Hidden Oaks Reviews
I had a peeping Tom at nite. Coming around at night. Police and manager didn't help me. He keep walking by the trailer and stalking me. He was a neighbor and taking drugs and drinking out side his house all of the time.

Apr 18, 2025 · yung charlesWish I could leave a ZERO review for this place. The lease staff is rude and racist. They never answer the phone and all ways have front office locked during business hours. Which I don't understand since covid guidelines have been lifted why don't have door open. I have been in the Hidden oaks community since 2020 and we have never had street lights in our community and there is constant car break in and thefts of outdoor items. We have complained and was told by office staff that since they were adding to Indian creek it was not in there budget to put street lights in our neighborhood. And If we needed them the tenant would need to call the city of Fort worth. What since dose that make. The Hispanic tenant do not have to follow same rules as they black and with tenants. The can put up soccer goals in their yards and at parks. But if our kids want basketball goals they come and pick them up. I was told by management that basketball goals where insurance liability But soccer goals are not. Make that make sense.I would not recommend these places to anyone. The front office staff is the worst. Harassing email and phone calls. But when you have issues can't get a hold to any of them.
Apr 26, 2024 · zandra BrownMy family and I are new residents to this community and so far we love it it is very quiet and peaceful. As soon as we walked into the home they showed us we fell in love with it, it is a very updated home. The leasing office made the move in process very easy.
Nov 21, 2022 · lisset gutierrezI have been a resident at Hidden Oaks For almost 2 years now and it has been a very good experience. If you haven’t seen the inside of the new updated mobile homes then please throw out all your preconceived ideas and check them out! Absolutely beautiful inside!! Definitely a HUGE upgrade from apartment living and at a very reasonable price! The property management really keeps things clean and running smoothly! They are friendly and helpful! Maintenance takes care of business and gets repairs done in a timely manner. The neighbors are friendly and family oriented! This is a great place to live I highly recommend it !
