and evolving character, according to recent customer reviews. While the platform category is "rv parks near me," it is important to note that mobile home parks primarily cater to individuals and families seeking long-term residency who own or rent manufactured homes on leased land, rather than providing short-term stays for recreational vehicles. The available feedback offers a nuanced perspective on the park's environment, community, and features.
The environment of Easy Living Estate is notable for a few specific characteristics mentioned by residents. One significant aspect is the presence of a train that runs directly through the two sections of the park, referred to as the front and the back (Payne's). While some children might find this train fascinating, it is also described as being very loud, particularly for those living in trailers closest to the tracks. This noise factor is an important environmental consideration for potential residents. Another aspect mentioned is the rural or semi-rural setting, typical of trailer parks, which might appeal to those seeking a less urban environment. The park also has a dumpster for waste disposal, and a dump truck provides pickup at the end of the driveway, indicating basic waste management services. Additionally, the occasional visit of an ice cream truck is noted, which could be seen as a small, positive environmental or community feature.
The services at Easy Living Estate, based on the limited reviews, appear to be somewhat basic but functional. The presence of a dumpster and waste pickup service addresses essential sanitation needs. The mention of an ice cream truck suggests that some mobile services do visit the park. However, one reviewer explicitly states that there isn't much for kids to do, with no park or playground mentioned. This lack of recreational facilities for children could be a significant consideration for families. The positive review highlights "very clean and well kept" conditions, suggesting that grounds maintenance is a service provided, contributing to the overall appearance of the park. The first review also mentions that gossip and drama are somewhat prevalent, as is common in many trailer parks, which could be considered a social dynamic service (or disservice, depending on one's perspective).
The features of Easy Living Estate, as described by residents, present a mixed picture. A notable feature is the division of the park into two sections, with the back half (Payne's) having a history of more significant drug issues, although this seems to be improving. The front section, where the first reviewer's family resides, is perceived as generally better. The train running through the park is a unique feature, offering potential interest for some but significant noise for others. The absence of a park or playground is a notable lack of amenity, especially for families with children. On a more positive note, one reviewer describes the residents as "very kind caring people" and praises the "good community of down home folks." This suggests a friendly and supportive social environment for those who integrate well within the community. The cleanliness and well-kept appearance of the park, as mentioned in the positive review, are also important features contributing to the quality of life.
The customer reviews for Easy Living Estate offer contrasting perspectives. The first review provides a candid and somewhat critical view, acknowledging the park's history of drug issues, particularly in the back section, but also noting a potential improvement in this regard due to some individuals moving out or passing away. The reviewer also points out the commonality of gossip and drama in trailer parks and the lack of amenities for children, emphasizing the noise from the train. Despite these criticisms, the reviewer concludes that it's "not too bad of a place to live or, visit," depending on one's social interactions. This suggests a degree of tolerance and an understanding that community dynamics play a significant role in one's experience.
In contrast, the second review offers a much more positive assessment, highlighting the "very kind caring people," the "good community of down home folks," and the clean and well-kept environment, ultimately describing it as a "wonderful place to live." This stark difference in opinion could reflect varying experiences within different parts of the park (front vs. back) or simply different personal perspectives and priorities. It underscores the importance for potential residents to form their own impressions.
Promotional information is not included in the provided reviews. Local users interested in learning more about Easy Living Estate, including lot rental rates, the availability of mobile homes for rent or purchase, and any current incentives or community initiatives, should contact the park directly. The phone number provided is (540) 667-8444 and the mobile phone number is +1 540-667-8444. Inquiries should address the current state of the park, particularly regarding safety and community issues, the rules and regulations, the availability of amenities (or lack thereof, such as playgrounds), and the impact of the train noise on different lots within the park. Visiting the park in person to assess the environment and speak with current residents, if possible, would be a prudent step for anyone considering moving to Easy Living Estate.
In conclusion, for local users searching under "rv parks near me" who are considering a long-term living situation in a mobile home park in Stephenson, VA, Easy Living Estate presents a community with both challenges and positive aspects. While there have been past issues with drugs, there are indications of improvement. The community is described by one resident as friendly and caring, and the park is noted for being clean and well-kept. However, the lack of amenities for children and the significant noise from the train running through the property are important considerations. Potential residents should weigh these factors, consider the contrasting reviews, and conduct their own thorough investigation to determine if Easy Living Estate aligns with their needs and preferences for long-term living.

Easy Living Estate Reviews
Hmm? Well ... What to say about this trailor park?? ... To begin with, its been ravaged with drugs, more so in the back half (Payne's). Ive not been back there much anyway. My family is in the front. However, from what ive been seeing lately, it SEEMS that the drugs and, riffraff are dying down. A lot of the people there into that have been put out, moved or, passed away. It looks like it's gradually getting nicer there. As with basically every trailor park, theres also quiet a bit of gossip and, drama that goes on. But, it is what you make it there, its up to you who you associate with. Other than those issues and, as i said, thats with almost every trailor park, its not too bad of a place to live or, visit. Theres not much for kids, nothing really to do. No park or, playground. A train runs directly through the two parks. Kids may enjoy this but, it is very loud when youre in one of the trailors closest to it! As my family is. There's a dumpster within the park (dump truck picks up at end of driveway as well.) and, an ice cream truck drives through too.
