Sunrise Gardens Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Las Vegas, Nevada, area, and are considering long-term residential options that might include mobile home parks, Sunrise Gardens, located at 6105 E Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89142, USA, presents a community with notable points of both praise and concern based on recent resident feedback. You can contact them at (702) 641-5212 or +1 702-641-5212 for inquiries.
Sunrise Gardens, while potentially listed under the broad category of "RV parks near me" on some platforms due to its offering of long-term residential spaces, primarily functions as a mobile home park. This means it typically provides individual lots for mobile or manufactured homes, catering to residents seeking a more permanent living situation rather than short-term RV stays.
The available reviews paint a somewhat contrasting picture of the resident experience at Sunrise Gardens. One long-term resident of ten years expresses positive sentiments, specifically highlighting the kindness and helpfulness of "the ladies" in the office, mentioning Lorena and Rose by name and emphasizing their importance to the community. This suggests that at least some residents have experienced positive interactions with the management staff and feel a sense of community within the park.
However, a more recent review presents significant concerns about the park's management and overall quality of life. This resident, who has lived at Sunrise Gardens for four to five years, states that the park has been "going downhill" and expresses dissatisfaction with the lack of responsiveness from the office. A specific issue raised is the problem of neighbors parking in driveways and blocking access for guests, with the office allegedly failing to intervene and resolve these parking disputes. The reviewer questions why residents should be responsible for asking neighbors to move their vehicles.
Furthermore, the same reviewer alleges favoritism in the enforcement of park rules, citing a neighbor with four constantly barking dogs causing disturbances, with no apparent action taken by management. This suggests potential inconsistencies in how community guidelines are applied, leading to frustration for some residents.
A particularly serious accusation involves the mismanagement of rent payments, with the reviewer claiming that the office lost their money order for rent. This reportedly led to a near eviction, and when the money order was eventually found, the reviewer states there was no sincere apology or acknowledgment of the distress caused. This paints a picture of administrative issues and a perceived lack of value for residents.
The negative review strongly advises potential residents to "stay far away from this place," further citing issues with parking enforcement, including an incident where the reviewer's mother was towed despite "no ok street parking signs" being present, while other residents allegedly park on the street without consequence. This adds to the concerns about inconsistent rule enforcement and potential financial burdens placed unfairly on some residents.
Given these conflicting accounts, it is challenging to provide a definitive assessment of the environment, services, and features of Sunrise Gardens. Typically, mobile home parks offer essential utility hookups (water, electricity, sewer) at each lot. They may also provide common area maintenance, including street upkeep and landscaping. The presence of on-site management is implied by the reviews, although the effectiveness of this management is clearly a point of contention.
Amenities such as recreational facilities (e.g., a pool, clubhouse), laundry facilities, or organized community events are not mentioned in the provided reviews. Therefore, it is not possible to confirm whether Sunrise Gardens offers these additional features. The focus of the feedback is primarily on management responsiveness, rule enforcement, and the sense of community (or lack thereof, according to the negative review).
From a promotional standpoint, it is difficult to extract any positive messaging from the recent negative review. The earlier positive comment about kind and helpful office staff suggests that there may have been a time when resident relations were better, or that some residents still experience positive interactions. However, the more recent and detailed negative feedback raises significant red flags regarding the current state of the park's management and living conditions.
For local users searching under "RV parks near me" who might be considering Sunrise Gardens for long-term residency, it is crucial to weigh these contrasting opinions carefully. The positive review highlights the potential for a welcoming community with helpful staff, while the negative review points to serious issues with management responsiveness, inconsistent rule enforcement, and administrative errors. It would be prudent to conduct further due diligence, such as visiting the park in person, speaking with current residents (if possible), and asking specific questions about the concerns raised in the negative review.
In conclusion, Sunrise Gardens Mobile Home Park in Las Vegas presents a mixed picture based on the limited available reviews. While one long-term resident praises the kindness of specific office staff and implies a positive community, a more recent and detailed account describes significant problems with management responsiveness, parking issues, inconsistent rule enforcement, and administrative errors. Potential residents should be aware of these contrasting experiences and conduct thorough research before making a decision about living in this community.

Sunrise Gardens Reviews
I've lived at Sunrise Gardens for 10 years the ladies greeted us and we're so kind and helpful. Please stay Lorena and Rose our community needs you.
Aug 08, 2024 · Alejandro PonceThis place has gone down hill. I have lived here for 4 going on 5 years and it keeps getting worse and worse. Noone responds in the office to neighbors parking in your driveway blocking it so if you have guests over the only way they can park if you tell the neighbors to move. Why should I have to? They have favoritism as my neighbor has 4 dogs that constantly bark and cause ruckus and don't do nothing about that either. They loose your money orders for rent and when they almost evict you and find them no sorry for the inconvenience that you have been crying but it was our mistake nothing. They do not value their residents!!!!!! Stay far away from this place...no ok street parking signs are everywhere my mom even got towed when we first moved in yet everyone else gets to be on the street.

Jun 22, 2024 · Kimberly . LuceroAs a property owner here i state the following facts...Beware!! Homeless people fill their water from our outdoor mobile homefaucets daily.. The "security" gate has not worked for months.. Property thefts have happened, even today, to me..Our lot rent has increased but it does not show.. Management pointed out to me today, that some cameras they have up are just dummy cameras. The manager was not even interested in speaking to me about todays theft.. She was more interested in her going home in 30 minutes...Their interest in THIS property is not the same as theirs next door...Just beware!!!!
