This includes the layout of the community, the condition of the roads, the presence of green spaces or landscaping, and the overall upkeep of the grounds. One online review describes it as a "Great Community" where the resident has lived for four years and found it "welcoming and friendly to all walks of life community." This positive feedback suggests a potentially pleasant social environment within the community. However, another review presents serious concerns regarding maintenance issues within individual homes and a deeply upsetting incident involving a pet. These contrasting perspectives highlight the importance of seeking comprehensive and up-to-date information.

Greenfield Mobile Home Estates Reviews
At first things were amazing and I was told that when things break they get fixed 🙄 the AC would not work once it got to hot outside and the heart didn't work once it hit 40°. That's not even the least of my problems. I had a cat that was loved very very much not only by me but by my 6 year old and he got out of our house and 2 days later I found him shot in the face on the new bridge which he has never ever went to far from me. Was this an accident? Absolutely NOT. I'm very very angry and very heartbroken over this and it's been almost a month and a half. I have talked to my cop friends and if I found out who done this they will have their time in front of a judge. There are so many cats out there and most of them nobody cares about but my MJ was loved 😭 whoever did this pick the one cat who is irreplaceable.

May 01, 2025 · Steven Adams (Princess Sophia)The neighborhood is definitely child friendly. The office and maintenance people are awesome. I haven't really needed my trailer fixed but love that when I moved in its safe and mold free! Nobody really bothers you and it's mostly quiet.
Apr 01, 2019 · Amy CarrellI visit Greenfield at least one to two times a month on business. The park is always well kept. The streets are in good repair. The manager is very friendly and helpful. If I lived in the area I would consider living there.
Mar 23, 2018 · Pamela MasonBEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!! They are thieves. When I was going to move from my home, I told them 2 weeks in advance that I was going to pay for the last month of my rent and then I was going to expect my DEPOSIT back (so as there policies said). The Manager in charge (Vicky) told me that I just have to clean out my home really well and then I would receive my FULL DEPOSIT. So I did as she asked, our family spent 1 whole day cleaning the home, (the place was spot less). We moved out to our new home and months have gone by. We were expecting our DEPOSIT back in the first 3 months (As their policy stated, It will only take 3 months to receive your DEPOSIT back). I called the people that were responsible for the returning of the DEPOSIT, and they tried to ignore my call for over a month. Today I have finally received a check in the mail that was for the DEPOSIT refund, and out of $675 I have ONLY RECEIVED $225. They ROBBED my money stating that the home wasn't cleaned (Maintenance fee). PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! These people are just a bunch of scammers.
