Firwood RV Introduce
For local users in Parkland, Washington, who may be exploring both short-term and potentially longer-term accommodation options and considering categories such as "RV parks near me," Firwood RV, located at 901 136th St Ct S, Parkland, WA 98444, USA, presents itself as a facility that might cater to a range of needs. While the name includes "RV," it's important to consider that some RV parks also accommodate individuals and families for extended periods, blurring the lines with traditional mobile home parks in some instances. You can contact Firwood RV at (253) 722-7582 or +1 253-722-7582 for inquiries about availability, rates, and the nature of their accommodations.
The environment at Firwood RV appears to be one that some visitors have found welcoming and well-maintained. One reviewer specifically praised the park manager, Tammy, for being "absolutely wonderful," "kind and caring," and for making their six-month stay feel like home. This positive feedback suggests that the management, at least in the form of Tammy, strives to create a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents. The same reviewer also noted that the park is "very clean and well kept by Joe," indicating attention to the physical upkeep of the grounds. This suggests that for some, Firwood RV offers a pleasant and well-maintained living environment.
However, another review presents a starkly contrasting perspective, detailing significant issues with individuals associated with the management. This reviewer, who lived at Firwood RV for six months in 2021, described the manager Tammy as a "sweetheart" but raised serious allegations against her "little tweaker 'husband' Bobby" and her son Joseph, along with his girlfriend Samantha. The allegations include theft from residents' lots and Bobby entering residents' lots at any time, even leading to a physical altercation with the reviewer's husband. The reviewer explicitly labeled the place a "nightmare" due to these three individuals and provided this information as a "heads-up" to warn others. This review paints a picture of a community where the positive aspects of the manager are overshadowed by significant safety and security concerns related to her associates.
Based on these conflicting reviews, it is challenging to provide a definitive description of the services offered at Firwood RV. Typically, RV parks provide essential utility hookups such as water, electricity, and sewer for each site. Depending on the park, other services might include Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, and possibly recreational areas. The positive review mentions cleanliness and upkeep, suggesting that basic maintenance services are provided. However, the negative review raises concerns about the overall security and well-being of residents, which could be considered a fundamental aspect of the services provided by the park management.
The features of Firwood RV, based on the limited information, seem to include individual lots for RVs (and potentially mobile homes, although this is not explicitly stated). The positive review suggests a clean and well-kept environment, which would be a desirable feature for any park. The presence of a seemingly caring park manager, as highlighted by one reviewer, could also be considered a positive feature. However, the serious allegations of theft and harassment by individuals closely associated with the manager, as detailed in the other review, represent significant negative features that would heavily outweigh any perceived positives for many potential residents.
When considering Firwood RV in the context of "RV parks near me," local users seeking short-term or potentially long-term stays need to carefully weigh the conflicting experiences reported by previous residents. The positive review suggests a welcoming and well-maintained environment under the care of Tammy. However, the negative review raises serious safety and security concerns that cannot be ignored. The discrepancy between these two accounts highlights the importance of seeking current and multiple perspectives before making any decisions about staying at Firwood RV.
Currently, there is no explicit promotional information available for Firwood RV in the provided reviews. Typically, RV parks might offer discounts for longer stays, seasonal specials, or other incentives to attract visitors. Interested individuals should contact Firwood RV directly at the provided phone numbers to inquire about any current promotions, availability, and rates for both short-term and potentially longer-term stays. It would also be prudent to inquire about the park's policies regarding security and the conduct of residents and their associates, given the serious allegations raised in one of the reviews.
In conclusion, Firwood RV in Parkland, Washington, presents a mixed picture based on the available customer reviews. While one reviewer had a positive experience, praising the manager and the cleanliness of the park, another reviewer reported significant issues with theft and harassment involving individuals closely associated with the management. This stark contrast suggests that the living experience at Firwood RV may be highly variable. Local users considering this park, whether for a short-term RV stay or a potentially longer-term arrangement that might overlap with the considerations for a mobile home park, should proceed with extreme caution. It is strongly recommended to seek current and multiple perspectives, inquire thoroughly about the park's policies and security measures, and potentially visit the premises to assess the environment and management firsthand before making any decisions.

Firwood RV Reviews
My family and I lived here for 6 months and would have continued to stay if we didn’t need to move further south. Tammy is an absolutely wonderful park manager. She is kind and caring and she made our time here really feel like home. The park is very clean and well kept by Joe! We loved our time at Firwood and would absolutely come back if we needed to!
Aug 10, 2024 · Brianna RileyMe and my family lived here in July 2021 to December 2021.... Although the manager Tammy was just a sweetheart her little tweaker "husband" Bobby was a huge problem! He steals from lot's, he'll walk on your lot in the middle of the night and day, anytime he feels like.. My husband once asked Bobby why he was on our lot and Bobby then tried to fight my husband... Tammy's son Joseph and his little girlfriend Samantha also followed Bobby around helping him steal from lot's.. Place was honestly a nightmare because of those 3 people...Just a heads-up so your family doesn't get the experience ours did~The Snellings
Oct 08, 2024 · Maggie SnellingA fence surrounds the property. You must have a code to open the gate. There are different grades of campers, trailers and Motorhomes. A few are pretty nice and some are small trailers with a blue tarps over the top and beat up cars parked in front of them. It seems to be a very quite trailer park. Its across the street from a large park were local teams have there football practices. I think there's a school near by and would assume 10th street is very busy about 8am with school buses and parents dropping children off.
Dec 10, 2018 · Suzy BritainIf you want to be scammed out of your money every chance they get- move here. If you like to keep your lease under your pillow to pull out every time they try to charge you and overcharge you for things not listed on your lease or allowed by law- move here. If you like to be told what you can and can’t have in your yard while others have garbage and broke down cars everywhere- move here. If you like mean neighbors who watch you and complain about everything you do- move here. They will scam your pants off if you aren’t smart enough to cover yourself. Would not recommend if you like keeping your money and keeping the peace. Management is okay, it’s the big guys in the office who will try to scam you.
Oct 06, 2023 · Red hatterNice looking place. The people were polite that lived there. And I am interested in the space they have available. I just can't reach anyone
