I've had a great experience with Elms MHP. The community is quiet and peaceful and is in a great location only about 5 minutes from town, which is perfect. The manager Monica and Trent the landlord are great, always a pleasant conversation and fair to me and the other tenants from my experience. Attentive to the community needs as well. I would definently recommend!
Aug 18, 2024 · Aaron KurdiThis is a really nice park when you pull in.But to rent here is too much drama.The .manger is very rude.And she's very short with you.We we're not here 24 hours before the messiness started.Just stay away I tried to stay here but can't.We will be moving on that is if they will allow me to.I feel like I am being held hostage.Or kid napped.They want take down the fence so I can leave.When you want to leave they start telling you that you have to pay them to leave
