Welcome to Peoria Polynesian Village, located at 10951 N 91st Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345, USA. For those searching for "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home park in the Peoria, Arizona area, Peoria Polynesian Village offers a well-regarded community known for its peaceful environment and friendly residents. You can reach them at (623) 979-5389 or +1 623-979-5389 for inquiries.
Based on the available customer reviews, Peoria Polynesian Village is consistently described as a quiet and pleasant place to live. One resident of approximately four years notes that while children may be playing during the day, the evenings are free from loud parties or music, contributing to a tranquil atmosphere. The overall community is described as "very nice," suggesting a positive social environment among the residents.
While this reviewer mentions not frequently using the amenities, they do point out a potential limitation regarding the size of the clubhouse, which reportedly only accommodates around 25 people. This could be a factor for those who prioritize large gathering spaces for community events. The primary reason for a four-star rating, rather than five, stems from a policy concerning dog sizes, which the reviewer finds perplexing since residents own their homes, and dog size is not typically seen as affecting the property itself. This policy might be a consideration for potential residents with larger dogs.
The same reviewer also mentions an issue with management entering their backyard without prior notice, which could be a concern for residents valuing their privacy. Regarding parking, while many have reportedly complained about it, this particular reviewer states they have never encountered any problems, with friends regularly parking in front of their house during the day, only being informed that overnight parking in front of residences is not permitted. Despite these minor drawbacks, this resident would "definitely recommend this park to anyone looking," highlighting that the lot rents are still reasonable compared to other parks in the vicinity.
Another long-term resident, who will have lived in Peoria Polynesian Village for ten years in July 2025, expresses strong positive feelings, stating, "we love it!!!" They commend the "great staff & residents for the most part" and note the "clean yards" and "great rates on lot rent." This reviewer specifically praises the manager, Victoria, for doing a "Phenomenal job" and acknowledges Rick & Fernando for their excellent maintenance work within the park. Suggestions for improvement include the addition of security and a new rule to accommodate residents with multiple vehicles needing to park on the street, arguing that residents "do pay for our streets."
Considering these reviews, the environment of Peoria Polynesian Village appears to be generally quiet and well-maintained, with clean yards and mature landscaping implied by the long-term residents' satisfaction. The community is described as friendly, fostering a positive social atmosphere. While the size of the clubhouse might be a limitation for larger gatherings, the overall ambiance seems conducive to peaceful living.
The services and features of Peoria Polynesian Village include on-site management (with Victoria being highly praised), maintenance services (with Rick & Fernando noted for their good work), and a clubhouse for community gatherings, although its capacity is limited to around 25 people. The park also facilitates community events, such as bingo nights and holiday barbecues, suggesting an active social calendar. While not explicitly mentioned, typical mobile home parks often provide essential utilities like water, sewer, and electricity hookups for each lot. The presence of a pool is not mentioned in these reviews, so its availability is uncertain.
The reasonable lot rent is a significant feature highlighted by one reviewer, making Peoria Polynesian Village an economically attractive option compared to surrounding parks. The long-term residents' positive experiences and recommendations serve as a strong endorsement of the park's value and quality of life.
While specific promotional information is not detailed, the positive reviews themselves act as a form of promotion, emphasizing the quiet environment, friendly community, good management, and reasonable lot rents. The fact that residents have lived there for extended periods (four and ten years) speaks to the stability and desirability of the park.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" who are considering a longer-term stay in a mobile home park setting in Peoria, Arizona, Peoria Polynesian Village presents itself as a well-regarded option. The quiet atmosphere would appeal to those seeking a peaceful living environment. The friendly community and organized social events offer opportunities for engagement and connection with neighbors. The praised management and maintenance staff suggest a well-run and cared-for park.
However, potential residents with larger dogs should inquire about the park's pet policies regarding size restrictions. Additionally, those who highly value privacy might want to seek clarification on the park's policy regarding entry into residents' backyards. The limited capacity of the clubhouse might be a consideration for those who anticipate hosting or attending large community events.
The suggestion from a long-term resident for improved security and parking for multiple vehicles indicates areas where the park could potentially enhance its services. However, the fact that this resident still highly recommends the park underscores that these are not deal-breaking issues for many.
In conclusion, Peoria Polynesian Village in Peoria, Arizona, offers a quiet and friendly mobile home park environment with reasonable lot rents and a well-regarded management and maintenance team. The community fosters social interaction through events, although the clubhouse size is limited. While there are specific policies regarding dog sizes and backyard entry that potential residents should be aware of, the overall positive feedback and long-term resident satisfaction suggest a stable and desirable community for those seeking a mobile home park in the area.

Peoria Polynesian Village Reviews
My wife and I have lived here for about 4 years. It's a pretty quiet place. You may have children playing throughout the day but at night there are no loud parties or music. The community overall is very nice. We don't really take advantage of the amenities but If I did have one complaint its the size of the clubhouse it only fits 25. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars and not 5 is because we own our own homes but they have a policy over the size of our dogs. I don't understand this policy since the size of a dog doesn't usually affect the property itself but the home which we own. They also just enter our backyard without notice. Many on here have complained about the parking but we have never run into this issue. I have friends come over all the time and they park in front of my house. The only thing I've been told is that they are not allowed to park there overnight. All in all I would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking. The price of the lots are still reasonable compared to the parks that are around us.
Feb 10, 2025 · Richard McdonaldIf u pay your lot rent & ur mortgage on ur home, keep ur yards clean then there won’t be any problems. My husband & I have lived here for 10 years in July 2025 & we love it!!! Great staff & residents for the most part. Clean yards. Great rates on lot rent. Victoria the manager is doing a Phenomenal job. Rick & Fernando do a great job keeping up the maintenance in the park. We could use some security & a new rule in place for our residents that have multiple vehicles & needs to park a vehicle on the street should be allowed. We do pay for our streets.
Feb 27, 2025 · Roni MonteroNice place, nice people. You get access for you and friends to a Pool, Hot Tub, have to pay for Gym access, a small Park for kids which seems to be not well taken care of. (Pool/HotTub are shocked once a week) Gym is small but has some ok equipment. Overall, pretty nice.
Mar 09, 2025 · Paul GelardoWill try to tow your car when you’re just sitting in even tho you live there. 0/10 do not recommend living here. They close the pool and gym at whatever time they feel like.
Sep 22, 2024 · Sabrina NicoleIt's decent for a mobile home park. It's well kept and clean, and with the exception for their policies about small dogs only fence height and silly sundry other things, they do have decent things like 10 mile an hour because there are a little children in here. But really offends me this is listed on maps as a hotel it is indeed a mobile home park or if you like a modular home park please update this information as it's offensive to those of us who live here I also forgot to say that I really do hate the fact about this place that they won't let friends or neighbors or family park alongside the houses anymore. For the amount of rent that we pay lot rent mind you because we own the actual houses, we should be allowed to have family over without having to have them Park sideways behind our cars because there's nowhere to park and nobody's allowed to park up front anymore where it used to be the visitors parking
