Seascape Mobile Home Park Introduce
When searching for "RV Parks Near Me" or considering a long-term mobile home residency in the Newport, NC area, potential tenants and RV owners may come across Seascape Mobile Home Park, located at 446 Nine Foot Rd, Newport, NC 28570, USA. Based on publicly available customer reviews, it is essential to provide an objective introduction that reflects the experiences shared by current and former residents. This information is crucial for anyone evaluating their options for a place to reside or park their RV.
The environment at Seascape Mobile Home Park, as described by residents, presents a concerning picture. Multiple reviews explicitly mention significant issues with the physical condition of the homes within the park. Comments such as "Majority of trailers have roof leaks and plumbing issues" and "The trailers leak when it rains" highlight serious structural and maintenance deficiencies. Furthermore, the presence of "roaches as well" indicates potential sanitation or pest control problems that impact the living environment. The discovery of "mold in our home" raises significant health and safety concerns for residents. While the park is a mobile home park, it is important to note that the conditions described may also deter those seeking a well-maintained environment for their RV, as the overall upkeep of the property seems to be a significant challenge. The general impression conveyed is one of neglect rather than a well-managed or desirable living space.
In terms of services, the feedback points to a significant lack of responsiveness and care from the management. Residents report that the owner, identified as "Greg Venditti," is a "slum Lord" who "won't answer you when you call to tell him" about issues. This indicates a serious deficiency in tenant support and property management services. The complaint that "He doesn't want to fix things right" and that if tenants "tell him things need to be fixed he tries to raise the rent" suggests a punitive and uncooperative approach to maintenance requests. The incident of a "verbal eviction notice due to being late one time" on rent, despite it being the only time, further illustrates a perceived harsh and inflexible management style. These accounts strongly suggest that essential services related to property upkeep, tenant communication, and fair treatment are either severely lacking or actively problematic at Seascape Mobile Home Park. For those accustomed to the service levels typically found in well-regarded RV parks, which often include responsive management and proactive maintenance, the reported conditions at Seascape would likely be a considerable deterrent.
The features of Seascape Mobile Home Park, based on the provided reviews, are unfortunately overshadowed by the reported negative aspects. While a mobile home park typically offers individual lots for manufactured homes, and sometimes spaces for RVs, the condition of these homes and the surrounding infrastructure are critical features. The recurring issues of "roof leaks," "plumbing issues," "roaches," and "mold" indicate that the fundamental features of safe and habitable housing are compromised. A park's location, which is at 446 Nine Foot Rd, Newport, NC 28570, USA, might offer proximity to certain areas, but this benefit is significantly diminished if the living conditions themselves are problematic. The lack of proper maintenance and the alleged disinterest from the owner, who "doesn't care about his tenants or the homes he only cares about making money," suggest that any potential positive features of the individual lots or the park's general layout are not being adequately maintained or supported. Unlike RV parks that might offer amenities like clubhouses, laundry facilities, or recreational areas, the core concern here is the habitability and basic functionality of the residential units themselves, making any discussion of broader amenities secondary and potentially irrelevant for prospective tenants.
Given the nature of the reviews, any promotional information for Seascape Mobile Home Park, particularly for a platform like "RV Parks Near Me," would need to be highly cautious and transparent to avoid misleading potential residents. Based solely on the provided feedback, it would be difficult to craft a positive, objective promotion. Instead, an objective introduction, like the one being constructed, must present the documented concerns directly. If one were to hypothetically advise a local user searching for "RV Parks Near Me" about Seascape Mobile Home Park, the advice would lean heavily on the caution indicated by the reviews. One might state: "Prospective residents considering Seascape Mobile Home Park at 446 Nine Foot Rd, Newport, NC 28570, USA, within the 'RV Parks Near Me' category should be aware of significant tenant concerns regarding property maintenance and landlord responsiveness. Reports indicate widespread issues with roof leaks, plumbing, mold, and pest infestations in many of the mobile homes. Residents have also expressed concerns about management's willingness to address these issues and perceived attempts to raise rent when repairs are requested. The overall sentiment suggests a challenging living environment with a focus on profit over tenant welfare. It is highly recommended that any interested party conduct a thorough personal inspection of any available unit and property, speak with current residents if possible, and carefully review all rental agreements and maintenance policies before committing to a tenancy." This form of "promotion" acts more as a public service announcement, providing objective facts based on reported experiences, rather than an enticing advertisement. The address would be provided for identification, but no phone numbers are given in the provided information to contact for further details, which is a common practice when introducing communities with significant negative feedback.
In conclusion, while Seascape Mobile Home Park is located at 446 Nine Foot Rd, Newport, NC 28570, USA, and operates as a mobile home community (which may include RV sites), the overwhelming sentiment from real customer reviews points to substantial issues regarding its environment, services, and features. The reported pervasive problems with property maintenance, including leaks, plumbing, mold, and pests, coupled with allegations of an unresponsive and problematic landlord, create a highly unfavorable impression. For individuals searching for "RV Parks Near Me" or a stable mobile home residency, the information available on Seascape Mobile Home Park suggests significant red flags. It is crucial for anyone considering this location to proceed with extreme caution, thoroughly investigate the conditions firsthand, and understand the potential challenges before making any commitments.

Seascape Mobile Home Park Reviews
The owner Greg Venditti is a slum Lord . Majority of trailers have roof leaks and plumbing issues. Along with roaches as well. Discovered mold in our home and nothing's being done about it always paid our rent late one time gave us a verbal eviction notice due to being late one time. He doesn't care about his tenants or the homes he only cares about making money.
Oct 06, 2021 · hopeI wish you could give zero stars the landlord is a slum Lord. The trailers leak when it rains and he won't answer you when you call to tell him. He doesn't want to fix things right. And if you tell him things need to be fixed he tries to raise the rent.
Nov 15, 2021 · Tessa NapierIf it were possible I would definitely leave no starsThe owner let my family be in a trailer with leaking water and outlets that are dangerous to useHe wouldn’t help out with fixing anything but when he did he was using very bad language and the person he had to try and “fix” our roof even said to us that the roof is very unstable and will probably collapse soon so we had to leave soon
Nov 15, 2021 · Wolf RogueThe owner is slum Lord he doesn't care about the renter s he put bandage on things and when you have a problem he gets mad and wants you to move or tell you that you fix it your self and charge you different money on your rent trust me he is not a good person I don't think he should even get a star
