Management has been very helpful and supportive from my point of view.They run a tight ship but that’s why you can expect quality neighbors and a quality neighborhood. I would highly recommend this park.
Oct 21, 2020 · Shirley PortsmouthOwners beware. We were in the middle of a sale of our family trailer when Jean and Bob told our buyer were were ripping them off. Jean was really pushing their realtor (Alice who many other residents said to avoid and has a low rating not he BBB website). They told our buyer that Alice could have got them a better deal. Then when we confronted Jean and Bob they told us we were lucky they didn't ask us move the trailer out of their park because of how old it is (1994) not taking into account its upkeep and condition whatsoever. They also threatened to never let us sell again in their park. So now I am in a position of not being able to sell the trailer at all because who wants to buy a huge double wide that park management won't let you sell for the price you want without sabotaging you? or deciding its too old to even remain in the park? moving a trailer isn't easy and isn't cheap. I have asked for a written notice of this policy along with one other regarding home sell inspections. I will share that if I receive it and post photos of the trailer later. I never had issues with management before I tried to sale and I think its fair that the community should know this given that this trailer is newer that half of the trailers in the community. you may be in for quite an experience once you decide to leave. More details: Jean told me not to sell the trailer for less than $45K and a realtor recommended we start at $60 and take the offers in between so we accepted $55K for a partially furnished (couches, two furnished bedrooms with one being a brand new never used $2,700 avocado green mattress, brand new kitchen suite ($7K), flat screen television, desktop computer and desk, new washer, new kitchen plumbing, rebuilt ramp and patio steps, etc.) 4 bedroom, 2 full baths, 2 living rooms, large kitchen, laundry area, three car - car port with shed in the back. fully enclosed outdoor patio. 1,700 sq ft.

Not At all not one person walking or stepping outside or even driving into the complex it to there living space. Now the place has a very well up keep. It is emmaculate around there nothing is our of place. Streets smooth clean. Quiet day or night. People if I knew any there outside of my friends that live there amd rhey are friendly though.I asked him he said it's a retirement community. So if you understand that then you understand. Others you have to be k over 55 years old to able to live there and relax with its benefits they offer. I haven't gone to the Inside rental office clubhouse yet. Looks great and so does the pool. There is two places places with the same name but take note if you want 1 or 2 makes a difference. Well enjoy
