Arizona Charlie's Boulder RV Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Las Vegas, Nevada, area, Arizona Charlie's Boulder RV Park, located at 4445 Boulder Hwy, Las Vegas, NV 89121, USA, presents a location with both advantages and potential drawbacks based on recent customer reviews. You can reach them at (702) 951-5911 or +1 702-951-5911 for inquiries and reservations.
Arizona Charlie's Boulder RV Park offers a significant advantage in its proximity to various attractions and amenities in Las Vegas, with one reviewer noting it's "close to EVERYTHING." This central location can be particularly appealing for those wanting easy access to the city's entertainment, dining, and shopping options. The park also boasts concrete sites and asphalt roads, with rock between the sites, which can contribute to a more stable and cleaner parking environment compared to gravel or dirt lots.
Security appears to be another key feature of Arizona Charlie's Boulder RV Park. It is described as "fenced off and gated" and offers "24-hour security." While one reviewer wisely advises still locking up your belongings, the presence of these security measures can provide a greater sense of safety and peace of mind for guests. Additionally, the park features a year-round pool, which is a significant amenity for those looking to relax and cool off regardless of the season.
A unique feature of this RV park is its direct access to the Arizona Charlie's Boulder Casino. This allows guests to easily walk to the casino for entertainment, dining, and potentially other services. For some, this adjacency could be a major draw, offering convenience and a variety of leisure activities right next door.
However, several reviewers have raised concerns that potential guests should carefully consider. One reviewer experienced a negative first impression due to a 5:00 PM closing time that required them to go to the casino for information. More significantly, this reviewer reported encountering a "smelly black water air" and described the parking situation as "like sardines in a can," with "minimal space" that redefines small. They also noted the narrow streets within the park, compounded by other guests parking cars not in designated spaces but on the street, making maneuvering large RVs challenging, even for those with skilled backing experience. This suggests that space within the park might be limited and potentially crowded.
The same reviewer also mentioned the absence of a picnic table or sufficient space to place one at their site. This lack of personal outdoor space could be a drawback for those who enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing outside their RV.
Another reviewer commented on the designated dog area, noting that it is primarily for the dogs to "potty (on rocks)." However, they offered a "pro tip" suggesting a green space beside the shuffleboard area as a much better place for dogs to move around. This indicates that while a pet area is provided, it may not be ideal for all dog owners, and alternative spaces within the park might be more suitable for exercise.
One reviewer mentioned that the park is located "in a rough part of town" and frequently "reeks of weed," though they acknowledge that this is likely not the RV park's fault. This is an important environmental factor to consider, as it could impact the overall experience for some guests. However, this reviewer also noted that despite the location, it is "central to everything" and that "everyone watches out for each others stuff," suggesting a sense of community and mutual vigilance among the guests.
Finally, one reviewer offered a specific local tip, advising that "the Walmart closest to rv park is terrible" and recommending going elsewhere for shopping needs. This local knowledge can be valuable for guests planning to stock up on supplies during their stay.
Considering the mixed feedback, Arizona Charlie's Boulder RV Park offers a convenient and secure option for RVers in Las Vegas, particularly those who appreciate being close to attractions and having access to a casino. The concrete sites and 24-hour security are notable positives. However, potential guests should be prepared for potentially tight parking spaces, the possibility of unpleasant odors, and limited personal outdoor space. The surrounding neighborhood and the condition of nearby amenities like the closest Walmart are also factors to keep in mind.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," Arizona Charlie's Boulder RV Park could be a viable option if central location and security are top priorities. However, it would be wise to inquire specifically about site sizes, parking arrangements, and any current issues with odors before booking. Understanding the park's layout and policies, especially the 72-hour cancellation requirement mentioned by one reviewer, is also essential.
In conclusion, Arizona Charlie's Boulder RV Park provides a centrally located and secure base for exploring Las Vegas, with the added convenience of being adjacent to a casino. While it offers concrete sites and a year-round pool, potential guests should be aware of the reported issues with limited space, potential odors, and the surrounding neighborhood. Weighing these pros and cons based on your individual needs and preferences will help you determine if this RV park is the right fit for your stay in Las Vegas.

Arizona Charlie's Boulder RV Park Reviews
"RV PARK" The 5:00 closing requires going to the casino to get you the info needed. Great! Until you pull in your nice RV and find Smelly black water air, along with limited parking like sardines in a can, not to mention, Minimal space redefines small. I just can't stand the strong smell of black water fumes in the air.I lucky to have years of skilled backing of trailers to fit into tight space using skinny streets that others have cars parked not in space, But on street. Oh, don't expect a table, or enough space to place a picnic table. They require 72 hrs cancelation, so it's too late, we're parked and still considering leaving....
May 11, 2025 · Bill PutnamGreat RV Park, close to EVERYTHING. Concrete sites, asphalt road and rock between sites. Dog area is for the dogs to potty (on rocks) - pro tip- beside the shuffleboard area is a green space, much better area for the pups to move around.Fenced off and gated. 24 hour security (still lock your stuff up!) Pool is year round, walk to casino. It's in a rough part of town and reeks of weed most of the time (not the rv parks fault), but it is central to everything and everyone watches out for each others stuff.ps- the Walmart closest to rv park is terrible, go elsewhere
Apr 27, 2025 · Ashley IThis was my very first RV park experience, I just bought my RV a few weeks ago, and I felt like everything was really easy! Hookups were simple, spots were the right size, the staff was helpful but not overly-so, and extending your stay is very easy. With my AAA discount and taxes, my total was $49 and some change for a class A 30' RV. The showers were private, the pool was heated, and there was laundry available. The shower had hot water for well over an hour -- I know, water shortage!! 😩 but when you haven't showered in hot water in 2+ weeks...sometimes a "spa day" is necessary! The tub situation was....well, you be the judge from the photo. I'd say, "use only if necessary".Everyone was extremely quiet in the area, there were zero issues.I would definitely come back in the future.
Feb 16, 2025 · S TNice room 4-day stay lost $3.25 after being successful in acquiring soda from the machine the previous night, store across the street $3 & change for a 2 liter. Need to service vending machines more frequently and trash disposal on the grounds. Highly recommend.
Feb 12, 2025 · David MediateSites are ok, but water (showers, restrooms, etc) were shut off at 6am the morning of our stay. We had no access to anything. After talking with management, it was determined that they knew this at checking but did not tell us. The general manager, Juan, met me in the parking lot and offered us a refund. There has been no refund to date, even though I have called three times. Frustrating experience. If I had known the night before, we would have filled our tanks and showered. Basically, we paid market rate to just park our rig in their "rv" park.
