Jamestown Estates Introduce
For local users in Lakewood, Washington, who may be exploring long-term housing options and considering categories such as "RV parks near me," it is crucial to also be aware of mobile home parks like Jamestown Estates, located at 7110 146th St SW, Lakewood, WA 98439, USA. Currently, there is no publicly listed phone number available for Jamestown Estates based on the provided information. It is essential to approach the consideration of this property with extreme caution due to the severely negative feedback present in the available customer reviews.
Jamestown Estates appears to be a mobile home park intended for long-term residency in manufactured homes. Unlike the typically short-term and transient nature of RV parks, mobile home parks are designed to provide a more permanent residential setting. However, the environment described in the reviews for Jamestown Estates is deeply concerning and suggests a community facing significant challenges related to safety, management, and overall living conditions. These issues appear to far outweigh any potential benefits one might associate with a long-term residential community.
Information regarding services and amenities at Jamestown Estates is severely lacking in the provided reviews, overshadowed by grave concerns about the park's state. Typically, mobile home parks offer basic utility hookups such as water, sewer, and electricity. There might also be trash and recycling services, and potentially communal areas. However, given the descriptions in the reviews, the provision and maintenance of even these basic services seem questionable. The lack of mention of any positive amenities further contributes to a negative overall impression of the property.
The features of Jamestown Estates, as depicted in the reviews, are overwhelmingly negative. The park is described as "run down" and "disgusting," with allegations of rampant drug use among residents. The reviewers also express extreme dissatisfaction with the management, labeling them as "utterly useless incompetent and by all means lazy and ineffectual." The alleged lack of action regarding a fire that destroyed homes months prior, with debris still littering the affected lots, further underscores the apparent neglect by the management. The description of a "ferral quality" among some residents and an incident of verbal assault and threats against someone merely walking through the park paint a picture of a potentially unsafe and hostile living environment. The absence of a readily available contact number for management further exacerbates the concerns about their accessibility and responsiveness.
When comparing Jamestown Estates to "RV parks near me" for long-term living, the stark contrast in the described living conditions is alarming. While some RV parks may have their issues, the extreme allegations of widespread drug use, ineffective management, neglect of fire-damaged properties, and safety concerns arising from resident behavior at Jamestown Estates are far beyond the typical concerns one might have about an RV park. The reviews strongly suggest that Jamestown Estates is not a viable or safe option for long-term residency and bears little resemblance to the generally more regulated and managed environments of reputable RV parks or mobile home communities.
The customer reviews for Jamestown Estates paint a horrifying picture of the community. One review details the lack of cleanup months after a fire, leaving a resident living in an RV without power or water on their former lot. This highlights a severe lack of responsiveness and responsibility on the part of the management. The second, extremely scathing review alleges that the park is "almost full of drug users" and that the management is "completely and utterly useless incompetent and by all means lazy and ineffectual" in addressing this problem. The reviewer describes the park as a "disgusting and vile village of drug abusers" with a breakdown of basic social and economic standards. The alleged verbal assault and threats experienced by someone walking through the park further underscore the safety concerns. The lack of a contact number for management is also noted as a significant issue, preventing residents or concerned parties from reaching them.
Given the overwhelmingly negative and deeply concerning nature of these reviews, there is absolutely no indication of any positive aspects or promotional information for Jamestown Estates. The descriptions provided suggest a community facing severe challenges related to safety, drug use, management, and basic maintenance. Any local user considering long-term housing options should be extremely wary of Jamestown Estates based on this information. It is imperative to seek alternative housing options that offer a safe, well-managed, and decent living environment.
The address of Jamestown Estates is 7110 146th St SW, Lakewood, WA 98439, USA, placing it within the Lakewood area. While the location itself might offer proximity to certain amenities, the severely negative descriptions of the community's internal environment and management completely overshadow any potential locational advantages. The reported conditions suggest that the safety and well-being of residents are at serious risk, making the location irrelevant in the face of such significant problems.
In conclusion, Jamestown Estates in Lakewood, Washington, is presented in the available customer reviews as a severely troubled mobile home park characterized by allegations of rampant drug use, grossly incompetent and lazy management, neglect of fire-damaged properties, a potentially hostile and unsafe environment, and a lack of accessible management. For local users exploring long-term housing options, even those considering the broader category of "RV parks near me," Jamestown Estates should be approached with extreme caution and is likely a housing option to be avoided entirely based on the overwhelmingly negative and alarming feedback. Prospective residents should prioritize their safety and well-being and seek housing in communities with responsible management and a safe living environment. Further investigation and verifiable positive information would be necessary to even consider this property, but the current reviews provide a stark warning.

Jamestown Estates Reviews
Took our friend to pick up his mail months after the fire that destroyed his home and clean up has not occurred on his lot. He's living in an RV with no power or water because the site where his home once stood is filled with rubble still. Don't know who's responsibility it is to clean that mess up but would be nice if he could park his RV there!
Oct 24, 2023 · Brooke Owen (Brooklynn)I'm giving this place a 1 star review however it should be noted that my original choice was no starThis place is run down And almost full of drug users and not only is the place rampant with the user's of drugs but it also appears that the management of this place is completely and utterly useless incompetent and by all means lazy and ineffectual in dealing with the proper management of the problem. Nothing short of a disgusting and vile village of drug abusers almost non existent is any kind of lawful and wholesome adherence to proper social and economical development of a marked and growing society or even the most basic standards to human decency. The residents that Harbor any attachment to the confines of this hole express and display a ferral quality. It's almost distressing, to know that people Of any station live within the confines of this disreputable and intolerable. Gateway to the Underworld, there's no number for management. There's no way to reach management. Nor is there any way to express the utter and unrelenting dissatisfaction that this place exists, allowing for the trafficking and selling of illegal and elicit drug use. It's almost promoted, it would appear. This place exist only in purpose and promotion of degenerative and ellicit drug use. Almost every other trailer is occupied by someone or some ones. That's use drugs. In fact, walking through this place. I was Accosted by an individual who, for some reason on a day of no heat Was sweating Profusely while sitting in his vehicle that of a 1991 champagne colored Cadillac. And based solely on his authority of residency stated that he had grounds to believe that his actions we're just. And so he. Verbally assaulted and threaten my persons with physical violence. Because I chose to walk through the Jamestown estate. The place recently was subjected to a fire in which several of the structures were burned down and utterly destroyed as well as the accompanying field next to the property. However, this fire was sometime ago, close to a month. In which absolutely, nothing has been done to clean. Or dispose of any of the burnt or destroyed structures.Again, it seems management is fully incompetent in taking remedial steps to alleviate. The destruction Again, displaying the ineffectual and laziness of the management, it would appear that this place is managed by incompetent. And unbiasly lazy people who do not care to take pride in proprietary affluence and rather be made rich by denigrating human decency and the standars thereto.
Sep 05, 2023 · Kawillin KlemensIt's a run down ghetto of a trailer park ran by a paranoid weirdo management that is not only incompetent and ineffective but bothersome and rude. If you have to go there then be wary of whoever the new female management person is as she is vicious and dangerously paranoid with ridiculous delusions. Hopefully not armed or owner of a dog. I am not exaggerating.
