Pros:It is more in the country. The park has been cleaned up some from before.The park was a nice touch for kids to play at.CONS:Non-refundable down payment.Rent increased each year.Lies about the homes condition and furnace working properly.-There was no electric when looking at the place to test any of the appliances/furnace.-The furnace did not heat properly like he stated, asked since we could not test it. It only had one heating element working out of the three! It also had a short and caused you to get shocked if you touched the outside of the home! Or if you touched the sink and the stove at the same time.-The master bathroom floor started to sink, only after three months.-The water heater exploded on us after being there for 6 months.-There were rodents from the empty home in front of us, even though that was stated in the lease to be handled by the landlord.-Received an eviction warning letter due to grass being not mowed in 7 days in August. Part of when we were out of town and it wasn't even that long-this was the only time it had not been mowed too.-The home behind us, we are pretty sure dealt drugs. Or something else was going on there.-Upon moving out, after a 30 day notice and another at day of move out, we still were charged for two months following our move out! Lease stated you needed to have a 30 day written notice, which was mailed to the office! Now they have sent this to collections for money that we do not even truly owe!-Only received one letter about this 60 days of rent being charged, thought it was in error. Then last month received the collections!-Since us moving out not even a year ago, two others have bought this home and moved out! Due to the conditions and the "landlord" Makeover he gives the homes.-We also updated the hardware in the kitchen, and now claims the kitchen is modern.. Not sure if I would consider that as modern...BEWARE. We moved for a reason. - Danielle Deal
