Peoria Palms Introduce
If you are searching for a "mobile home park near me" in the Peoria, Arizona area, Peoria Palms, located at 7344 W Peoria Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345, USA, presents itself as a smaller community catering to residents aged 55 and over. While this platform typically focuses on "RV parks near me," it's important to provide an objective introduction to Peoria Palms based on the available information for local users who may be considering this type of housing option. You can contact Peoria Palms at (623) 499-3929 or via mobile at +1 623-499-3929 for inquiries.
Based on the limited reviews available, Peoria Palms offers a mixed perspective regarding its environment and community management. One reviewer describes it as a "little park" with a "nice" pool area and a community center that, while "adequate" in size, is noted to be in "much need of remodel," creating a less "appealing environment." This suggests that while some basic amenities are present, the overall aesthetic and upkeep of the community center may not meet everyone's expectations.
The same reviewer also raises concerns about the cost of living, stating that the "lot rent is a bit high for the quality of the park." This implies that the value proposition, in their opinion, does not align with the financial investment required to reside in Peoria Palms. They suggest that with a more significant financial commitment to improving the park's appearance and appeal, it "could be a really great little park."
A significant point of concern highlighted in this review is the perceived lack of management involvement in enforcing community guidelines. The reviewer claims that "residents don’t have to follow park guidelines," leading to various issues such as "children living in this 55+ park," "over sized dog breeds," a higher number of pets per resident than allowed, units not being properly maintained, and "yards full of weeds," among other issues. These observations paint a picture of a community where consistent enforcement of rules may be lacking, potentially impacting the quality of life for residents who prefer a more structured environment.
In contrast, another reviewer describes Peoria Palms as a "small park, neat & clean." This positive feedback regarding cleanliness offers a different perspective on the park's upkeep, at least in some aspects. This reviewer was visiting to view a home for sale and found the park to be a potentially "fine place to live" if a larger home at the right price became available, noting a limitation of "no more than two vehicles per lot" due to limited parking.
Considering these limited and somewhat contrasting views, Peoria Palms appears to be a smaller, age-restricted (55+) mobile home park in Peoria, Arizona. It offers a pool area that is considered nice and a community center that, while functional, may require updating. Cleanliness is mentioned as a positive aspect by one reviewer, while another expresses concerns about the overall appeal and maintenance of the park, as well as the enforcement of community guidelines.
The cost of lot rent is also a point of contention, with one reviewer suggesting it is high relative to the perceived quality of the park. Parking limitations, with a maximum of two vehicles per lot, are also something potential residents should consider.
For local users seeking a "mobile home park near me" that is a 55+ community in Peoria, Arizona, Peoria Palms offers a smaller setting with some amenities. However, it is crucial to weigh the positive feedback regarding cleanliness against the concerns raised about the need for remodeling in the community center, the perceived high lot rent, and the alleged lack of enforcement of community guidelines. Potential residents should also be aware of the parking limitations.
Given the limited and somewhat critical information available, it would be highly advisable for local users interested in Peoria Palms to conduct thorough due diligence. This could include visiting the park in person to assess the environment and the condition of the facilities, speaking with current residents to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the community and its management, and inquiring about the current lot rent and any community guidelines and their enforcement. It would also be prudent to compare Peoria Palms with other "mobile home parks near me" in the Peoria area to ensure it meets your specific needs and expectations for a 55+ living community.
In conclusion, Peoria Palms is a smaller mobile home park in Peoria, Arizona, catering to the 55+ age group. It offers a pool and a community center, though the latter is noted as needing remodeling. While one reviewer found it to be neat and clean, another raised concerns about the overall appeal, maintenance, and enforcement of community guidelines, as well as the cost of lot rent. Limited parking is also a factor to consider. Prospective residents are encouraged to visit the park and gather more information to make an informed decision.

Peoria Palms Reviews
Its a little park. The pool area is nice. The community center is a bit small but adequate, though is in much need of remodel....not a very appealing environment. Lot rent is a bit high for the quality of the park. It could be a really great little park with a little more sensible financial commitment to improve the appearance and appeal. There’s no management involvement in the community, residents don’t have to follow park guidelines: there’s are children living in this 55+ park, over sized dog breeds, more pets per resident than allowed, units not kept up, yards full of weeds, …just to name a few.
Mar 15, 2022 · Ron SSmall park, neat & clean. Was there to look at a home for sale, sadly, it was a bit too small for our needs. If a larger home becomes available at the right price, Peoria Palms would be a fine place to live as long as you don't have more than two vehicles per lot, parking is limited.
Jun 12, 2019 · Sandy BManagement Is Very Lazy Never leaves the house. The office is in the home of the management. So it is closed most of the time..IF you go to the door you will stand there, They might open the door if they feel like it. Pool is closed more then open, Club House is locked all the time.Management is to LAZY to to go open it. The pool and club househas been turned into the Health Dept. more than once. Park has weeds, trash, DRUGS, a lot of traffic in and out. Owners are told about all the things that go on. And nothing is ever done about it Management is told ,and they do nothing. They up the rent every year . Knowing some of the people cant afford it ..But all the care about is getting the money every month. But they have made it so you cant Sell or Move out. HOW SAD TO HAVE SUCH HORRIBLE PEOPLE THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT ANY THING BUT HOW MUCH MONEY THEY CAN PUT IN THEIR POCKETS.
Jul 18, 2017 · HELLHOUNDAgreed to purchase a mobile home from this park, after doing application and agreeing on a date to go pay and take ownership, they tried to raise the price $500. we obviously refused and they said they would then take the Already AGREED upon price...... We saw that as a sign of shady things to come and walked away.
Jan 30, 2021 · AlThis place has gone downhill. If you report a problem, your rent gets raised. They make their own rules regardless of the law. They feel, don't like it? Move your mobilehome!
