Suncrest Mobile Home Park I Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Peoria, Arizona area and considering long-term residency in a mobile home park that might also accommodate RVs, Suncrest Mobile Home Park I, located at 10955 N 79th Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345, USA, presents a complex picture based on recent online reviews. You can contact them at (623) 878-2049 or +1 623-878-2049 for inquiries, but it is crucial to consider the feedback provided by current residents.
One resident expresses a general love for their home within the park but raises a specific concern regarding community rules. They inquire about the permissibility of displaying political signs in their yard, noting uncertainty about the policy and having temporarily placed the sign in their window. This indicates that residents might need to navigate specific regulations regarding personal expression within their leased spaces, which is a common aspect of mobile home park living. For those considering bringing an RV for a long-term stay, understanding such community rules would be essential.
The second review presents a more critical and concerning perspective on the new management. This reviewer alleges several problematic practices. Firstly, they claim the new manager uses her realtor license to solicit residents to sell their homes, leveraging her position in approving potential new buyers for the park. This could create a potential conflict of interest and raise questions about the fairness of the home selling process within the community. Secondly, the reviewer accuses the manager of not returning lot money owed, which suggests potential financial mismanagement or disputes. Thirdly, they allege double-charging for lot updates, billing both the seller and the buyer. This would be a significant financial burden and a questionable business practice. Furthermore, the reviewer claims the manager refuses to provide owner information, hindering communication with higher authorities regarding these issues. Finally, they allege that property maintenance is referred to the manager's "buddies," raising concerns about the quality and impartiality of maintenance services.
Considering these reviews in the context of your search for "RV parks near me" for a longer-term stay, potentially within a mobile home park that accommodates RVs, the information available suggests several areas of concern:
Environment: The first review, while positive about the resident's home, doesn't offer much insight into the overall environment of the park itself, beyond the implication that there are yards where signs could potentially be displayed. The second review focuses heavily on management practices rather than the physical environment. Therefore, based on this limited information, it is difficult to assess the aesthetic appeal, upkeep, or community atmosphere of Suncrest Mobile Home Park I.
Services and Amenities: The reviews do not provide specific details about the services and amenities offered within Suncrest Mobile Home Park I. Typically, mobile home parks provide essential utilities (water, sewer, electricity) to individual lots. Some might also offer amenities such as laundry facilities, community rooms, recreational areas (like pools or clubhouses), and maintenance services. For those considering an RV, it would be crucial to know if the park offers suitable hookups and facilities for RVs, and if those are distinct from the services provided to mobile home residents.
Features: Potential features could include individual lots suitable for mobile homes and possibly RVs, utility connections, and the presence of a manager. However, the negative review raises concerns about the management's practices, which could significantly impact the living experience. The uncertainty around displaying political signs suggests a potentially restrictive community rule. The alleged practices of the new manager, if accurate, would be significant negative features.
Promotional Information: No promotional information, such as special rates or incentives for new residents (whether mobile home owners or RVers), is mentioned in the provided reviews. To obtain information about lot rental fees, availability, and any current offers, direct contact with the park management would be necessary. However, given the serious allegations in one of the reviews, it would be prudent to approach such inquiries with caution and a thorough list of questions.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" for a long-term stay in Peoria, AZ, and considering Suncrest Mobile Home Park I, the available information presents significant red flags. While one resident expresses love for their home, the uncertainty about basic freedoms like displaying political signs and the serious allegations against the new management regarding financial practices and ethical conduct are major concerns that cannot be ignored.
Before considering Suncrest Mobile Home Park I for long-term RV living (assuming it accommodates RVs), it is imperative to:
- Contact the management directly at (623) 878-2049 or +1 623-878-2049. Inquire specifically about their policies regarding RVs (if they are permitted), the availability of RV lots, the types of hookups provided, the lot rental fees, and the rules and regulations of the park, including those related to signage and personal expression.
- Ask for clarification on the allegations made in the negative review. While the management's response should be taken with a grain of salt, it might provide some context or their perspective on the issues raised.
- Inquire about the ownership of the park and the process for contacting them directly, especially given the reviewer's claim that the manager refuses to provide this information.
- Thoroughly investigate the financial aspects of renting a lot, including what fees are charged, when they are due, and the policies regarding security deposits or any "lot money" that might be owed upon departure.
- If possible, and with extreme caution, try to speak with current residents (other than the reviewers) to get a broader understanding of the living conditions and management practices within the park. Be mindful that residents might be hesitant to speak openly if they fear repercussions.
- Consider looking for alternative "RV parks near me" in Peoria, AZ, that have more consistently positive or at least less concerning recent feedback.
In conclusion, the limited information available for Suncrest Mobile Home Park I raises significant concerns, particularly regarding the management practices. For those seeking a long-term "RV park near me," proceeding with extreme caution and conducting thorough due diligence is essential. Verifying the park's RV accommodation policies and directly addressing the serious allegations made in the negative review should be top priorities before considering this location for your long-term living needs.

Suncrest Mobile Home Park I Reviews
I love my home but am I allowed to put political signs in my yard? Cause I'm not sure, so for now it's in my window but I would like to know for sure.
Oct 12, 2024 · Valerie SrockThe new manager advertises her realtor license to get you to let her sell your home while she "approves" the new buyer for the park, doesn't return lot money owed, charges for lot updates to both lots, and refuses to provide owner information, in addition to referring property maintenance to her buddies. Not a good experience
Nov 12, 2023 · Shellie MunozSome people aren't so friendly if you're not from or live in this park, but most are very nice people. From what I understand management is great! They do tend to stick with the people they like or know better. The park itself seems to be taken care of, no trash thrown about or anything. They also have a driver that drives around making sure everything is good and people are safe, not security, but security. I don't live here but I visit and that's how I got the information.
Oct 29, 2020 · Heather PectolLarge Mobile Home Park which is very well maintained. Met some nice tenants while volunteering to help install smoke alarms for those needing them.
Mar 01, 2024 · Debra BokichJean and Non the property managers are unprofessional and make up their own rules on when you have to remove the mobile home from the property based on age and other subjective criteria not the actual condition of the home. Nothing is in writing. They selectively enforce rules, colors of the houses, where fences can be, cleanliness of the property you name it. Challenge them on anything and they will stop answering the phone and they will send you to their lawyers. The place has really gotten bad after the last property manager left.
