Claudia's Mobile Park Estates Introduce
Claudia's Mobile Park Estates, located at 10900 Kuhlman Rd SE #51, Olympia, WA 98513, USA, is presented here to provide local users with detailed information relevant to the "RV parks near me" category, understanding that this may include those seeking long-term mobile home living options. It is crucial to note that recent feedback from long-term residents indicates significant changes in the park following new ownership and the introduction of a property management in 2024. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on the available online reviews, highlighting both past experiences and current concerns raised by residents.
Prior to 2024, at least one long-term resident considered Claudia's Mobile Park Estates to be a "good and affordable place to live," indicating a positive living experience under the previous management. This suggests that the park may have once been known for its affordability and overall quality of life. However, the recent change in ownership and management has led to notable alterations in the living conditions and costs for residents.
A significant concern raised by a long-term resident is a recent $100 increase in rent implemented by the new owners and property management. This represents a substantial change in the affordability of living at Claudia's Mobile Park Estates and is a key factor for prospective residents to consider, especially those on a fixed income or with budget constraints. Furthermore, the new management has reportedly announced plans to start charging residents for septic services, which was apparently not a separate charge under the previous ownership. The reviewer expresses concern that this charge may not be equitable, particularly for single individuals with low usage compared to larger households.
The long-term resident who shared these concerns explicitly stated that their positive rating of the park from before the new ownership (a hypothetical four out of five) has drastically decreased to a one-star rating, with a desire to give a zero if possible. This stark contrast underscores the significant negative impact the changes have had on at least one long-term resident's perception of the community. The reviewer also expresses uncertainty and worry about potential future changes and charges from the "new idiots in charge," indicating a lack of confidence in the current management's decisions.
Another long-term resident shared a mixed experience, noting that they "initially really enjoyed living here" but observed a "quite a weird turn" towards the end of their lease. This suggests that the decline in the living experience may have occurred relatively recently, aligning with the timeline of the new ownership and management changes mentioned in the other review. Specific issues raised by this resident include a lack of communication regarding the movement of their outdoor plants and belongings, as well as instances of items being taken from their outdoor area. The resident also pointed out a lack of security measures to identify those responsible for these actions.
Furthermore, this resident highlighted a significant inconvenience regarding rent payment, as the only available method is dropping off a check or money order. For someone who is frequently away from home due to work, the absence of an electronic payment option has caused considerable issues. Despite these negative experiences related to management and security, the resident did note that "everyone has been friendly and the neighbors have been kind," suggesting that the sense of community among residents may still be a positive aspect of living at Claudia's Mobile Park Estates.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," it is important for those seeking temporary or short-term RV parking to understand that the available reviews primarily focus on the experiences of long-term mobile home residents. The issues raised regarding rent increases, new charges, lack of communication, and security concerns may not directly impact short-term RV stays, if they are even accommodated at this park. However, these reviews provide valuable insight into the current management practices and the overall living environment, which could be relevant for individuals considering a longer-term stay in an RV or a mobile home within this community.
Based on the limited information available, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the environment, services, and features of Claudia's Mobile Park Estates under the new management. The previous positive experiences suggest that the park may have once offered an affordable and pleasant living environment. However, the recent negative feedback points to potential issues with increased costs, communication, security, and management practices. Prospective residents should be aware of these concerns and conduct thorough due diligence before making any decisions.
Specific details regarding amenities such as hookups (water, sewer, electricity), laundry facilities, communal areas, pet policies, and any specific rules or regulations under the new management are not provided in the reviews. Similarly, there is no promotional information available. Individuals interested in learning more about the current state of Claudia's Mobile Park Estates, including availability, pricing, and policies, should contact the park directly using the provided phone numbers: (360) 539-3659 or +1 360-539-3659. It would be prudent to inquire specifically about the recent changes in management, rent increases, new charges for services like septic, security measures, and payment options.
In conclusion, while Claudia's Mobile Park Estates may have been a positive and affordable living option in the past, recent changes in ownership and management have led to significant concerns among long-term residents, including rent increases, new fees, communication issues, and security lapses. Potential residents, whether seeking long-term mobile home living or considering an extended RV stay, should carefully consider these recent experiences and conduct thorough inquiries with the current management to understand the current environment, services, and costs associated with living at Claudia's Mobile Park Estates.

Claudia's Mobile Park Estates Reviews
Used to be a good and affordable place to live up until 2024.New owners and a property management now and they have already increased the rent $100 and they will soon start charging for septic as well in order to pay for their so-called upgrade. I'm sure they had that deducted from the cost when they bought the place but evidently they want to make residents pay for it as well.I'm one person and I crap once a day and I better not be charged the same amount that a family of three or four or even two will pay. Before the new ownership I would have rated it four.. now I rate at one and if I could leave a zero I would. It sucks now wondering what's coming next from the new idiots in chargeI'm a long-term resident and will be moving because I know how it used to be and I know how it is now and what to expect from the new idiots.
Dec 19, 2024 · Mr AndersonInitially I really enjoyed living here but towards the end of my lease it's taken quite a weird turn. I usually work 8 days consistently and have a day off so I am not home as much anymore, but when I came back home this time all my plants and things that I kept outside were moved which I did not appreciate. No one cared to call me or talk to me about anything. I've had some items taken from me as well that were outside and unfortunately due to the lack of security there is no way to see who is taking my stuff off of my area. There is also no other way to pay rent other than dropping off a check/money order, as someone who is hardly home some sort of electronic payment would be beneficial but since this is not the case it has caused quite an issue for me. Other than those experiences everyone has been friendly and the neighbors have been kind.
Jun 07, 2023 · Damaris MariselaWe've lived here several years, now. The lots are larger, mine is shaded, with a roomy carport and storage. There are clubhouse facilities and the roads and grounds are well maintained. Our rent has gone up quite a bit in those years, reflecting the surrounding property values, but, compared to similar, local RV and mobile home parks, its very reasonable. The vetting process is thorough which means that my neighbors are people I'm not afraid of. Claudia's is clean, neat, with gardeners, fenced pets, and feels lovely year around.Someone mentioned that Legal Shield is required which is a total falsehood. Real may be excited about his business, but he is gentle and respectful and NO it's not required! I am very happy to call this home and plan to continue doing so.
Jul 12, 2017 · Deborah DeLongThere are only great things to say about Claudia's Mobile Park Estates. It is located minutes away from I5 and about 5-10 minutes from main shopping centers. Not to mention, Schilter Family Farm is right around the corner which is a treat when it comes to fall and winter festivities. The neighborhood is safe which was a big deal for me and the grounds are always kept clean. Another bonus is the amazingly large Clubhouse that is provided for all residents to use. There are washers/dryers, a full size kitchen, workout room, ping-pong tables and just so much space for parties and get togethers. There is so much to offer and it is always kept so clean. In addition to the great location, the people here are very friendly. We have great neighbors and you will see Real around frequently making sure the vicinity is well kept. He has been great to us and he does educate us about Legal Shield which we may get in the future. He is truly passionate about it and wants the best for everyone. We really appreciate him so much!Overall, the area is truly remarkable! We love living here and would recommend this place to all prospective tenants!
Mar 02, 2022 · Andi AntoinetteClaudia's rv park is the worst. It’s under new ownership and a property management company took over and they are awful. I don’t even have the words to describe the bs that I have to deal with. They lie and bully me which has caused a great deal of anxiety. I’ve lived here for over 2 years before they took over and never had any problems or complaints. I miss the old owner. Thank you for reading.
