Echo Park Introduce
Welcome to Echo Park, a mobile home park located in Las Vegas, NV 89104, USA. For individuals searching for 'RV parks near me' or 'mobile home parks near me' in the Las Vegas area, it is important to consider all available feedback when evaluating potential living communities. The following introduction provides an objective overview of Echo Park based on the limited customer reviews found online.
One former resident of Echo Park shared a significant and concerning experience regarding the park's utility infrastructure. This individual, who lived in unit #100, reported discovering that the entire park's street lamps were connected to their personal power meter. This discovery was made when their power was temporarily shut off during the pandemic. The former resident expressed concern that the current renter of unit #100 may be unaware of this unusual and potentially costly arrangement. This is a critical piece of information for any prospective resident considering Echo Park, as it suggests a potential issue with the park's electrical system and billing practices. It raises questions about the transparency of utility billing and the potential for individual residents to bear the cost of communal services. For those seeking 'affordable RV parks Las Vegas' or 'mobile home parks Las Vegas' with fair and transparent utility billing, this reported issue warrants careful consideration and investigation.
The same former resident also referred to the park as a "money pit" in a previous post, further underscoring potential financial concerns associated with living at Echo Park. While the specifics of this previous feedback are not detailed in the provided excerpt, it adds to the overall picture of potential cost-related issues that prospective residents should be aware of and explore further.
In contrast to the serious utility concern raised by the former resident, another reviewer offered a brief but positive comment, describing Echo Park as a "Very clean mobile home prak." This positive feedback suggests that the park may prioritize cleanliness and maintenance of the communal areas. A clean environment is a desirable attribute for any residential community, including those offering 'RV living Las Vegas' or 'mobile home living Las Vegas'. This contrasting review highlights the complexity of evaluating a community based on limited feedback, as residents may have vastly different experiences and priorities.
Given the limited and somewhat contradictory nature of the available reviews, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of Echo Park's environment, services, and features. The significant concern raised about the street lamps being connected to a single unit's power meter is a serious issue that potential residents must investigate thoroughly. Understanding the current status of the park's electrical infrastructure and utility billing practices is crucial to avoid unexpected and potentially high costs. Conversely, the positive comment about cleanliness suggests that the park may excel in certain aspects of maintenance.
Without further information, it is impossible to comment on other aspects of Echo Park, such as the quality of management, the sense of community, the availability of amenities, or the overall living environment. For individuals searching for 'Las Vegas RV parks near me' or 'Las Vegas mobile home parks near me,' Echo Park presents a mixed picture based on the limited feedback. The potential for hidden utility costs, as indicated by the former resident's experience, is a significant red flag that requires careful investigation. On the other hand, the reported cleanliness is a positive attribute.
Prospective residents are strongly advised to contact the management of Echo Park directly to inquire about the park's utility billing system, specifically addressing the issue raised by the former resident regarding the street lamps. They should also inquire about the overall cost of living, including lot rent and all utilities, as well as any amenities or services offered within the park. Visiting Echo Park in person would be essential to assess the cleanliness of the grounds and to get a general feel for the community. If possible, speaking with current residents (while being mindful of the limited positive feedback) could provide additional insights into the day-to-day living experience at Echo Park.
In conclusion, Echo Park in Las Vegas currently has very limited recent feedback available online. The most significant piece of information is a concerning report from a former resident about the park's street lamps being connected to their unit's power meter, which raises serious questions about utility billing transparency and potential costs for residents. A contrasting review noted the park's cleanliness. Due to the limited and conflicting nature of this information, thorough due diligence is absolutely necessary for anyone considering living at Echo Park. Direct communication with the management and a visit to the park are essential to obtain accurate and up-to-date information and to assess whether Echo Park meets individual needs and expectations for 'mobile home living Las Vegas' or 'RV living Las Vegas'. The potential utility issue, in particular, should be a primary focus of inquiry before making any decisions.

Echo Park Reviews
I lived in unit #100 & had found out that the whole parks street lamps were attached to my powermeter. I'd found this out when my power was temporarily shut off during the pandemic I bet the current renter doesn't know this. I am the same person posting about this place is a money pit "Troy Cope"

Mar 19, 2025 · Michael LopezEvicted with no reason given. Not given a 30 day or a ten or even a five day notice ... Just 24hours. There's 3 different women who live there that place large bowls of wet cat food in other ppls trailers without asking, so there are swarms of huge flies everywhere. Whole complex smells of cat pee and poo. Black mold in units for rent/sale. If u drive up n down the only road in it say trying to find a friend's place the numbers are missing or hard to find, a man will come in bath robe holding a gun !
Aug 01, 2019 · Heather RobinsonThis place is really turning around. New management has cleaned it up and brought in good residents. Great place if you are looking to buy an older model mobile home.
Sep 03, 2022 · Tessa JohnsonCat sanctuary brings untenable health issues. High drug use and sale area, units are several decades old. High incidence of theft witnessed upon multiple units over a two year period... High sex offender zone. Not safe for children... Not safe for adolescent youth.
