Shamrock Manufactured Homes & RV Park Introduce
Located at 8427 W Glendale Ave #182, Glendale, AZ 85305, USA, Shamrock Manufactured Homes & RV Park offers a dual setting for both long-term manufactured home residents and potentially shorter-term RV visitors. For local users exploring housing options, including those searching within the "RV parks near me" category, Shamrock presents a community that appears to have both positive attributes and areas of concern, as indicated by the available customer reviews. Understanding these varying perspectives is crucial for anyone considering this park as a place to live or stay.
One reviewer shared a positive experience, specifically highlighting a staff member named Shannon as "fantastic," "super helpful," and "friendly," which significantly contributed to their stay. This positive interaction with staff can greatly enhance a resident's or visitor's experience, indicating a welcoming and supportive management presence. The same reviewer also noted that the neighborhood "feels pretty safe," providing a sense of security for their belongings. Additionally, they found the RV spaces to be "nice" and mentioned that they would "definitely" stay again if working in the area, suggesting a satisfactory experience for RV travelers.
However, this positive review also mentioned a notable dislike for the "massive speed bumps" within the park. While speed bumps are typically intended to enhance safety by slowing down traffic, their size and placement can be inconvenient or even problematic for some residents and visitors.
In contrast to the positive feedback, another reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction with the current living conditions at Shamrock, despite having "used to love living here." This suggests a potential decline in the park's environment or management over time. A major concern raised is the issue of speeding, with the reviewer stating that the roads are "like a race track" with cars "cruising up and down, much faster than the posted limit." This directly contradicts the other reviewer's feeling of safety and indicates a potentially hazardous environment for pedestrians and other residents.
The second reviewer also reported instances of "some people who live here that harass others," which is a serious concern regarding the community's social environment and the well-being of its residents. Such behavior can create a hostile and uncomfortable living situation.
Furthermore, this reviewer expressed a lack of confidence in the park's security, stating, "There is security, but they don't actually do anything at all." Ineffective security measures can exacerbate safety concerns and leave residents feeling vulnerable.
Another significant issue raised is the difficulty in contacting management for assistance or answers, with the reviewer stating it is "hard to get a hold of anyone if you need any answers." Poor communication and lack of accessibility to management can be frustrating for residents needing support or information.
Finally, the second reviewer highlighted a concerning trend of increasing lot payments. They mentioned that their lot cost had risen from just over $500 four years ago to nearly $800, with another increase expected in January. This significant and consistent increase in lot rent can create financial strain for residents, especially those on fixed incomes, and raises questions about the long-term affordability of living in Shamrock.
Based on these contrasting reviews, Shamrock Manufactured Homes & RV Park appears to be a community with both appealing aspects, such as a friendly staff member and potentially nice RV spaces, and significant drawbacks, including speeding, harassment, ineffective security, poor management accessibility, and increasing lot rents. For local users exploring "RV parks near me," Shamrock offers RV spaces, which might be a convenient option for temporary stays, especially given the positive feedback about Shannon and the RV facilities. However, potential long-term residents, whether in manufactured homes or considering relocating their RV, should carefully consider the serious concerns raised by the other reviewer regarding safety, security, community behavior, and the financial implications of steadily rising lot rents.
Prospective residents and RV visitors should conduct thorough due diligence by contacting the management directly at (623) 872-8500 or mobile phone +1 623-872-8500 to inquire about the current situation regarding security, rule enforcement (particularly concerning speeding and harassment), management responsiveness, and the current lot rental rates and any anticipated increases. Visiting the park at 8427 W Glendale Ave #182, Glendale, AZ 85305, USA, to observe the environment firsthand and potentially speak with current residents (if possible) could provide a more comprehensive understanding of the community's atmosphere and any ongoing issues.
In conclusion, Shamrock Manufactured Homes & RV Park in Glendale, Arizona, presents a mixed profile. While some aspects, such as friendly staff and potentially nice RV spaces, are commendable, significant concerns regarding safety, security, community behavior, management accessibility, and increasing costs have also been reported by residents. For local users exploring "RV parks near me" or considering long-term residency in a manufactured home, it is crucial to weigh these contrasting perspectives and conduct thorough personal research to determine if Shamrock aligns with their individual needs and expectations.

Shamrock Manufactured Homes & RV Park Reviews
Shannon is fantastic and has made my stay. Super helpful and friendly. The neighborhood feels pretty safe and I don’t have to worry about my stuff getting broken into. Rv spaces are nice. The only thing I dislike are the massive speed bumps. Definitely staying here again if im working in town.
Feb 17, 2025 · prestonI used to love living here. Don't move here now however. The roads are like a race track, cars cruising up and down, much faster than the posted limit. You have some people who live here that harass others. There is security, but they don't actually do anything at all. Hard to get a hold of anyone if you need any answers. They also raise the lot payment every single year. My lot cost just over $500 four years ago, now it's closer to $800 and they're going to raise it again in January. My advice find a different park with better safety and security, and hopefully people in the office to assist you.
Nov 24, 2024 · Jack Haynes---UPDATESince my original review, the situation has only gotten worse. The Zona Law Firm, which represents this community, has contacted me about taking down my post in exchange for money. They also improperly served legal documents related to an eviction and are now attempting to sell my trailer while I await a decision on the improper serving of papers. Their practices have raised serious ethical concerns.DO NOT BUY OR RENT HEREI purchased a home in this mobile home park about a year ago, and initially, everything was fine. However, things took a turn for the worse after management changed late last year. Since then, there has been no consistent office presence, making it nearly impossible to reach anyone for assistance or to handle rent payments. The community is now overpriced for what it offers, and the lack of professionalism and accountability is alarming. If you're considering moving here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Dec 15, 2024 · Robert NicolNice safe place, but sweet Jesus those are the worst speed bumps I've ever seen. A tank would bottom out on those things.
Nov 18, 2024 · Jerrod KaplanGreat place we had an RV spot and it was perfect. Quite area. Plenty of space. Shannon was very helpful. Thank you.
