I personally plan to live here for the rest of my life. We are a wonderful community and you couldn’t dream of a better location. You will find yourself in civil court a lot because that’s the only way to get the landlord to change anything. I and both my neighbors are fighting with him now in court to get David Plaskon to fix the backed up septic tank and remove the dangerous trees that he doesn’t maintain. We’d love to have you as neighbors so that we can grow this lovely community! - R.S. Young

Inland Estates Introduce

If you are searching for "rv parks near me" in the Mays Landing, New Jersey area, Inland Estates, located at 4288 Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing, NJ 08330, USA, is a mobile home park that warrants consideration for potential long-term RV living. While primarily a community for manufactured homes, some mobile home parks do accommodate RVs for extended stays, offering a different kind of residential experience. However, it is crucial to carefully examine the available information, including resident reviews, to gain a comprehensive understanding of what living at Inland Estates might entail.

One resident's review offers a mixed perspective on Inland Estates. On the positive side, they express a strong personal commitment to the community, stating, "I personally plan to live here for the rest of my life. We are a wonderful community and you couldn’t dream of a better location." This highlights a significant potential benefit: a strong sense of community and a desirable location. A welcoming and connected neighborhood can greatly enhance the quality of life for long-term residents, whether in mobile homes or RVs. The mention of a "better location" suggests that Inland Estates may be conveniently situated near local amenities, services, or attractions in the Mays Landing area, which could be a significant draw for those seeking a well-placed residential setting.

However, the same review raises serious concerns regarding the management and maintenance of the property. The resident states, "You will find yourself in civil court a lot because that’s the only way to get the landlord to change anything. I and both my neighbors are fighting with him now in court to get David Plaskon to fix the backed up septic tank and remove the dangerous trees that he doesn’t maintain." This paints a picture of significant challenges in getting necessary repairs and maintenance addressed by the landlord. Issues such as a backed-up septic tank pose serious health and safety risks, while unmaintained "dangerous trees" could also present hazards to residents and property. The fact that multiple neighbors are resorting to legal action to resolve these issues is a strong indicator of potential systemic problems with property management responsiveness.

Despite these serious concerns, the resident concludes with an invitation to potential new neighbors: "We’d love to have you as neighbors so that we can grow this lovely community!" This underscores the positive aspect of the community spirit, even amidst frustrations with management. For those seeking a strong sense of belonging and neighborly connection, this might be an appealing factor, provided they are also prepared to potentially navigate the reported management challenges.

Another brief review simply asks, "Any body knows the Phone number Of the person who rent the lots." This suggests that information about renting spaces, whether for mobile homes or potentially RVs, might not be readily available or easily accessible online. For prospective residents, obtaining direct contact information for the leasing or management office is a crucial first step in exploring the possibilities at Inland Estates.

When considering Inland Estates as a potential option within the "rv parks near me" category for long-term living, it is essential to approach with caution and a thorough understanding of the potential downsides highlighted in the reviews. While the community and location are praised, the significant issues with landlord responsiveness to critical maintenance needs are serious red flags. For RV owners considering a long-term stay, it would be imperative to ascertain whether RVs are permitted, what types of hookups and amenities are available for RV sites, and what the lease terms and community rules are.

Furthermore, prospective RV residents should inquire specifically about the history and current status of the maintenance issues mentioned in the review, particularly the septic tank and tree maintenance. Understanding how these problems are being addressed, or not addressed, will be crucial in assessing the potential living conditions and the landlord's commitment to the well-being and safety of all residents, including those in RVs.

In the context of "rv parks near me," traditional RV parks typically offer a range of amenities tailored to recreational vehicles, such as laundry facilities, communal restrooms and showers, recreational areas, and sometimes organized activities. Inland Estates, as a mobile home park, may have a different set of amenities that primarily cater to manufactured homes. It is vital to determine what facilities, if any, would be available to long-term RV residents. This could include the availability and reliability of water, electricity, and sewer hookups, as well as any common areas or services that RV residents might be able to access.

For those seeking RV services and goods in the Mays Landing area to support a potential long-term stay at Inland Estates (or any other RV park), local resources would be important. This could include RV dealerships for purchasing or servicing vehicles, camping supply stores for accessories and equipment, and businesses offering propane refills or RV storage. Knowing the proximity of Inland Estates to these types of services could be a factor in the overall convenience of the location.

Given the serious allegations of landlord negligence and the need for legal intervention by current residents, any promotional information about Inland Estates should be viewed with a critical eye. While the sense of community and the desirable location are positive aspects mentioned by a resident, these may be overshadowed by the potential for significant maintenance issues and a challenging relationship with the landlord. Prospective residents should prioritize verifying the current state of maintenance and seeking assurances about the landlord's responsiveness before committing to a long-term stay.

To make an informed decision about Inland Estates as a potential long-term RV living option, it is strongly recommended to: 1) Attempt to obtain the phone number or other contact information for the management and directly inquire about their policies on RVs, availability of sites, lease terms, and amenities offered to RV residents. 2) Ask specific questions about the septic tank issues, tree maintenance, and the landlord's responsiveness to resident concerns. 3) If possible, visit the property to assess the overall environment and the condition of the sites and common areas. 4) Seek out additional reviews or information from other residents, if possible, to get a broader perspective on the living experience at Inland Estates. 5) Compare Inland Estates with other "rv parks near me" in the Mays Landing area to weigh the potential benefits against the significant risks highlighted in the existing review.

In conclusion, Inland Estates in Mays Landing, NJ, offers the potential advantages of a strong community and a desirable location, as noted by a long-term resident. However, the serious allegations of landlord unresponsiveness to critical maintenance issues, including a backed-up septic tank and dangerous trees, raise significant concerns for prospective residents. Those considering Inland Estates for long-term RV living should proceed with extreme caution, conduct thorough due diligence, and prioritize obtaining clear and verifiable information about the current state of the property and the landlord's commitment to addressing the serious maintenance problems reported by current residents. Exploring other "rv parks near me" in the area may reveal more stable and well-managed options for long-term RV living.
