Sep 24, 2024 · Mike JonesVery poor attitude for the lady who works in the office 😞 my uncle and auntie been living here for years and years every time I come to visit them they're always telling me something about the lady in the office she don't know how to talk to customers she's either yelling on her phone or in her vehicle with different people who knows what she's doing my auntie and Uncle say that she's no good ever since she been here no one likes her they need to find someone new or we're going to call corporate
Sep 24, 2024 · Juan LuceroMy aunt is a resident at this place and she's been there for over 5 years. My aunt has always been able to bring people to go swimming. An incident happened over a year ago at the pool with two separate parties. One party was a Hispanic family and the other a White family. And my aunt, my mom, and I were there swimming when the argument happened between both parties. The argument was about an olderly woman from the White family , making a remark about all the Hispanic kids in the pool. One of the mom's heard her and addressed her. Apparently the older white woman said i feel like I am in a public pool referring to the kids swimming. I heard the mom say " why are you saying that because my kids are swimming it's not like I'm not watching them!". Both parties argued for a bit. And the White family left. We had no association with either parties and we just went to swim. Couple weeks later we went swimming again because my aunt invite my mom, my sister, my nieces, and myself. We go and swim for like an hour and then the maintenance man comes in yelling at us. He told my aunt that she's only allowed 2 people to swim with her. There's never been any policies or rules like that before. I feel like we were racially discriminated against because the incident that happened prior to this. And just because we're Hispanic, people assume we were involved in that incident. Coincidentally the older White woman that was involved in that argument, happened to be swimming that day the maintenance man told us we couldn't swim. Now just 3 weeks ago, we went swimming and no one was swimming at the time. My aunt was following the rules and she had just 2 visitors swimming with her. We swam for 30 minutes and left. My aunt is noticing after every time that she goes and swims the next day the pool isclosed supposedly due to maintenance. But every time other White residents use the pool the next day the pool isn't locked. Something needs to be investigated here because the management allows this and its against peoples rights. Nothing was done about the incidents and this needs to be looked into more.
Aug 16, 2023 · Kaylan OrnelasI am a real estate agent that works in this community. This mobile home park was started in the early 1970's. It's a decent mobile home park with reasonable space fees considering what rent costs these days. The location is one of the best for a mobile home park in Denver. It's close to shopping and easy access to Hampden and living in the southwest area is a safer and more convenient place to live. You are close to the mountains as opposed to living on the other side of town like Aurora. Probably the most expensive mobile home park is in Golden, but if you still want just as nice of an area, choose here for a lot less cost! Contact me if you need help. I just sold one of the units here and am listing another one. Jim Urban
Sep 10, 2020 · Jim UrbanOkay it really amazes me of how home prices have gone way up to where we cannot even afford and then payments we can do is mobile home and places like these only say 55 plus that is outright slander and these types of places need to be sued
