Holiday Village Mobile Home Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Pompano Beach, Florida area? Holiday Village Mobile Home, located at 1801 S Dixie Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL 33060, USA, presents itself as a long-term residential community. You can reach them at (954) 946-6077 or +1 954-946-6077 for inquiries.
Based on available information, Holiday Village Mobile Home offers a living environment that has seen some changes over time. Historically, it was noted as a 55 and older community. However, recent information suggests a shift to an all-ages community. This transition has elicited varied reactions from residents, with some expressing concerns about the safety and respectfulness within the community, particularly regarding children playing in the streets.
The environment of Holiday Village Mobile Home appears to have some unique characteristics. One notable aspect, based on customer reviews, is the presence of wildlife within the park. Specifically, residents have reported the presence of roosters, with concerns raised about the noise levels, particularly early in the morning. Additionally, the presence of rabbits and instances of cats chasing rats have been mentioned, suggesting a diverse, and perhaps uncontrolled, animal population within the community.
In terms of services and features, information is somewhat limited and, based on recent feedback, some previously available amenities may no longer be accessible. One resident mentioned that the clubhouse is no longer available for use by residents, and inquiries to use it, even with a deposit, have been denied. This suggests a potential reduction in communal facilities for residents.
It's important for prospective residents to be aware of these recent observations when considering Holiday Village Mobile Home as a potential long-term living option within the "RV parks near me" category. While the park's location in Pompano Beach offers proximity to local amenities and attractions, the internal environment and the availability of services appear to be areas where recent residents have expressed dissatisfaction.
Considering the feedback available, potential residents seeking "RV parks near me" that prioritize a quiet and strictly managed environment may need to further investigate the current living conditions at Holiday Village Mobile Home. The reported issues with noise from roosters and the presence of other unmanaged wildlife could be significant factors for those seeking a peaceful residential setting.
Furthermore, the reported inaccessibility of the clubhouse and the perceived rudeness of the management are crucial points to consider. For individuals who value community interaction and responsive management, these aspects may influence their decision when choosing from the available "RV parks near me".
It is recommended that individuals interested in Holiday Village Mobile Home conduct thorough due diligence. This could include contacting the management directly to inquire about current policies, amenities, and any ongoing efforts to address the concerns raised in the reviews. Visiting the property in person to assess the environment and observe the conditions firsthand would also be a valuable step in the decision-making process.
When searching for "RV parks near me" for long-term stays, it's essential to weigh various factors such as location, amenities, community environment, and management responsiveness. The information available for Holiday Village Mobile Home suggests a community in transition, with both potential benefits of its location and reported challenges regarding its internal environment and management.
Prospective residents should consider their individual needs and preferences carefully. If a pet-friendly environment is a priority, the presence of various animals might be seen as a positive aspect, although the lack of control over the animal population could also be a concern. Similarly, the shift to an all-ages community may be appealing to some but could pose challenges for those seeking a quieter, age-restricted environment.
In conclusion, Holiday Village Mobile Home in Pompano Beach, FL, presents a long-term residential option within the "RV parks near me" category. However, based on recent customer feedback, potential residents should be aware of reported issues concerning noise from wildlife, the presence of unmanaged animals, the inaccessibility of the clubhouse, and concerns about management. Thorough investigation and direct communication with the management are strongly advised to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current living conditions before making a decision.

Holiday Village Mobile Home Reviews
This place has turned into a zoo; you have illegal roosters. I took a video from around the office, and you could clearly hear the roosters, so management knows about it and does nothing. Additionally, you have rabbits, and I've seen cats chasing rats running around the streets. Something doesn't seem right about having to pay rent and being woken up every morning at 4 a.m. by illegal roosters.
May 07, 2025 · MadSloThis was a great place to live when it was 55 and older. But since they opened it up to all ages, it's not very safe for the elderly. Kids are always in the streets and so disrespectful. The clubhouse is no longer accessible to use . Some have even inquired to use and pay deposit and was still denied. Management is so rude.
Jan 19, 2018 · Margie KlineMy daughters finaly enjoing the pool that was closed for covid hopefully they dont let homeless to get in the pool because they go in to the pool and wash their hunderwears in there but other than that its a very nice place to live ...linda its very estrict but flexible some times ...with out her things would be very bad in there
Dec 28, 2022 · Mario AlessandroI have lived in this community for 17 years, Karen used to be the manager, she was strict but a decent person, she left about 5-7 years ago, the new manager Linda is unprofessional and ill tempered. They no longer maintain the community , there are holes in the street, they do not trim the huge trees that interfere with the power lines or clean the pool and you can complaint all you want; all Linda will do is laugh at you and hung up the phone, they do not have an emergency phone number or if they do, they do not have it displayed properly. Too many things have gone wrong at this place since the change of management.I wanted to provide an update, it is 9-25-18 and Linda still the unprofessional person that she has always been, I have been calling her to ask her to have the maintenance guy cut my grass, because I have not been able to get someone to do it and she finally today returns the call and the first thing that comes out of her mouth is to ask me if my home is abandoned and if it is for sale, just because I do not have kids running around and do not have four cars parked outside? She is a horrible customer service person, anyways, she will have the maintenance person cut my grass but was sure to let me know the money order must be separate from rent because of course that money is for them, not the association.PS, there a holes on the street every time it rains there are new ones, nobody seems to care to fix them..Update 8-1-19 Management canceled bulk pickup, we now have piles of tree trimmings and bulk items outside several homes, one more step towards looking third country. Also the fence, the trees hanging in the power lines and the holes in the streets have not been fixed.
