Jacque's Mobile Home Park Introduce
Are you looking for "RV parks near me" in the Chardon, Ohio area that might serve as a longer-term residential option? Jacque's Mobile Home Park, located at 12860 Mayfield Rd, Chardon, OH 44024, USA, is primarily a mobile home community. While its main focus is on providing housing through mobile homes, some such parks may occasionally accommodate RVs for extended stays. However, the limited and contrasting customer reviews provided offer a glimpse into potentially significant aspects of the park's environment and management style, which warrant careful consideration by anyone contemplating residency, including those in RVs seeking a longer-term arrangement.
To gather more detailed information about Jacque's Mobile Home Park, including any possibilities for RV accommodations, it is recommended to contact them directly at their listed phone number: (440) 214-9579 or their mobile number, +1 440-214-9579. Speaking with the park management will provide the most direct and current insights into their policies, availability, and the overall environment of the community.
The two customer reviews available present strikingly different experiences and perspectives on Jacque's Mobile Home Park. One review expresses a highly negative sentiment, citing issues with the park's friendliness and alleging discriminatory practices. The reviewer states, "Not friendly at all and they discriminate against you when you are homeless because of your past experience with living in the park and won't let you stay with your family who owns a trailer free and clear because they discriminate against you for nothing!" This is a serious accusation that suggests potential issues with the park's management and their treatment of individuals in specific circumstances. The reviewer further details a situation involving their mother, who owns a trailer in the park and was temporarily housing her brother who lost his home in a fire. The reviewer claims that false reports led to the park attempting to evict their mother, alleging discrimination based on the reviewer's past residency. This narrative paints a picture of a potentially unwelcoming and punitive environment with strict and perhaps inflexible rules.
In stark contrast, the second review offers an overwhelmingly positive initial impression. The reviewer states, "Oh I had a good time here it's been a really great time I love living here it's a beautiful place to be oh I just love it I moved in today I'm going to love it here it's really great I got a nice lady lives here and she's going to help straighten my life and everything is going to be great beautiful girl that I see lives here in your trailer part and I'm going to have a really good time here." This review, written seemingly on the day of moving in, expresses excitement and optimism about living in the park, highlighting its perceived beauty and the friendly interactions with other residents. This perspective suggests a potentially positive and supportive community atmosphere, at least for some residents upon their initial arrival.
The significant divergence between these two reviews underscores the complexity of assessing the environment and management of Jacque's Mobile Home Park based solely on this limited information. The negative review raises serious concerns about fairness, inclusivity, and the potential for strict or discriminatory enforcement of park rules. The positive review, while enthusiastic, is an initial impression and does not provide details about the long-term living experience or the park's services and features.
When considering Jacque's Mobile Home Park as a potential long-term "RV park near me," several crucial questions remain unanswered. It is unknown whether the park accommodates RVs for extended stays, the availability of RV sites, the types and sizes of RVs they can accommodate, the hookup facilities provided (water, electricity, sewer), the cost of lot rental and utilities for RVs, and the duration of stay permitted. Additionally, understanding the park's rules and regulations regarding guests, background checks, and overall conduct would be essential, especially in light of the issues raised in the negative review.
In terms of the environment, the positive review mentions that it's a "beautiful place to be," suggesting that the park may have appealing aesthetic qualities. However, the negative review does not comment on the physical environment, focusing instead on management and policies. Potential RV residents would need to inquire about the upkeep of the grounds, the layout of the park, and any communal amenities that might be available.
Given the serious allegations in the negative review regarding discrimination and the potential for strict enforcement of rules, it would be particularly important for anyone considering residency to directly address these concerns with the park management. Seeking clarification on their policies regarding guests, background checks, and the treatment of individuals with past residency in the park would be prudent. Understanding their approach to community relations and conflict resolution could also provide valuable insights into the overall living experience.
Conversely, the positive review highlights the potential for a friendly and supportive community. Inquiring about opportunities for social interaction and the general demographic of the residents could help determine if the community atmosphere would be a good fit for those considering an extended RV stay.
In conclusion, Jacque's Mobile Home Park in Chardon, OH, presents a complex picture based on the limited and conflicting customer reviews. While one reviewer expresses enthusiasm for the park's beauty and friendly residents upon moving in, the other raises serious allegations of unfriendly management and discriminatory practices. For local users seeking "RV parks near me" for a potential long-term stay, Jacque's Mobile Home Park warrants careful and thorough investigation. Direct contact with the park management at (440) 214-9579 or +1 440-214-9579 is essential to inquire about RV accommodations, understand their policies and regulations, and address the significant concerns raised in the negative review. It is crucial to gather comprehensive information to determine if Jacque's Mobile Home Park offers a suitable and welcoming environment for an extended RV living experience.

Not friendly at all and they discriminate against you when you are homeless because of your past experience with living in the park and won't let you stay with your family who owns a trailer free and clear because they discriminate against you for nothing! My Mom owns a trailer in the park and has her younger brother temporarily staying with with her on and off because he lost his home to a house fire but yet there was false reports that I was staying with her and now they are kicking her out!
