Pueblo Del Sol Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Las Vegas, Nevada, area, and are considering long-term residential options that include mobile home parks, Pueblo Del Sol, located at 3751 S Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89121, USA, presents a community with distinctly different experiences reported by its residents. You can contact them at (702) 476-4550 or +1 702-476-4550 for inquiries.
Pueblo Del Sol primarily functions as a mobile home park, offering spaces for residents who typically own their manufactured homes or rent mobile homes within the community. While it might appear under the "RV parks near me" category on some platforms due to its long-term residential nature, it is not primarily designed for short-term RV stays.
The available reviews offer a stark contrast in resident satisfaction. One reviewer recounts a positive initial experience, highlighting Teresa in the office for her professionalism, knowledge, and welcoming demeanor. This reviewer felt that the property was "great" and appreciated Teresa walking them through every step of the process, creating a comfortable and family-like atmosphere. They also addressed potential concerns about the Nellis Boulevard location by noting the property has security and functional gates, contributing to a feeling of safety. This positive feedback suggests that some individuals have had favorable interactions with the management and appreciate the community's security features.
However, another, more extensive review presents a significantly negative perspective on living at Pueblo Del Sol. This long-term resident, living in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom mobile home and paying over $2000 per month in rent, expresses extreme dissatisfaction with the lack of upkeep and communication from the community managers, especially considering the high rental cost. They claim there is "absolutely 0 support" from any of the employees.
A major point of frustration for this reviewer is the handling of the community's front gates. While the replacement of the gates might initially seem positive, they point out that the old gates were broken for over a year, during which time their house was almost broken into, resulting in a broken window that the community allegedly never reimbursed them for. The replacement of the gates only occurred after someone crashed into them. Following the replacement, a new gate code system was implemented, but the reviewer claims that the community employees never communicated the new gate code to the residents via email or any other form of notification. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience, particularly for the reviewer who takes Ubers home late at night and had to call the office repeatedly to obtain the gate code to enter the community.
The negative review further alleges that the community has "issues upon issues" and that rent is raised every few months, with the reviewer's family paying almost $2200 per month for what they describe as "a place to live, not even a yard for my dog or even communication from the office." This paints a picture of high costs coupled with poor management and a lack of consideration for residents' needs and convenience.
This long-term resident strongly advises others to "DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOTTTTT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" emphasizing the terrible living experience and suggesting that anyone writing a good review has "obviously has NOT lived here long ENOUGH!" This starkly contrasts with the positive initial impression reported by the other reviewer, indicating a potential decline in management or a difference in experiences between new and long-term residents.
Based on this conflicting information, the environment of Pueblo Del Sol is difficult to definitively characterize. While one reviewer felt a "great family feel" and appreciated the security, another describes a lack of upkeep and communication. The presence of a gated entrance suggests an attempt to provide security, but the year-long period with broken gates undermines this benefit. The maintenance of the property grounds is not explicitly mentioned in the negative review, but the high rent would imply an expectation of well-maintained surroundings.
In terms of services and features, we know that the community has a front office with staff, including Teresa, who was reported as helpful. Security measures, including gates, are in place, although their functionality has been an issue. Maintenance responsiveness is not directly addressed in the negative review, but the lack of reimbursement for a broken window suggests potential issues in this area. The availability of amenities such as recreational areas, laundry facilities, or community spaces is not mentioned in either review.
From a promotional standpoint, Pueblo Del Sol could highlight the welcoming initial interaction with staff like Teresa and the presence of security gates. However, the severe concerns raised by a long-term resident regarding management communication, gate functionality, and the value provided for the high rent are significant red flags that cannot be ignored.
For local users searching under "RV parks near me" who might be considering Pueblo Del Sol for long-term residency, it is crucial to weigh these contrasting opinions very carefully. The positive initial experience should be balanced against the serious and prolonged issues reported by a long-term resident. Potential residents should inquire specifically about current management practices, the functionality of security gates, communication protocols, and the overall value proposition given the rental costs.
In conclusion, Pueblo Del Sol Mobile Home Park in Las Vegas presents a community with a significant divergence in resident experiences. While initial interactions with staff may be positive, and security gates are in place, serious concerns have been raised regarding management communication, the handling of security infrastructure, and the value provided for the high rental costs. Potential residents are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence and seek current perspectives from multiple residents before making a decision about living in this community.

Pueblo Del Sol Reviews
We came into the office and spoke with Teresa. Not only was the property great, but she walked us through every single step in the process. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. It has a great family feel. Don’t be discouraged by Nellis. The property has security and seems really safe. Plus the gates work. Come in and see Teresa!
Mar 28, 2025 · Tye ClarkDO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOTTTTT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i already wrote a review about this community but I HAVE TO write another one because of how TERRIBLE it is to live here genuinely!!!!!!! My family and I live in a 3 bed, 2 bath MOBILE HOME, for OVERRRRR $$2k++++ A MONTH!!!!!!!!! you would think there would be some type of upkeep or communication from the community managers for the price you pay to rent.. but there’s absolutely 0 support from any of the employees at Pueblo Del Sol Mobile Home Park.Anyone who writes a good review of this place or says good things obviously has NOT lived here long ENOUGH! One main thing that has been really irritating for me personally is they replaced the front gates.. at first it sounds positive right?! WRONG! the front gates were literally BROKEN for 1+ year!!!!! This resulted in my house ALMOST getting broken into and my window ended up being broken.. mind you the community never reimbursed me for paying for the new window.. ANYWAYS! The front gates have been broken FOREVER!! and the ONLY reason the community replaced them is because someone crashed into them with their car.. so now we have a completely new gate code system.. now here is my frustration.. the community employees never ONCE sent out an email or any type ofcommunication relating to the new gate system in the front of the community .. Wouldn’t it make sense to reach out to your residents about a gate code or anything??? Well I received absolutely NOTHING. This is really irritating for me because I take ubers home late at night from work and obviously getting the gate code is NOT my first priority .. It is the office employees and community’s responsibility to inform residents of new developments in the community.. Now I have to call the office and hassle them to give me a gate code just to get home every night after work.. This place has issues upon issues and they raise the rent every few months!!! My family and I are paying almost 2200 a month .. for what exactly? A place to live, not even a yard for my dog or even communication from the office.. This place is an absolute joke and if you think this community is good or positive in any way, you OBVIOUSLY have NOT lived here long enough.. I hope this feedback reaches someone but I doubt it. Anyways, the office will be hearing from me Monday Morning 🩷🩷🩷
Apr 20, 2025 · Chicken NuggetTeresa was amazing, I’ve always been so worried about finding a place. Teresa was very kind, helpful and empathetic. She made sure she was transparent, and gave us all the information the first time. Which is so hard to find, the ladies at this property are amazing!! They are so kind and helpful. Keep up the amazing work. I have now waited some time after moving in and I LOVE IT! The team is so amazing, I had a maintenance request submitted and they came the next day to fix the issue. It’s been nothing but a great experience and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Please if you’re looking for some place to call home COME SEE THE TEAM HERE!
