Residents consistently highlight his exceptional qualities as a landlord and, more significantly, as a friend. One long-term resident, having lived in the park for 14 years, expresses deep satisfaction with how it is run, stating, "You couldn't ask for a better landlord, Jeff, Is not only my landlord, but a friend. He is a very compassionate understand. Person. We need more people like him in this world. So I think if you want a great place to live. This park will be called home. For you and anyone who lives here Welcome home." Another review reiterates this, describing Jeff as "an awesome guy" who "keeps the park very well maintained and clean (even during a hurricane, he's clearing branches)." This demonstrates a level of dedication and care that goes beyond typical landlord responsibilities. The personal touch and responsiveness to maintenance calls are clearly highly valued, with a resident noting, "He stays on top of all maintenance calls." Furthermore, the understanding nature of the management is evident, with one resident sharing, "I've been late a few times on rent when I lived out there and he never once harnessed me. He is more than a landlord to his tenets. He is a friend to all. GREAT GUY." Prospective residents, particularly those seeking affordable, stable, and community-oriented long-term housing within the "RV Parks Near Me" search, would be drawn to the promise of a clean, well-maintained environment and a management team that genuinely cares. The fact that residents stay for many years speaks volumes about resident satisfaction and retention. Promotions could focus on the benefits of manufactured home living in Greenville, combined with the unique, personalized management style of Edgewood. This would appeal to individuals and families looking for a secure and welcoming place to call home, where their comfort and well-being are clearly prioritized. Direct communication via phone is likely encouraged to convey the welcoming atmosphere and discuss specific availability for lots or homes within this highly-regarded community.

Jan 21, 2021 · Carmela WarrenCurrent resident. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly people. Clean inside and outside. Maintenance calls respond in record time. My washer broke and I had a new one the next day. Brand new. My a/c was freezing up and he ordered a brand new motor. He never harasses me for rent if I'm late. Jeff is a really good landlord.
