I live here at Dime 3. I love it. I own the land and my over 2000sq ft home, is consided REAL Property! I get a Real Property tax bill which isn't too bad. Because the house and land are owned by me and it was converted to real property status. I was able to get a VA loan. Which means no down payment and closing costs were rolled into the mortgage The park is clean, everybody takes good care of their home. I was extremely blessed to buy a large home( over 2000 sq ft), in a beautiful park with nice friendly people.To find a similar real home in Las Vegas, as nice as the one I bought would have cost me at least $125k more.

The HOA does no evict residents, as all homes & the land those homes dwell on are all individually owned. If you were a renter that statement or notice would have had to come from the land owner or their property management company. Please get your facts straight before posting a review.

This 55+ park was built in the late 70s and many of the original double wides are still in the park; others have been taken down or out and a new trailer brought in to take it's space. Nearly every single home here has been maintained so beautifully. I love the authentic 70s design that has been nurtured and preserved by many owners in this park. Each trailer is unique it's own way, inside and out.You will find peace and order in this park because Security doesn't mess around! If someone is spotted in the park who even looks a little out of place, they're asked to leave. The residents don't throw loud parties. There's no littered garbage rolling down the streets.It's just a nice place! And I hope it stays that way forever , at least for another 25 years until I can retire and buy my own in there.

We were all set to put an offer on a home in here but nope, not 55. I thought by law a certain amount of the occupants could be under 55? I thought 80 percent of the people living there had to be 55 and the other 20 percent could be younger. That's okay, I will keep looking for our dream home. And FYI, my children are in their 30s and live in a different state. The appeal was no kids, especially with a work from home job. A quiet neighborhood is very important. I can't help but notice exactly how many homes are now up for sale in this place🤔Still dig the vibe of the place and could see myself living there for the rest of my life. Sorry I'm not a whole 2 years older.
