The environment of Glynnwood Mobile Home Park appears to present a mixed experience based on the limited customer reviews. One reviewer describes it as "quiet for the most part," suggesting a potentially peaceful atmosphere where residents do not have to worry excessively about their neighbors. This could be an appealing aspect for those seeking a tranquil living environment. However, this positive aspect is contrasted by a significant concern raised by the same reviewer regarding the park owner's responsiveness to maintenance issues. The reviewer alleges that the owner is "an old greedy guy" who neglects necessary repairs, even while expecting rent to be paid. An example provided is a partially resolved septic tank issue that the owner reportedly refused to fully address, leaving the resident to live with the problem for over a month. This paints a picture of a potentially problematic management style that could negatively impact the living environment for residents experiencing maintenance needs.
In stark contrast, another reviewer describes the owners as an "awesome couple" and the property as "stunning," expressing excitement about moving in. This highly positive feedback suggests that some residents may have a very different experience with the management and the property itself. This discrepancy could indicate variability in the condition of different parts of the park, different experiences with the management based on individual circumstances, or simply contrasting personal opinions.
The services and features at Glynnwood Mobile Home Park are partially revealed through the customer reviews. The availability of 1, 2, & 3 bedroom homes for rent is explicitly mentioned in one review, indicating that the park operates on a rental model rather than solely accommodating privately-owned mobile homes on rented lots. This is a significant feature for those seeking rental options within a mobile home park setting. The negative review highlights the issue of maintenance, suggesting that while maintenance services might technically be available, their quality and the owner's willingness to provide them are questionable. The partially completed septic tank pumping is a specific example of allegedly inadequate service. The positive review, on the other hand, implies that the property is well-maintained and visually appealing ("stunning"), suggesting that at least some parts of the park are in good condition. The mention of quiet surroundings also points to a feature that some residents might value.
The negative review also mentions that the roads within the park are "kind of messed up," indicating a potential infrastructure issue. However, the reviewer downplays this as not being a "big deal." This suggests that while there might be some disrepair in the infrastructure, it might not be a major deterrent for all residents. The fact that neighbors generally keep to themselves ("you don't have to really worry about your neighbors") could be seen as both a positive (privacy) and a negative (lack of community) feature, depending on individual preferences.
Promotional information is limited to the mention of available 1, 2, & 3 bedroom homes for rent, as indicated by the enthusiastic reviewer who was moving in. There are no specific details about rental rates, security deposits, or any special offers. Potential residents would need to contact the park management directly to obtain this information.
For local users in the "RV Parks Near Me" category considering Glynnwood Mobile Home Park, the available reviews present a dichotomy of experiences. The potential for quiet living and the availability of rental homes in various sizes (1, 2, & 3 bedrooms) could be attractive factors. The positive feedback about the property being "stunning" and the owners being an "awesome couple" suggests that some residents have a very favorable view of the park and its management.
However, the serious allegations in the negative review regarding the owner's unresponsiveness to essential maintenance, rudeness, and disrespect are significant red flags. The specific example of the unresolved septic tank issue raises concerns about the basic habitability and management of the park. The mention of poorly maintained roads, while downplayed by one reviewer, could also be a concern for some.
The advice in the negative review – that the park might be perfect if one never has an issue with their trailer but becomes a "worst nightmare ever" when problems arise – is a crucial point for potential residents to consider. It suggests a high degree of risk associated with relying on the park management for necessary repairs. This is particularly relevant for those considering a long-term stay where maintenance issues are more likely to occur.
Given these conflicting accounts, local users interested in Glynnwood Mobile Home Park should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence. It is strongly recommended to contact the park management directly to inquire about rental availability, rates, maintenance policies, and procedures for addressing resident concerns. It would also be highly beneficial to visit the park in person to assess the overall condition of the property, including the roads and any communal areas (if present). If possible, attempting to speak with current residents (perhaps those not directly associated with the positive or negative reviews) could provide a more balanced and unbiased perspective on the living experience at Glynnwood Mobile Home Park. Understanding the typical response time and quality of maintenance services would be a key area of inquiry.
In conclusion, Glynnwood Mobile Home Park offers rental homes in a potentially quiet setting in Wilmington. While some individuals have had positive experiences with the management and the property's appearance, there are serious allegations of neglectful management and poor maintenance response from at least one resident. Potential local users in the "RV Parks Near Me" category should carefully weigh these contrasting viewpoints and conduct thorough personal investigation before deciding to reside at Glynnwood Mobile Home Park.

Glynnwood Mobile Home Park Reviews
The owner is an old greedy guy. Will not fix anything. And still expect to have rent paid. Live a 2 bedroom not worth rent at all. The septic tank needed pumping. The job was half done. And the owner of the Park will not pay to get it fixed. Have been living with the issue for a little over a month. The owner is rude and disrespectful. If you never have an issue with your trailer then this is a perfect place to live. The roads are kind of messed up but that's not that big of a deal. It's quiet for the most part you don't have to really worry about your neighbors. When you start to have an issue with your trailer that's when this becomes your worst nightmare ever.
