Eagle Mobile Homes Park Introduce
Eagle Mobile Homes Park is located at 8323 Eagle Rd, Kirtland, OH 44094, USA. For local users searching within the category "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home park for long-term residency in the Kirtland, Ohio area, Eagle Mobile Homes Park presents a community with mixed feedback regarding its environment, management, and suitability for certain lifestyles.
When evaluating potential living arrangements, especially within the "RV parks near me" category, it is crucial to consider the overall atmosphere, the rules and regulations, and the experiences of current residents. The available online reviews for Eagle Mobile Homes Park offer a range of perspectives that provide insights into these aspects. One resident describes living at Eagle Mobile Homes Park as "great," highlighting its privacy and characterizing it as a "more upscale trailer park." This reviewer also notes the quiet environment and the friendliness of both the neighbors and the user manager, whom they describe as a "sweet heart." This positive feedback suggests that for some, Eagle Mobile Homes Park offers a pleasant and well-regarded living experience.
However, other reviews present a contrasting view, particularly concerning the management and the park's suitability for families with children or pet owners. One reviewer describes the management as "very unfriendly" and explicitly states that the park is "not at all one bit kid friendly." This sentiment is further elaborated by mentioning specific restrictions, such as a strict "no pets" policy and rules preventing children from riding their bikes or stepping off their lot into the street area. These regulations would significantly impact families with children or individuals who own pets and are seeking a mobile home or RV park that accommodates their lifestyle.
In addition to concerns about management and the restrictive environment for children and pets, another significant issue raised in the reviews is the poor condition of the road leading into and out of the mobile home park, particularly during the winter. The reviewer notes that the road is "horrible in the winter time" and that any repairs are slow and typically consist of patching rather than comprehensive fixes. This could pose challenges for residents and visitors alike, especially those with RVs, as navigating poorly maintained roads can be difficult and potentially damaging to vehicles.
Furthermore, one review mentions a strained sense of community among some residents, stating that "Neighbors call the police for the most ridiculous things on each other." This suggests a lack of neighborly harmony and a potentially contentious atmosphere within the park, which could be a significant deterrent for those seeking a welcoming and supportive community environment.
Finally, one reviewer offers an opinion that the park seems to be trending towards becoming a "55 and older only community," suggesting that families with children may be gradually moving out, and the existing rules and atmosphere already cater more to an older demographic. This aligns with the reported lack of kid-friendly policies and the strict enforcement of boundaries within the park.
For local users specifically searching for "RV parks near me," the information from these reviews presents a mixed bag. The reported privacy and quiet atmosphere might be appealing to some RVers seeking a peaceful retreat. However, the "very unfriendly management" mentioned in one review, the strict "no pets" policy, and the potential difficulties posed by the poorly maintained road, especially in winter, could be significant drawbacks. Additionally, the apparent lack of kid-friendly policies might deter families traveling in RVs.
The provided information does not offer specific details about the services and features available at Eagle Mobile Homes Park, particularly for RVs. Typically, RV parks provide amenities such as utility hookups (water, electricity, sewage), designated parking sites, and possibly communal facilities like restrooms, showers, and laundry. Information regarding these aspects is not available in the provided reviews. Similarly, details about the specific environment of the park beyond it being "private" and "quiet," any recreational facilities, or specific rules and regulations beyond those mentioned regarding children and pets, are also absent.
Given the contrasting viewpoints and the specific concerns raised in the reviews, potential local users considering Eagle Mobile Homes Park for either mobile home living or as an "RV park near me" should approach it with caution and a need for further information. The positive aspects of privacy and quietness may be attractive to some, but the negative feedback regarding management, the restrictive environment for children and pets, the poor road conditions, and potential neighborly discord are serious considerations.
For those specifically interested in "RV parks near me," it would be essential to determine if Eagle Mobile Homes Park currently accommodates RVs. If it does, inquiries should focus on the availability and type of RV sites, the utility hookups provided, the ease of access and maneuverability within the park given the reported road issues, and the park's policies regarding pets and children. Understanding the management's approach to residents and visitors, as well as the overall community atmosphere, would also be crucial in light of the feedback received.
As there is no explicit promotional information provided, the available reviews offer the primary insights into Eagle Mobile Homes Park. The stark contrast between the positive experience of one resident and the negative experiences and observations of others highlights the importance of conducting thorough due diligence. Potential residents or RVers should contact the management at (440) 669-0296 or +1 440-669-0296 to seek clarification on the park's policies, amenities, and the current state of the road conditions. It would also be beneficial to inquire about the management's approach to resident relations and the enforcement of park rules.
In conclusion, Eagle Mobile Homes Park in Kirtland, Ohio, presents a complex picture based on the available online reviews. While some residents appreciate its privacy and quiet atmosphere, others have raised concerns about unfriendly management, a lack of kid-friendliness, strict rules regarding pets and children's activities, poor road conditions, and potential issues with neighborly relations. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living, it is crucial to weigh these factors carefully and conduct thorough inquiries with the park management to determine if Eagle Mobile Homes Park aligns with their individual needs and lifestyle preferences. The contrasting feedback suggests that the experience of living or staying at this park may vary significantly depending on individual circumstances and expectations.

Eagle Mobile Homes Park Reviews
Living here is great! It's very private, a more upscale trailer park, if you will. Quiet and ski the neighbors are nice! The user manager is such a sweet heart, too!
Nov 03, 2018 · Audrey OrlandoVery unfriendly management. The park is not at all one bit kid friendly. No pets are allowed.. kids are not allowed to ride their bikes or step off of their lot into the street area. the road going into and out of this mobile home park is horrible in the winter time and they take their time fixing it if they do fix it at all it's patching it.Neighbors call the police for the most ridiculous things on each other.my opinion is that once the last family with children move out, it will turn into a 55 and older only community which that's what it basically is right now.
Dec 11, 2019 · Jennifer OstranderI dont even live here but this place needs reported. Their parking lot or road is super dangerous and far from code. I actually feel bad for the residents and will be making calls. Management should be embarrassed.
