For local users seeking a well-maintained and potentially welcoming RV park in the Las Vegas area, Riviera RV Resort presents itself as an option. You can reach the resort at (702) 457-8700 or via mobile phone at +1 702-457-8700 for inquiries regarding availability, rates, and amenities. As you explore 'RV parks near me', Riviera RV Resort stands out based on customer feedback highlighting its cleanliness and management.
Based on the available customer reviews, the environment inside Riviera RV Resort is generally perceived positively. One reviewer described the park as a "diamond hidden away," suggesting a pleasant and perhaps unexpected oasis within its surroundings. Another long-term camper specifically mentioned that "once inside- the park is clean and safe," indicating a well-maintained and secure environment for guests. This positive internal environment seems to be a key feature appreciated by those who have stayed at the resort. However, one reviewer noted a potential drawback related to the park's location, mentioning being parked by a "noisy street" and the presence of a homeless encampment on the other side of a wall. This suggests that while the interior of the resort is well-regarded, the immediate external surroundings might present some challenges in terms of noise and proximity to less desirable areas. Potential guests should consider this aspect in relation to their personal preferences and tolerance for external factors. When comparing 'RV parks near me', it's advisable to research the specific location and surrounding areas of each to assess potential external environmental factors.
The services at Riviera RV Resort appear to be a strong point, particularly regarding the management. Multiple reviewers have praised the park manager, Marie. One long-term camper specifically stated that the park manager is "amazing" and appreciates her "efforts to make sure this park remains top notch." This suggests a dedicated and proactive management team that is invested in maintaining the quality of the resort and ensuring a positive experience for guests, especially long-term ones. Another reviewer echoed this sentiment, noting that the "folks that greeted us were nice and helpfully." This indicates a friendly and customer-oriented approach from the staff. While specific details about other services such as laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, or planned activities are not mentioned in these reviews, the positive feedback about the management suggests that essential services are likely provided efficiently and with a focus on guest satisfaction. When evaluating 'RV parks near me', the quality and helpfulness of the management can significantly impact the overall experience.
The features of Riviera RV Resort can be gleaned from the positive comments in the reviews. The cleanliness and safety of the park, as highlighted by multiple reviewers, are significant features that contribute to a comfortable and secure stay. The positive remarks about the park manager, Marie, suggest that the management's dedication to maintaining a "top notch" park and being helpful to guests is a key feature. The fact that a reviewer identifies as a "long term camper" and appreciates the manager's efforts implies that the resort caters to and values long-term stays, which could be a feature for those seeking extended accommodation. However, the mention of being parked by a noisy street and the proximity to a homeless encampment on the other side of a wall are also features of the location that potential guests should be aware of. These external factors might influence the overall experience for some visitors. When comparing features with other 'RV parks near me', consider whether you prioritize a clean and safe interior environment with friendly management, and weigh that against potential external location-related factors.
The customer reviews for Riviera RV Resort offer a mixed but generally positive impression. One reviewer succinctly described it as "a diamond hidden away," immediately establishing a sense of a valuable find. This positive sentiment is reinforced by the long-term camper who appreciates the manager's efforts to maintain the park's quality and emphasizes its cleanliness and safety "once inside." The fact that a long-term camper is satisfied suggests that the resort is capable of providing a comfortable and secure environment for extended stays. The friendly and helpful greeting experienced by another reviewer further adds to the positive image of the resort's staff and management. However, the review mentioning the noisy street and the nearby homeless encampment introduces a note of caution regarding the specific location of some parking spots and the immediate external surroundings. It highlights the importance of potentially requesting a site away from the street if noise is a concern and being aware of the external environment.
Based on the positive aspects highlighted in the reviews, the promotional points for Riviera RV Resort could focus on its clean and safe interior environment and the exceptional management, particularly the park manager Marie. The resort's appeal to long-term campers could also be a selling point, suggesting a stable and welcoming community for extended stays. The "hidden diamond" description implies a pleasant surprise and a value proposition that might not be immediately apparent from the outside. To mitigate the negative aspect of the noisy street and nearby homeless encampment mentioned in one review, the resort might consider strategies such as offering quieter sites further inside the park (if available) or perhaps addressing the external issues if possible. For local users searching for 'RV parks near me', Riviera RV Resort could be promoted as a well-managed, clean, and safe option, especially for those prioritizing these aspects. Highlighting the positive experiences of long-term campers could also attract those seeking more than just an overnight stop.
For local users considering Riviera RV Resort, the positive feedback regarding the management and the internal cleanliness and safety of the park are significant advantages. If you value a well-run and secure environment, Riviera RV Resort appears to deliver on these aspects. However, it is essential to be aware of the potential for noise from a nearby street and the presence of a homeless encampment in the vicinity, as mentioned by one reviewer. When you contact the resort at (702) 457-8700, it would be prudent to inquire about the location of available sites within the park and express any concerns you might have about noise or the external surroundings. Asking about amenities such as laundry, Wi-Fi, and other facilities will also help you compare Riviera RV Resort with other 'RV parks near me'. The positive experience of a long-term camper suggests that the resort is equipped to handle extended stays and foster a sense of community. Visiting the resort might also provide a better understanding of the layout and the specific locations of the RV sites in relation to the street and the external wall.
In conclusion, Riviera RV Resort in Las Vegas offers a clean and safe environment inside the park, with an "amazing" and helpful park manager, Marie, according to customer reviews. It appears to be a welcoming option for both short-term and long-term campers. However, potential guests should be aware that some areas of the park might be affected by noise from a nearby street, and there is a mention of a homeless encampment adjacent to the property. While the internal environment and management receive high praise, the external location presents a factor to consider. Local users searching for 'RV parks near me' should weigh the positive aspects of Riviera RV Resort – its cleanliness, safety, and management – against the potential drawbacks of its specific location. Contacting the resort directly for site-specific information and visiting the property can aid in making an informed decision.

This park is a diamond hidden away.Management has changed and now-Once inside- the park is clean and safe. The park manager Marie is amazing.I am a long term camper... and appreciate the managers efforts to make sure this park remains top notch.
Apr 08, 2025 · Lee MThe park is clean and well kept. The folks that greeted us were nice and helpfully. Unfortunately, we were parked by a noisy street, and the homeless had a camp on the other side of the wall.
Dec 20, 2024 · Lisa CummingsI called for availability and prices and was first asked to provide photos of our rig (2004 Travel Supreme) and my age (late fifties). I had to chuckle (I’m not that sensitive)- the brusque-ness in which I was asked these questions makes me believe she is autistic . . . maybe she could use some refresher training on customer etiquette? Not that I mind - looks/appearances count in maintaining the ‘look’ of your RV park and our rig, despite being 20 years old, has been well maintained, has all its parts, and functions just fine. And the age thing - I get that too but there’s gentler ways of doing it rather than an abrupt “How old are you?” The alarming point was “unbeatable prices”. At $160 a night they are very ‘beatable’ I assure you. This price is inline with a KOA resort - and in my opinion KOA is first #an amusement park and second #a place that provides camping spots - clearly they are better suited for families with young kids and generally maintain high standards (we have stayed in a couple) but are not for us. We like quiet and low-key; pretentiousness can be saved for the high-end resorts. The funny thing about all this - just as Riviera has high expectations of me, I require the same of them. For $160 a night I require at least a 4.5 star average on their Google reviews - they have 3.8 which is simply too low for the requested price. Reading some of these reviews I believe we dodged a bullet. READ THE REVIEWS FOLKS they will help you make an informed decision!! We found a place a few miles down the road for less than half what Riviera is asking with much nicer staff. Guess we’ll use the savings to win big at the casino 😁!
Nov 16, 2024 · oompsta FiemsWe provide RV repair service at this and any other local Las Vegas RV parks and can attest to the cleanliness and friendliness of the part and staff.
Jan 02, 2025 · Hal's RV LTDThe lady who runs the Riviera RV Resort is disrespectful and actually insane! I helped a family move out of this area recently, and the way she treated the tenants was absolutely unprofessional, including the staff she sent to watch us and harass us while packing. At one point, I had to record for my own safety - have the whole interaction on video and will definitely be posting - would highly recommend staying away from here! There’s a reason why this place as so many 1 star reviews…
