Fort Reno Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users in and around El Reno, Oklahoma, who are searching for "RV parks near me," Fort Reno Mobile Home Park, situated at 121 Fort Reno Dr, El Reno, OK 73036, USA, presents itself as a notably affordable option based on one of the available customer reviews. You can contact them at (405) 262-7852 or their mobile number, +1 405-262-7852, for inquiries about availability, rates, and specific policies. As a platform dedicated to connecting individuals with suitable RV park accommodations, we aim to provide a detailed and objective introduction to Fort Reno Mobile Home Park based on the available customer feedback, which offers contrasting views on certain aspects of the park.
When considering "RV parks near me," prospective residents typically evaluate the environment, the services and amenities offered, any unique features, and the overall cost. In the case of Fort Reno Mobile Home Park, the two available customer reviews provide insights into its affordability and community atmosphere, while also raising a concern about the number of stray animals. It is important to consider both perspectives to form a balanced initial understanding.
One reviewer highlighted a significant aspect of Fort Reno Mobile Home Park, stating, "1st off, this is the CHEAPEST mobile home park in town." This strong emphasis on affordability suggests that the park may be an attractive option for those on a tight budget seeking long-term accommodation in the El Reno area. The same reviewer also addresses a potential difficulty in initial contact, noting, "Yes, it's hard to get ahold of someone it you've never stayed here before." They explain that due to the owner's health, their daughter is managing the park and is often busy with on-site tasks such as "picking up trash, mowing, and checking the property," which might limit her availability to answer phone calls promptly. This provides valuable context for potential initial communication challenges.
Regarding the environment and community feel, the long-term resident (almost 5 years) offers a positive perspective: "We've lived here almost 5 years and have NEVER had any problems with any other residents. Everyone is friendly and keeps an eye out for each other. Real community feel without all the rules and regulations of the 'nicer' parks in town." This paints a picture of a close-knit and supportive community where residents look out for one another, and where there is a more relaxed atmosphere compared to parks with stricter regulations. This could be a significant draw for those seeking a less formal and more neighborly living environment among "RV parks near me."
However, the other reviewer raises a concern about the number of stray animals, stating, "Too many cats. I must have seen a hundred cats hanging around this one trailer. I doubt they've had their vaccinations." This feedback suggests a potential issue with unmanaged pet populations within the park, which could be a concern for individuals with allergies, fears of animals, or general concerns about animal health and hygiene. Prospective residents who are sensitive to this issue should consider this feedback and perhaps inquire about the park's policies regarding pets and stray animals.
In terms of services and amenities, the long-term resident mentions the park "Looks a little worn down," but they personally find it acceptable, stating, "but I love it and wouldn't pay 2 times what I pay here to be told what to do at other parks." This suggests that while the park might not have the newest or most modern facilities, it provides a level of service and affordability that is valued by at least some of its residents. The specific amenities offered, such as utility hookups, laundry facilities, or recreational areas, are not detailed in the reviews, so prospective residents will need to inquire directly about these.
The unique features of Fort Reno Mobile Home Park, based on the reviews, appear to be its affordability and the strong sense of community among its residents, coupled with a more relaxed regulatory environment compared to other parks. The long-term resident's preference for this atmosphere over potentially more modern but rule-intensive parks highlights a key differentiator. However, the issue with the number of stray cats, if prevalent, could be a unique negative feature that potential residents should be aware of.
No specific promotional information is mentioned in the provided reviews. Individuals interested in learning about rental rates, security deposits, long-term stay discounts, or any other special offers at Fort Reno Mobile Home Park should contact the park directly using the provided phone numbers. Given its reputation as the "CHEAPEST" in town, it is likely that its primary appeal is its affordability rather than elaborate promotions.
The contrasting views on the park – one highlighting affordability and community, the other raising concerns about stray animals – underscore the importance of considering individual priorities when choosing an RV park. For those prioritizing cost-effectiveness and a friendly, less regulated community, Fort Reno Mobile Home Park might be a good option, provided they are comfortable with the potential presence of a large number of stray cats. Prospective residents should weigh these factors and perhaps visit the park to assess the environment and speak with current residents (if possible) to gain a more comprehensive understanding.
In conclusion, for local users searching for "RV parks near me" in El Reno, Oklahoma, Fort Reno Mobile Home Park at 121 Fort Reno Dr is presented as the cheapest option in town with a strong sense of community and a relaxed atmosphere. However, potential residents should be aware of a reported issue with a large number of stray cats on the property. While specific amenities are not detailed, the park appears to offer an affordable living situation with friendly neighbors. Prospective residents should contact the park directly to inquire about rates, policies regarding pets, and the specific services offered to determine if Fort Reno Mobile Home Park aligns with their individual needs and preferences.

Too many cats. I must have seen a hundred cats hanging around this one trailer. I doubt they've had their vaccinations.
Apr 16, 2021 · Steven “Shane” Woolbright1st off, this is the CHEAPEST moible home park in town. Yes, it's hard to get ahold of someone it you've never stayed here before. Due to health reasons the owner's daughter is handling the park, and she is on site daily. From picking up trash, mowing, and checking the property she stays busy and not in the office answering phones. We've lived here almost 5 years and have NEVER had any problems with any other residents. Everyone is friendly and keeps an eye out for each other. Real community feel without all the rules and regulations of the 'nicer' parks in town. Oh, and BTW not all people registered as sex offenders should be... I know someone who is a registered sex offender for pissing on the side of the road, just saying. Looks a little worn down, but I love it and wouldn't pay 2 times what I pay here to be told what to do at other parks.
Jan 27, 2019 · Viola SnyderWater pipes have burst constantly in the park. Forcing people to get rid of their dogs when over 25 pounds, yet other people have quite large dogs that are definitely over 25 pounds.
Mar 08, 2019 · Deathnadder NBesides no speed bumps to slow visitors and resident,s down here,,, and people letting the dog out to run free to Chase cars other than that,, it's better than others around I BEEN HERE ABOUT ONE YEAR NOW
May 02, 2019 · Brien BlanchardBy far the worst place I've ever lived in. Making us get rid of our dogs cause there to big when other people in the park own dogs bigger than ours. Owners are very rude also if u plan on moving here I recommend u not to it is not a very good place
