Grand Royal Estates Introduce
If you are currently searching for "RV parks near me" in the Grand Terrace, California area, Grand Royal Estates, located at 22111 Newport Ave, Grand Terrace, CA 92313, USA, is a mobile home park that might appear in your search results. You can contact them at (909) 825-2468 or their mobile number, +1 909-825-2468. When considering an RV park for either short-term or long-term stays, various factors come into play, including the management's effectiveness, the enforcement of community rules, and the overall safety and comfort of the environment. The available customer reviews for Grand Royal Estates offer some insights into these aspects, although they do not directly address RV-specific amenities.
One of the initial pieces of feedback is directed towards delivery drivers ("giggers") for platforms like Uber Eats, Instacart, DoorDash, and GrubHub. This reviewer advises these drivers to "stay away from this location" because the "president here don't tip." While this feedback is not directly related to the experience of living in the park, it might suggest a certain attitude or economic demographic within at least a segment of the community. It also serves as a warning to those providing services to residents of Grand Royal Estates.
The second review provides more direct feedback on the living environment within Grand Royal Estates. The reviewer, who states they have lived there their "whole life," expresses significant disappointment with the current management. A primary concern revolves around a neighbor who repeatedly fails to keep their dog on a leash. According to the review, this unleashed dog had already attacked the reviewer's pet, which was on a leash. Despite submitting evidence, including video footage, of the neighbor's dog being off-leash in common areas, the reviewer claims that the manager, Bernadette (spelling uncertain), has stated she is "handling it" but has taken no visible action. The reviewer expresses frustration that the park rules, as well as city rules regarding leash laws, are not being enforced. This lack of enforcement has led the reviewer to feel unsafe walking their own dog within the park, a situation that was not a problem previously.
This review raises serious concerns about the management's effectiveness in enforcing park rules, particularly those related to pet safety. The alleged failure to address a known issue, especially one involving an animal attack, can create a sense of insecurity and frustration among residents. For RV owners considering a stay at Grand Royal Estates, understanding the park's pet policies and the management's commitment to enforcing them would be crucial, especially if they are traveling with pets.
The lack of enforcement of leash rules could also indicate a broader issue with the management's approach to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all residents. If certain rules are not consistently applied, it can lead to a breakdown of community standards and potentially impact the quality of life for everyone in the park.
While these reviews provide insights into management and pet-related issues, they do not offer much information about the environment, services, or features of Grand Royal Estates that would be specifically relevant to RV owners. There is no mention of the size or layout of the park, the availability of RV hookups (water, electricity, sewer), Wi-Fi access, laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, recreational amenities (such as a pool or communal areas), or the general upkeep of the grounds.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Grand Terrace, the limited information available for Grand Royal Estates makes it difficult to form a comprehensive picture. The negative feedback regarding management's handling of pet policy enforcement is a significant concern that potential residents with or without pets should consider. The comment about tipping might offer a glimpse into the social dynamics of the park, but its relevance to RV living is less direct.
Given the lack of information on RV-specific amenities and the negative feedback regarding management, it would be prudent for those interested in Grand Royal Estates as an RV park to conduct further investigation. This could involve contacting the park directly to inquire about their policies on RVs, the types of hookups available, the amenities offered to guests, and their approach to enforcing park rules and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents. It would also be beneficial to ask about the general environment of the park – is it quiet, family-friendly, close to local attractions, etc.?
Furthermore, seeking out additional reviews or testimonials from individuals who have stayed at Grand Royal Estates in an RV, if possible, would provide more relevant insights. Online RV park directories or forums might contain such feedback. Visiting the park in person could also be helpful in assessing the environment and the general upkeep of the property, although it might be challenging to gauge the management's effectiveness or the enforcement of rules during a brief visit.
In conclusion, the available online feedback for Grand Royal Estates in Grand Terrace, CA, raises concerns about the management's handling of rule enforcement, particularly regarding pets. The reviews do not provide sufficient information about the park's suitability for RVs in terms of amenities and environment. Therefore, local users searching for "RV parks near me" should exercise caution, conduct thorough due diligence, and seek specific information relevant to RV living before considering Grand Royal Estates. Exploring other RV parks in the Grand Terrace area with more comprehensive and positive reviews might be a more advisable approach to finding a suitable and enjoyable place to stay.

Grand Royal Estates Reviews
Attention all giggers attention all giggers, whether you over it, instacart, doordash, GrubHub, or any other good platform chroma stay away from this location, president here don't tip. Don't waste your vehicle, your insurance oh, and your time making deliveries to this location when they are unwilling to give you an adequate gratuity. They need to understand "no tip no trip."
Apr 21, 2022 · Mister Zombie NoeI’ve been here my whole life and can’t believe how management is running this place. We have been having problems with a neighbor not having their dog on a leash that had already attacked one of my pets on a leash who continues to not have their dog on a leash in the park also outside where the grass is. We submitted evidence and the manager Bernadette if that’s how it’s spelled is saying that she is “handling it” but nothing is being done she said she seen the dog on the leash even though we submitted evidence also on video that the dog is off leash on camera. I don’t understand why you guys can’t enforce the rules of the park also the city rules. I don’t feel safe walking my dog in the park which has never been a problem until now.

Nov 10, 2022 · Eric ZepedaBernadette Is weird. Goes around in her go cart taking pictures of cars. Parking is terrible and doesn’t want to accommodate. Also good luck trying to buy a parking space IVE been on a waitlist for 7 months now. How come management has like 5 parking spaces? And go carts parked everywhere. Defiantly need more parking. Would rate no stars if I could. It’s a nightmare living here, beware.
