For individuals seeking "RV parks near me" in the Littleton, Colorado vicinity with a focus on long-term living, Meadowood Cooperative, situated at 6705 S Santa Fe Dr Office, Littleton, CO 80120, presents itself as a mobile home park that may offer extended or permanent residency options suitable for RVs. To ascertain the specific policies regarding RVs, including the availability of appropriate lots and the terms of residency, interested parties can contact Meadowood Cooperative directly at (303) 798-5600 or +1 303-798-5600.
Online reviews offer a glimpse into the experiences of individuals associated with Meadowood Cooperative. One reviewer, who reportedly purchased a mobile home in the community around 2007 and resided there for three years, shared a positive experience with the management at that time. This individual described the management as "very acceptable and pleasant," highlighting their kindness and accommodation, such as allowing the resident to cultivate gardens. The reviewer also noted the management's diligence in maintaining the park's appearance through rules on upkeep, ensuring a visually appealing environment characterized by "nice landscaping and beautiful lawns." This positive feedback suggests that, at least during the period of this reviewer's residency, Meadowood Cooperative was perceived as a well-maintained and pleasant community.
The same reviewer specifically recommended Meadowood Cooperative to "Mature" individuals seeking mobile home living, further emphasizing the park's attractiveness and the positive experience with the former management, a married couple whom they remembered as "good landlords" dedicated to keeping the community clean and a "really great place to live." This endorsement speaks to a potentially stable and welcoming environment catering to a particular demographic seeking a quieter, well-tended community.
However, it is important to consider a contrasting more recent review. This feedback expresses dissatisfaction with the upkeep of the property, stating that "Things don’t get taken care of well at all here!!" The reviewer also mentions the seemingly continuous responsibility of watering "their lawn night after night after night for years!!!" This negative comment suggests a potential decline in maintenance standards or a discrepancy in responsibilities between residents and the park management regarding lawn care. This more recent perspective introduces a note of caution and indicates that the experience of living at Meadowood Cooperative may have evolved over time.
When evaluating Meadowood Cooperative as a potential long-term RV living option in the context of "RV parks near me," it is crucial to synthesize these differing perspectives. The positive review from over a decade ago suggests a history of attentive management and a well-maintained environment. However, the more recent negative review points to potential current issues with property upkeep. This discrepancy highlights the importance of seeking current information and perspectives from the present management and residents.
To gain a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of Meadowood Cooperative, prospective residents should contact the management directly using the provided phone numbers. Key inquiries should include:
- The park's current policies regarding long-term RV residency, including the availability of suitable lots with necessary hookups (electricity, water, sewer).
- Specific details about the size and type of RVs accommodated.
- The monthly lot rental fees and any additional charges for utilities, maintenance, or other services.
- The amenities and services currently offered within the community, such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, waste disposal, and security measures.
- The current management practices and procedures for property maintenance and addressing resident concerns.
- Any specific rules or regulations regarding landscaping and lawn care responsibilities for residents.
Furthermore, if possible, a visit to Meadowood Cooperative would be beneficial to personally assess the current environment, the upkeep of the grounds, and the overall atmosphere of the community. Observing the interactions between residents and staff, as well as the general condition of the park, can provide valuable insights that may not be evident from online reviews alone.
While the positive past review suggests a community that once prioritized aesthetics and resident satisfaction, the more recent negative feedback regarding maintenance indicates a potential shift. For those considering Meadowood Cooperative as one of the "RV parks near me" for long-term living, it is essential to determine the current state of the park's environment and the responsiveness of the present management to maintenance needs.
The term "cooperative" in the park's name, Meadowood Cooperative, may also imply a specific ownership structure where residents have a degree of ownership or shared responsibility in the community's operation. Inquiring about the cooperative structure and its implications for residents' rights and responsibilities would be an important aspect of due diligence.
In conclusion, Meadowood Cooperative in Littleton, Colorado, presents a mobile home park that may offer long-term RV living options. While past reviews highlight positive management and a well-maintained environment, more recent feedback suggests potential concerns regarding current upkeep. Prospective residents searching for "RV parks near me" should contact the management directly to obtain current information on RV policies, fees, amenities, maintenance practices, and the cooperative structure to make an informed decision about whether Meadowood Cooperative aligns with their long-term living needs and expectations.

Meadowood Cooperative Reviews
I purchased a nice mobile home here at Meadowood in the spring of 2007 ( I think?). Anyway i found the management very acceptable andpleasant. They were very kind and let me grow some nice gardens the 3 years I lived there with my very ill brother. Even though it has been a rather long time since we lived there. I thought I would share my opinion. The management were careful about who they wanted in the park andhad some strict rules on upkeep to make sure that the park didn't resemble a "trailer trash" park. The park was and still is a very attractivevillage with nice landscaping and beautiful lawns.I"m sorry that I can't remember the married couple who ran the park butthey were good landlords and did their very best to keep the place looking clean and making Meadowood a really great place to live.If you are in the market for mobile home living and are a "Mature" individual you can't go wrong with this park. I highly recommendMeadowood Village Mobile Home Park

Jun 04, 2024 · B SnickerdoodleI am very excited about their plans to expand the park with new lots available for rent in 2021. I have just reserved a spot for myself and already chose a home plan on that plot .The current management is very proactive and quick to respond to your questions or concernsThis helped me made my decision prompt and I wish all the best and looking forward to my new place in 2021Thanks
Oct 02, 2020 · Malwa MotelsSince August, I have left 10-12 messages regarding a vacant space I saw, a home which is for sale, etc. They have not returned one call. They were out for a while, but I called prior, during, and after their time gone. I sound young on the phone, so I told them that I'm retired military and retired federal employee, and over 60. The problem...I don't know, they won't communicate with me.
