El Dorado Estates Mobile Home Park Introduce
Located at 4525 W Twain Ave in Las Vegas, Nevada, El Dorado Estates Mobile Home Park presents itself as a gated community that prioritizes the safety and security of its residents. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Las Vegas area, particularly those seeking a secure and well-lit environment for a longer-term stay, El Dorado Estates warrants consideration. You can contact them at (702) 876-1720 or +1 702-876-1720 for further details.
The available customer reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the El Dorado Estates Mobile Home Park. One reviewer expresses strong positive feelings, stating, "I love this place." This positive feedback highlights several key aspects: the management is described as "great" and genuinely concerned about resident safety, which is evidenced by the "many requirements to get approved to live here." This suggests a thorough vetting process for potential residents, which could contribute to the overall security and peace of mind within the community. The reviewer also notes a strong sense of community where residents "look out for one another." Furthermore, the location is praised for its proximity to casinos, stores, and numerous dining options, indicating convenient access to local amenities. A significant point is the feeling of safety within the community, with the reviewer mentioning the ability to "take a walk at 3 am knowing you're safe in this well light gated community." The gated nature and good lighting are explicitly mentioned as contributing factors to this sense of security, which is a significant advantage for those prioritizing safety in their living environment, including long-term RV residents.
However, another review presents a significantly different and negative experience. This reviewer advises others to "Don't waste your time, energy, or money" on El Dorado Estates. The concerns raised focus on the perceived management style and the application process. The reviewer describes the community as "family-run" with an alleged bias towards accommodating family members. A specific incident during a tour of a home is mentioned, where family members of the office staff reportedly visited the property while the prospective buyers were viewing it, which the reviewer found unprofessional. The application process is also criticized; a $40 non-refundable application fee is charged, with the application purportedly being processed by owners in another state whom applicants do not meet. The most significant point of contention is the strict credit score requirement, with the reviewer stating that an application was rejected for a score of 690, despite being told that "they consider all." This suggests a potentially rigid and perhaps misleading application process. Additionally, this reviewer noted a lack of diversity within the community, specifically mentioning a lack of individuals with melanin. While this observation is subjective, it raises a point about the community's demographic makeup. The reviewer concludes by expressing disappointment at wasting the application fee but gratitude for learning the "true nature of this community."
Considering these contrasting reviews, the environment of El Dorado Estates appears to be characterized by a strong emphasis on safety and security, as highlighted by the gated entrance and good lighting mentioned in the positive review. The sense of community, where residents look out for each other, also contributes to a positive living environment for some. The location offers convenience with proximity to various amenities and entertainment options in Las Vegas. However, the negative review paints a picture of a community with potential issues related to management transparency, application processes, and possibly a lack of diversity.
Information regarding specific services and features for RVs at El Dorado Estates is not explicitly provided in these reviews. As it is described as a mobile home park, the infrastructure might primarily cater to manufactured homes. However, it is possible that they also accommodate RVs for long-term stays and provide necessary utilities such as water, electricity, and sewage hookups. The presence of a gated entrance is a significant security feature. Other potential amenities, such as a clubhouse, laundry facilities, or recreational areas, are not mentioned in the reviews, so their availability for RV residents would need to be confirmed.
The location at 4525 W Twain Ave places El Dorado Estates within a specific area of Las Vegas. Twain Avenue is a major east-west thoroughfare, suggesting accessibility to various parts of the city. The proximity to casinos, stores, and restaurants, as mentioned in the positive review, indicates a potentially convenient location for accessing entertainment, shopping, and dining options. Potential residents would need to assess the specific neighborhood to determine its overall suitability for their needs, including factors like traffic, noise levels, and the availability of specific services they might require.
Promotional information is somewhat implied in the positive review, which highlights safety, good management, a strong sense of community, and convenient location. El Dorado Estates could leverage these aspects in its promotion, particularly emphasizing the secure, gated environment and the caring management. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in Las Vegas who prioritize safety and community, these could be attractive features. However, the negative review suggests potential issues with transparency and application processes that prospective residents should be aware of. To attract long-term RV residents, El Dorado Estates would need to clearly outline its policies regarding RVs, the amenities available, and address any concerns raised about their application procedures and community inclusivity.
To obtain a comprehensive understanding of El Dorado Estates and its suitability for long-term RV living, it is crucial for prospective residents to contact the park management directly. Inquiries should focus on whether RVs are permitted for extended stays, the availability of RV spaces and necessary hookups, the monthly fees and any additional charges, the specific amenities and services offered to RV residents, the detailed application process and requirements (including credit score expectations), and the community rules and regulations. Given the contrasting reviews, it would also be beneficial to visit the community in person to assess the environment, the security measures, and the overall atmosphere, while also seeking clarification on the concerns raised in the negative feedback.
In conclusion, El Dorado Estates Mobile Home Park in Las Vegas offers a secure, gated community with a reported emphasis on resident safety and a strong sense of community for some. Its location provides convenient access to amenities. However, potential residents should be aware of feedback regarding potentially strict application processes, high credit score requirements, and concerns about management transparency and community diversity. Thorough investigation and direct communication with the management are essential to determine if El Dorado Estates aligns with individual needs and expectations for long-term RV living in Las Vegas.

El Dorado Estates Mobile Home Park Reviews
I love this place. The management is great and they really care about their residents safety which is why they have so many requirements to get approved to live here. The community looks out for one another. Casinos close by, stores and many places to eat as well. You can take a walk at 3am knowing you're safe in this well light gated community.
Apr 25, 2023 · Patricia KirkerDon't waste your time, energy, or money. The community is family-run and they work hard to get their family in. The three women in the office are related and live on property, and during our tour of a home they brought family members to visit the same property my husband and I were looking at! Then you pay $40 for an application to be run by owners in another state that you don't get to meet... only to completely reject you if you have less than a 700 credit score. 690 is not sufficient at all, even though the women tell you they consider all. It's a lie. I also noticed that the community is not very diverse...meaning there were not many people who had melanin. I'm disappointed that we wasted money on the application, but grateful we learned the true nature of this community.
Nov 15, 2023 · Brittany VenturaIf you have children, don't move here. It used to be one of those old jerks parks, and it SHOWS. They had to accept younger people because they couldn't attract enough old jerks to the park anymore. These people won't allow climbing trees to be climbed, get into everyone's business, and get angry when children PLAY. They clearly did not want children here.People get in and rifle through cars, and even break in to houses there pretty often. Not that safe, thanks! I was only here 4 months, and it happened at least twice that I know of.It may be normal in Vegas to have fake grass all over the place, but that was super disturbing to me.That being said, it's pretty clean; the pool is very nice, and open all hours. There is a sauna and hot tub, too.
Aug 06, 2023 · Ileen KrowThis mobile home park is about to get a class action lawsuit and reported to the manufactured housing division and housing authority for the fraudulent and discrimination act. The women who manage this place are making it impossible for people to live here or sell their properties. They are even discriminating against realtors. The owner needs new management soon!
Dec 08, 2023 · Phil EvansLove living here! It’s well taken care of by the best management team in the city! Safe, quiet, fun, engaging, and a pleasure to attend functions provided to residents. Pool, hot tub, clubhouse, game nights, including Bingo make it great for seniors and their families.
