Hacienda Del Sol Mobile Home Park Introduce
Hacienda Del Sol Mobile Home Park is located at 12727 W Glendale Ave, Glendale, AZ 85307, USA. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home parks in the Glendale, Arizona region, Hacienda Del Sol Mobile Home Park is an option that appears in listings. They can be contacted at (623) 935-3800 or +1 623-935-3800 for inquiries.
However, it is imperative for potential residents or visitors to be aware of the overwhelmingly negative customer feedback available online regarding Hacienda Del Sol Mobile Home Park. These reviews raise serious concerns about the living conditions, management, and amenities offered at this property.
One particularly alarming review details a persistent sewer line leak in the resident's front yard that has reportedly been ongoing for two years, recurring every three days. The reviewer describes the resulting smell as "disgusting," significantly impacting their ability to enjoy their home. Despite informing management about this issue repeatedly over the two-year period, the problem allegedly remains unresolved, with management only sending a sewer truck that seemingly provides a temporary fix without addressing the underlying leak. The reviewer expresses frustration and indicates a lack of concern from the management regarding this significant environmental and health issue.
Another review unequivocally labels Hacienda Del Sol Mobile Home Park as "the worst place you can live in!" This strongly worded statement is further elaborated upon with accusations that the mobile home park is "absolutely disgusting and horrible." The primary complaints in this review focus on the management, described as "extremely rude and unprofessional," both in the past and currently.
Furthermore, this review contradicts the park's advertised amenities, specifically mentioning a pool that is consistently unusable. Despite being advertised on their website, the pool is allegedly "always closed due to 'construction'." The reviewer further claims that the pool is perpetually "disgusting and dirty" and likely not compliant with sanitation codes, suggesting a potential risk of infection for anyone who might use it. The use of strong negative imagery ("🤢🤮") underscores the reviewer's extreme dissatisfaction with this amenity.
Adding to the negative portrayal, the review also raises concerns about animal welfare within the park. It is stated that "Dogs and cats are constantly running around the streets," and the reviewer expresses sadness at seeing how poorly some of these animals are treated. The issue of loose animals also poses a safety hazard, as the reviewer mentions almost hitting dogs running loose in the roads.
Considering these two available reviews, a clear and concerning picture emerges of Hacienda Del Sol Mobile Home Park. The allegations include severe and unresolved infrastructure issues (the persistent sewer leak), unprofessional and rude management, misrepresented or unusable amenities (the constantly closed and dirty pool), and potential animal welfare and safety concerns (loose and possibly mistreated pets). The language used in both reviews indicates a high level of dissatisfaction and distress among at least some residents.
Given the severity of these complaints, potential residents or those searching for "RV parks near me" in Glendale, Arizona, should approach Hacienda Del Sol Mobile Home Park with extreme caution. The issues raised are not minor inconveniences but rather significant problems that could severely impact the quality of life for anyone residing in the park.
The lack of any positive feedback or information about the park's environment, services, or features is notable. The available information is entirely focused on negative experiences related to maintenance, management, and amenities. This absence of positive commentary further underscores the concerns raised in the reviews.
For individuals seeking a place to park their RV or find a mobile home in the Glendale area, it would be prudent to thoroughly investigate other options and consider parks with more positive or at least less concerning feedback. The allegations of a persistent sewer leak and an unusable pool, coupled with complaints about rude and unprofessional management, are serious red flags.
It is important to remember that these reviews represent individual experiences, but the consistency and severity of the issues described warrant careful consideration. Potential residents should weigh these concerns heavily and perhaps attempt to gather additional information from other sources before making any decisions about Hacienda Del Sol Mobile Home Park.
In conclusion, based on the limited but strongly negative online reviews, Hacienda Del Sol Mobile Home Park in Glendale, Arizona, appears to be a property with significant issues related to maintenance, management, and the usability of advertised amenities. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home parks in this area are strongly advised to exercise caution and explore alternative options with more favorable feedback.

Hacienda Del Sol Mobile Home Park Reviews
There is a sewer line in my front yard that has been leaking for 2 years straight ever 3 days! It smells disgusting it’s hard to enjoy my time at home when it smells like shitty water running all the way down the street. It’s so nasty I’ve been telling the management for 2 years now and they haven’t resolved it they just bring the sewer truck but it clearly hasn’t done the job if it’s still leaking they aren’t concerned at all and it’s absolutely insane
Apr 28, 2025 · Candy DiazThis place is the worst place you can live in!This mobile home park is absolutely disgusting and horrible. The managers have been and continue to be extremely rude and unprofessional. They advertise a pool on their website but you can NEVER use it! It's always closed due to "construction" it's constantly disgusting and dirty and most likely not even up to satiation codes can honestly get an infection if you were to use it.🤢🤮 Dogs and cats are constantly running around the streets and it's so incredibly sad seeing how bad these animals are treated.. almost hit dogs because of them running loose in the roads
Feb 02, 2025 · Yaya ReyesWe just moved in, but they have been excellent at customer service and addressing any concerns or needs we have had. The move in process was smooth. The park is extremely quiet, and most of the neighbors are friendly and pleasant. It’s definitely a family community, and you can see kids riding bikes and playing regularly. I love that it’s pet friendly, and has a community atmosphere.
Mar 01, 2024 · Tammy WhittenI have been visiting here for a few years. It seems to be a pretty safe place for children to walk around and ride their bikes. There is a basketball court and a volleyball net with sand underneath. There is a playground, but I think it's locked up as I have never seen kids playing in there. They have opened the pool this year. It was closed last year. They do have a laundry room. The things that I don't like are only in my opinion. I think they charge a lot just to park an RV or mobile home there, plus you pay all utilities including your trash. I can understand having to keep your yard cleaned up, but I Don't understand having to trim the trees on the space. A lot of the trees are Catclaws that have long thorns on them. Makes me wonder if the park has insurance for people who might cut a branch and it comes down and hurts someone? To pay someone to do this for you cost around $250. They do have someone trim the tall palm trees, but leave the palm branches for the tenant to deal with. This last visit was the first time that I could walk down the sidewalk without having to walk out into the street to keep from running into the trees hanging over it and cutting up my head and face. They don't even keep their own trees trimmed. About a year ago they had someone go down at least one street and jackhammer up big chunks of the sidewalk, then just left them all over in front of the spaces. I finally had to pile them all up and fill up some of the holes the best I could, cause the person I was visiting was coming home from work and would not have been able to pull into their spot and your not allowed to park on the street. It was hard work and I am disabled with 2 herniated disk in my back and bad hips, but it had to be done. Then my friend had to put a couple pieces at a time in her trash to get it hauled away. Another person still has a big pile in front of their home and nothing has been done about the sidewalk.

Constantly getting notices to clean our yard when half of these trailers yards ARE COVERED IN WEEDS AND GARBAGE, but if you dont do it you'll get fined. Are constantly increasing your rent prices you are EXTREMELY MONEY HUNGRY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGERS! Don't even get me started on constantly having to listen to loud music and dogs barking pretty much 24/7. Don't ever recommend anyone living here!!
