Ann is very friendly and Very professional, she is always helping families when a tragedy happens in the park. The grounds are always well kept, I'm excited for the pool and sauna to open.
Mar 10, 2017 · Laura TorgensenI have lived here almost 2 yrs and have nothing but good things to say about the community and office staff. Ann is very friendly and wants everybody to enjoy living here. The community is safe and clean and everyone is friendly.
Mar 10, 2017 · Suzanne DunnI have lived here for 10 plus years. This past week we had a unexpected circumstance that left a big part of us without power. The power went out in my home from Tuesday afternoon at about 1:30 till Thursday evening about 6:00 Maybe. The management was doing everything possible to help us out. Ann and Ericka went out of their way to make things right for us. Ericka does not live on site but she stayed anyway to help out. They ordered pizza for everyone in the park that needed to eat, they kept a fire going in the club house to keep us warm all night long. Even management from Corporate in Utah came to help out. They told everyone that if they lost a food because of this that they would replace it for them. This is not something that they had to do, because it wasn't their fault, this is something they did out of the kindness in their hearts.First of all three or four transformers went out because of the rain, after they were fixed, no one told them that the city had to inspect the repairs, by this time city offices were closed and we had to wait for morning. Then in the morning after the inspection we had to wait again for the power company to come out. In the meantime they tried to get generators to power us up, but that only worked for a few people, YES the manager Ann house was one of them, but she had no clue which houses were going to benefit from this, and it actually did no good for her house, because she still stuck it out with the rest of us.Bottom line is CAREFREE MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY, THE MANAGEMENT ANN AND ERICKA AND CORPORATE FROM UTAH ARE A PRETTY GOOD BUNCH OF PEOPLE WITH MIGHTY BIG HEARTS...
