Go Forth Mobile Home Village Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Orange, California area, perhaps to visit family or explore potential long-term living options in a senior community? While Go Forth Mobile Home Village, located at 1801 E Collins Ave, Orange, CA 92867, USA, is primarily a well-regarded senior (55+) mobile home park, its positive attributes, friendly atmosphere, and unique policies may be of interest to those seeking a welcoming environment, and could also indicate the presence of similarly well-managed RV parks in the vicinity.
Go Forth Mobile Home Village has garnered significant positive feedback from its residents, highlighting several key aspects that contribute to a happy living experience. One long-term resident, who purchased a home in the park in 2013, expresses extreme satisfaction, stating, "I am extremely happy in this park..." This strong endorsement speaks volumes about the quality of life within the community. For those considering a move to a senior mobile home park, or for those seeking "RV parks near me" with a reputation for resident satisfaction, Go Forth Mobile Home Village appears to be a noteworthy example of a well-run community.
A notable feature of Go Forth Mobile Home Village is its "strict policy about qualifying to rent with a positive credit score and proof of income before you can purchase." The resident who mentioned this explicitly appreciates this policy, believing it "keeps out the riff-raff." This emphasis on responsible tenancy contributes to a stable and potentially more harmonious living environment. For those seeking a community with a degree of selectivity in its residents, whether in a mobile home park or a long-term "RV park near me," this policy could be seen as a positive indicator of the community's standards.
The physical environment of Go Forth Mobile Home Village is consistently praised for its cleanliness and upkeep. The same resident notes, "The park itself is clean and kept looking that way." This attention to maintaining the park's appearance contributes to a pleasant and comfortable living experience for all residents. Cleanliness is also a crucial factor for those choosing "RV parks near me," as it reflects the overall care and management of the facility.
The management of Go Forth Mobile Home Village is described as "helpful within their boundaries" and not overly intrusive ("aren't park police which is fine with me"). A unique and highly appreciated aspect of the management is the presence of the property owner living within the park. The resident highlights this as a "bonus" because the owner is "happy to smile and chat with you which make his park feel more like a small town nothing like the corporate big business owned properties I've read reviews about." This personal touch from the owner fosters a more intimate and community-oriented atmosphere, a significant advantage over larger, more impersonal corporate-run properties. This "small town" feel and accessible owner could be attractive to those seeking a more personal experience, whether in a mobile home park or potentially at smaller, independently owned "RV parks near me."
Despite being a "quiet senior park," Go Forth Mobile Home Village is not perceived as overly restrictive or somber. The resident observes that "people here aren't waiting to die, they are friendly, most are active and love to talk." This portrayal of active and engaged seniors challenges any potential stereotypes of senior living and suggests a vibrant social environment. The friendly interactions, such as neighbors waving and saying hello, contribute to a sense of community and mutual care, which is highly valued by residents. This welcoming social fabric could also be a positive indicator for visitors staying at nearby "RV parks near me" who might interact with residents.
For pet owners, Go Forth Mobile Home Village has a "pets are allowed at a weight limit." While the reviewer understands the need for a weight limit in a smaller park, the fact that pets are permitted at all is a significant plus for many individuals. Pet-friendly policies are also a crucial consideration for many RV travelers searching for "RV parks near me," as traveling with pets is common.
Residents of Go Forth Mobile Home Village also appreciate the freedom to personalize their living spaces within certain guidelines. The reviewer mentions, "I also like that I have been able to landscape my property as I like within the rules as to not being cluttered towards the street view." This allowance for individual expression contributes to a sense of ownership and pride within the community.
Financial aspects are also viewed favorably, with the resident stating, "Rent increases are more than fair with a one year lease signing available." Predictable and reasonable rent increases are essential for long-term financial planning, whether in a mobile home park or considering an extended stay at an "RV park near me."
A particularly unique and significant feature of Go Forth Mobile Home Village is that it is "motorcycle friendly," a "huge plus" for the resident who is a full-time rider. They note that "not all parks family or senior allow motorcycle on property." This inclusive policy caters to a specific lifestyle and makes Go Forth Mobile Home Village a welcoming community for motorcycle enthusiasts and their riding friends. This niche-friendly approach highlights the park's consideration for the diverse interests of its residents and could be a positive indicator of open-minded management that might also be found in "RV parks near me" in the area.
The location of Go Forth Mobile Home Village is also highly convenient. The resident appreciates that "there is only one entrance and its by the mgrs office," which may contribute to a sense of security. Additionally, the park's proximity to essential amenities is a major advantage: "I like that there is a grocery store across the street and shopping of all kinds and restaurants is close by..." This ease of access to daily necessities and leisure options enhances the quality of life for residents and could also be beneficial for visitors staying at nearby "RV parks near me."
Another positive review from someone whose mother lived in the park for four years before passing away echoes the sentiment of a friendly and supportive community. They mention making "so many nice people that I made great relationships with while she lived there" and highly recommend it as "truly a nice community." This second positive account further reinforces the welcoming and supportive atmosphere of Go Forth Mobile Home Village.
In conclusion, Go Forth Mobile Home Village in Orange, CA, offers a clean, friendly, and well-managed senior (55+) living environment with unique features such as an on-site owner, motorcycle-friendly policies, and convenient access to amenities. The positive feedback from residents emphasizes the strong sense of community, fair management, and overall high quality of life. While primarily a mobile home park, its many positive attributes and welcoming atmosphere make it a notable community in the Orange area and could suggest that similarly well-managed and resident-focused "RV parks near me" may also be found nearby. For those considering senior living options or visiting family in the area, Go Forth Mobile Home Village appears to be an excellent choice.

Go Forth Mobile Home Village Reviews
I purchased a mobile home in the park in Nov 2013 moved in Dec of the same year I am extremely happy in this park... I like that there is a strict policy about qualifying to rent with a positive credit score and proof of income before you can purchase, honestly I believe it keeps out the riff-raff. The park itself is clean and kept looking that way. Mgnt is helpful within their boundaries, and aren't park police which is fine with me. I will say that having the property owner living here is a bonus he is happy to smile and chat with you which make his park feel more like a small town nothing like the corporate big business owned properties I've read reviews about. The park is a quiet senior park but not excessively so, people here aren't waiting to die, they are friendly, most are active and love to talk. I enjoy having my neighbors wave and say hello as I come and go there a sense of watching out after each other I truly appreciate. Pets are allowed at a weight limit, I don't have a problem with large breeds but I understand the need for a weight limit in this small park. I also like that I have been able to landscape my property as I like within the rules as to not being cluttered towards the street view. Rent increases are more than fair with a one year lease signing available and one of the most important things Go Forth Village is motorcycle friendly which is a huge plus as I am a full-time rider with friends that ride too, not all parks family or senior allow motorcycle on property. Lastly and I can't say this enough I like living here, I like my neighbors and the management, I like the location of my home in the park, I like that there is only one entrance and its by the mgrs office, I like that there is a grocery store across the street and shopping of all kinds and restaurants is close by... I'm giving it 5/5
