El Adobe Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Las Vegas, Nevada, and considering long-term mobile home living, El Adobe Mobile Home Park, located at 825 N Lamb Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89110, USA, is a community that requires careful consideration based on recent and strongly negative resident feedback available online. While the platform category might suggest temporary RV parking, the reviews indicate that El Adobe functions primarily as a long-term mobile home park, and the experiences shared by residents paint a concerning picture of the living conditions and management practices.
One of the most prominent issues raised by multiple reviewers is the severe lack of parking, particularly for guests. Residents report that guest parking is either non-existent or perpetually full, making it exceedingly difficult, if not impossible, to have visitors. Furthermore, there are allegations of aggressive towing practices, with one reviewer stating that vehicles parked even briefly by the office are towed without notice. The parking situation extends to residents as well, with claims of limited space even outside their own homes, further exacerbating the difficulty of having guests over. This parking inadequacy appears to be a major source of frustration and inconvenience for the residents.
Beyond parking, the physical condition of the properties and the overall environment of El Adobe are described in extremely negative terms. One reviewer uses the term "deplorable" and characterizes the condition of each property as "rancid at best." This suggests significant neglect and a lack of maintenance across the community. Adding to this, it is mentioned that despite the poor condition of the properties, residents are charged a substantial $800 solely for the lot rental. This discrepancy between the perceived value and the cost is a significant point of contention for at least one resident.
Safety concerns are also raised in the reviews, particularly regarding the well-being of children living in the park. It is reported that there is only a single entrance and exit to the community, and critically, no sidewalks are present. Given that there are reportedly many children residing in El Adobe who lack private yards for play, the absence of sidewalks along potentially narrow streets raises serious concerns about the risk of children being hit by vehicles. One reviewer poignantly describes the situation as "pathetic," highlighting the lack of safe outdoor space for the community's children.
The financial aspect of living at El Adobe is another major point of criticism. One resident states that they are paying around $2,000 to live in what they consider a "dumpster fire," emphasizing the perceived lack of value for the high cost of living. This sentiment is further amplified by the comparison to apartment living, with the reviewer suggesting that one could find an apartment with more amenities and a better living environment for a similar price. The reviewer explicitly states their intention to leave the community, underscoring the severity of their dissatisfaction.
Management responsiveness and priorities are also heavily criticized in the reviews. One reviewer claims that "management could care less" about the residents' concerns. An example provided is the alleged prioritization of allowing families to host birthday parties at the office while neglecting essential issues like the lack of sidewalks and the poor condition of the properties. Additionally, a decision to lock a side gate that reportedly helped children move around the neighborhood more safely is cited as another example of management actions that negatively impact residents. The reviewer expresses a strong sense of being exploited, accusing management of being "very money hungry" and only concerned with residents' finances while failing to provide a commensurate quality of living.
The final and perhaps most damning part of one review includes an accusation that management is charging "luxury prices" while residents are forced to live in proximity to "homeless people and drug addicts." This serious allegation, if accurate, paints a picture of a community that is not only poorly maintained and managed but also potentially unsafe and misrepresenting its value proposition to its residents.
Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback focusing on issues such as severe parking limitations, deplorable property conditions, safety concerns for children due to the lack of sidewalks, high lot fees that do not reflect the living conditions, and a perceived lack of care and responsiveness from the management, potential residents searching for "RV parks near me" for long-term mobile home living should approach El Adobe Mobile Home Park with extreme caution. There is no promotional information to counterbalance these serious allegations, and the consistent themes of dissatisfaction across multiple reviews suggest systemic issues within the community.
Before considering El Adobe, it would be prudent to contact the management at (702) 957-1641 or +1 702-957-1641 to seek their perspective on these issues and to inquire about any planned improvements or changes in management practices. However, given the severity and consistency of the negative feedback, prospective residents should also consider visiting the property in person to assess the conditions firsthand and, if possible, speak with current residents to gain a more direct understanding of the living environment. Based on the currently available information, El Adobe appears to be a mobile home park with significant challenges that potential residents should carefully weigh against their needs and expectations for a long-term living situation. The strong recommendations from former residents to "live somewhere else" should be taken seriously.

El Adobe Reviews
Little to no parking available for guests and the parkings available are always filled, they will tow your car if you park it by the office without notice and don't even think about parking outside the house for a while cause there's no space so impossible to have any guest over, they're very money hungry and only care about your pockets. The towing is insane, very unaccomodading.
Apr 12, 2025 · SantosDeplorable. Condition of each property is rancid at best. No one has fence but they charge $800 just for the lot. There's a single entrance in and out, and there's no sidewalk to be found. There are many children here with no where to play because they don't have a yard, and they don't have streets wide enough to not have a child be hit. It's pathetic. Most of us are paying $2k to live in a dumpster fire. We're leaving without a doubt in March. If you can live somewhere else then do it. You can get an apartment with more to offer than this heap of crap. Management could care less. They're too busy letting families throw birthday parties at the office to give a damn. Locked the side gate that helped kids get around the neighborhood faster too. Might as well take away my driveway while they're at it. Do better. You're NOT WORTH two grand and you need to pull your greedy heads out your asses and realize that you're charging luxury prices for me to live around homeless people and drugg addicts.
Dec 22, 2024 · Nada DamnOnly gave it one star because you have to put a star but it deserves 0 stars this mobile home complex is just WOW and not in a good way my family and I moved in a brand new mobile home and for a couple of months it was ok but after that we started getting notices on our mailbox talking about need to clean animal droppings from the yard so I went around the yard and it was all cat droppings I don’t have cats so why should I have to pick up animal droppings that don’t belong to me 2nd the new mobile home is falling apart so I told my husband we need to find somewhere to go because this is ridiculous paying 1,800 a month and have to pick up droppings from animals that ain’t mine really and to beat that the girls in the office are so damn rude and disrespectful on the way they talk to you and look at you need better office management or train them to treat people with respect glad we moved out and in my opinion I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one by time they came to fix the mobile home cats we’re already living under there and well it was like that we couldn’t close the door to one of the bedrooms the mobile home was uneven we thought it was going to fall but no one cared that’s so sad for the amount that was being paid and like a week before we moved they came to fix it and when they fixed it we couldn’t lock the back door it was all uneven very very bad place to live for the price ☹️
Jul 04, 2024 · Dena ZavalaGood family oriented community, nice summer pool, access to clubhouse basketball hoops. I do recommend it, but they need to update the roads.
Apr 09, 2025 · a.j. quintanarManagement Allowed someone into my rental without notifying me that was not on my lease. They stole my belongings. My rental had a very bad black mold problem that management was aware of and did nothing. Management went out of their way to evict me early after asking a hardship plan when my mom who was on the lease passed. Worst time in my life and worst place I have lived in 32 years of life.
