Based on feedback from long-term residents, Harford Village boasts dedicated and approachable management. The property managers, including Tiffany who has been with the community for a decade, and Heather, who joined more recently, are commended for their excellent teamwork and supportive approach to residents. They are known for working with homeowners during projects and fostering a positive relationship within the community. The maintenance team is also highlighted for their friendly demeanor, always greeting residents and being available for quick chats, contributing to the overall welcoming atmosphere.
The community at Harford Village is described as relatively peaceful, with friendly neighbors who exchange greetings. Over the years, efforts have been made to enhance the community environment, and residents have noted improvements in property maintenance under new ownership (RHP). While some residents acknowledge that a few homeowners could improve the upkeep of their properties, the general sentiment points towards a well-maintained and improving living space.
One of the key features of Harford Village is its diverse and inclusive culture. Residents from various backgrounds, including Black, White, Asian, and a growing Hispanic population, contribute to a rich tapestry of community life. The presence of newer, often "gorgeous" manufactured homes alongside well-established ones indicates a dynamic environment with opportunities for both those seeking existing homes and those interested in modern options. Exploring the available homes is highly recommended, as the interiors of the newer models are particularly impressive and offer a compelling living experience.
For individuals considering "RV parks near me" as a potential housing solution, Harford Village presents a more stable and often more spacious alternative. Unlike the transient nature of many RV parks, Harford Village offers the opportunity to own your home while leasing the land, providing a sense of permanence and investment. The community fosters a neighborly environment where residents can build lasting connections, something that can be less common in temporary RV park settings.
While one review mentions occasional "nosey neighbors" and "judgement," it's important to note that this seems to be an isolated sentiment within an otherwise positive portrayal of the community. The reviewer still praises the management team and acknowledges that they cannot control every aspect of community life, such as pet behavior. This suggests that while minor interpersonal issues may arise in any close-knit community, the overall management and community spirit are strong.
Another long-term resident of ten years emphasizes the peacefulness of the community and the positive interactions among the youth. They also highlight the proactive measures taken to address and remove disruptive elements, resulting in a significant improvement in the overall quiet and safety of Harford Village. This contributes to a comfortable and secure living environment for all residents.

Harford Village Manufactured Home Community Reviews
While some of you come in here to say how good your yard looks or how others need to keep up. Let’s not forget that some of us actually have sheet rock on our walls & a solid foundation. The outside might suffer in the moment but we get it done too. I know a woman whose whole bathroom floor is falling in & she has no heat or air vents but definitely more worried about a new rose bush outside first! Smh lol Fix the roof & floors before planting flowers you can’t even eat! 🤦🏻♀️ I love the management here! These ladies work with me during projects without stressing me out. I must say the nosey neighbors & judgement is a tad overwhelming at times. I’m not ready & don’t think I ever will be ready to join the grumpy old club. 🤷🏻♀️ Anyhoo!!! Management is awesome & they can not control everything like a dog peeing in your yard! 🤣
Oct 18, 2024 · Brandy BiddleI have been here 10 yrs now. Own the home, lease the lot. We have 2 amazing property managers. Tiffany did our property lease 10 years ago. Heather started working at the office a few years ago and they both make an excellent team. Maintenance are all familiar with the residents and always greet and wave hello and even stop for a quick chat here and there. The property has definitely been better maintained. There are a wide range of culture here as well. Black, white, Asian, and a lot more Hispanic now too.I even know of a few from Ukraine. A lot of the homes have been here for a while, but there are new ones throughout as well. The new ones are absolutely gorgeous inside. Definitely worth taking a look at. You'd be surprised. The community as a whole is relatively peaceful. Neighbors are friendly. Hi and Bye. Youth all know one another and get along well. A lot of bad seeds have been picked out of here which quieted things down tremendously. Great job so far RHP(Newest property owner) A few could learn to take better care of their home appearance and maintain their lots a bit better.
Apr 18, 2025 · Nichole EdwardsWould give 0 but wouldn't let me. Husband is fully disabled, when given notices to do some maintenance of our yard when told it may be a bit because of his health was told not their problem. Office staff is rude and snobby especially Heather. Won't communicate face to face, wouldn't even come to the door only through intercom. When given notices about things that need to be done, when they are done they add on something else saying it wasn't done when you aren't notified until then. They show favoritism to certainly residents, letting them get away with rule breaking using the excuse they didn't see it. Family has lived here almost 20 years. Was great in the beginning but now is horrible.
May 23, 2024 · Tonya ThompsonWe have lived here for 10 years. Yes the rent increases $25 here n there. Over 10 years my rent went from $450 to $686. It's a decent mobile home park . It is clean n yards are definitely kept up. I agree no basketball hoops is a drag ...they took bike rack out and there is nothing for kids over 5 to do . If they allowed or even put in a basketball court for the older kids would be a good thing. As far as the rent being late they definitely give u an opportunity to catch up before eviction takes place. I just wish we had more than a pool for the kids. Other than that it is a decent affordable place to live. I think if ur Mobile home is paid for like ours it is def affordable. I know I can't afford $1500 a month considering that's what our bills total here including car insurance.
