Bonanza Village Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" or considering long-term living options for your mobile home in Las Vegas, Nevada, Bonanza Village, located at 3700 Stewart Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89110, USA, is a mobile home park that warrants consideration. However, it is crucial to approach this park with a comprehensive understanding of recent resident experiences, as indicated by publicly available reviews.
Based on recent feedback from individuals who have resided at Bonanza Village, there appear to be several significant concerns regarding the park's management, infrastructure, and overall living environment. Multiple reviews highlight issues with the park's administration and their interactions with residents. Some former residents describe instances of perceived overreach by the office staff, including alleged threats of legal action related to home maintenance and vehicle parking. One review specifically mentions a lack of clear communication regarding RV parking availability and subsequent attempts to tow a resident's truck.
Furthermore, a concerning theme emerges regarding the perceived change in management's demeanor from the initial move-in phase to the period of residency. One reviewer suggests that while the office staff may appear friendly initially to attract new residents, their attitude reportedly shifts, leading to complaints about various aspects of residents' living situations without providing opportunities for resolution.
Infrastructure appears to be another area of concern at Bonanza Village. One detailed review explicitly mentions the presence of numerous potholes on the park's roads, creating potentially hazardous driving conditions. Additionally, the reviewer notes that the park is barely lit at night, raising concerns about safety and visibility after dark. These infrastructural issues reportedly persist despite resident complaints, with the management's response allegedly being threatening letters rather than addressing the problems, such as repairing broken lights or fixing the roads. The reviewer also claims that these unaddressed issues constitute code violations.
Adding to these concerns, the same reviewer alleges unprofessional behavior by the park manager, including claims of window peeping and the display of politically charged and potentially divisive stickers on their personal vehicle while on park grounds. These allegations, if accurate, could contribute to a negative and uncomfortable living environment for residents.
Basic utilities also seem to be unreliable, with a resident reporting that the water supply is shut off at least once a month, sometimes without prior notice. This intermittent disruption of essential services can significantly impact the quality of life for residents.
It is also noteworthy that, according to one review, none of the park staff reside within Bonanza Village. This lack of on-site presence of management or maintenance personnel could potentially contribute to delays in addressing resident concerns and infrastructure issues. While a security truck is reportedly seen occasionally at night, the reviewer advises against contacting them for assistance, implying a lack of effective security support.
Considering the significant negative feedback regarding Bonanza Village's management practices, infrastructure, and overall living environment, potential residents seeking "RV parks near me" or long-term mobile home living options in Las Vegas should exercise extreme caution. The reviews paint a picture of a park where residents feel unfairly treated, where infrastructure is neglected, and where communication with management is adversarial rather than solution-oriented.
Currently, there is no promotional information available for Bonanza Village within the provided text. Given the nature of the recent reviews, it is understandable that no positive promotional aspects are highlighted. The focus of the feedback is overwhelmingly on negative experiences related to management and the park's physical condition.
Before making any decisions, individuals considering Bonanza Village are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence. This should include attempting to contact the park management at (888) 472-0723 or +1 888-472-0723 to inquire about the current state of affairs and to seek clarification on the issues raised in the reviews. It would also be beneficial to visit the property in person, if possible, to assess the conditions of the roads, lighting, and overall environment. Furthermore, seeking out more recent reviews or speaking with current residents directly could provide a more up-to-date perspective on the living conditions at Bonanza Village. Based on the information available, there are significant red flags that potential residents should carefully consider before committing to living in this mobile home park.

Bonanza Village Reviews
This place is insane you are not able to do no thing we are fixing our trailer siding and the office people threaten to take us to court we had a truck parked and they try to tow and they have and RV parking that they never talked aboutThose people in the office can be so friendly because they want you to move in but they will start complaining about everything with no chance
Mar 27, 2025 · Alcides RodriguezPotholes on every road, barely lit at night, park staff like to peep through windows, if you complain about the lack of amenities the manager's response is not to fix the broken lights or fix the roads but send threatening letters for daring to complain. The manager drives around with a Punisher Thin Blue Line and FU 46 stickers on his truck, real professional. Water goes off at least once a month. Sometimes we get a warning. As of May 2022 here's a tiny sample of just some of the broken lights. These are all code violations and nothing is ever done. None of the staff reside here, you might see a security truck once every night but don't ever call them.

Apr 07, 2025 · Antoinette CobarrubiasThis place is turning to trash. Yes they put lights in the entrance but what about the back side of the trailer park is super dark you can't go for a walk with out feeling like some crack head will jump out the bushes. 😒 The new rule with the pool being open only from 8am to 3:30pm weekdays is BS some parents are at work during that time during the day & are off weekends & pool is closed those days is ridiculous. Also the manager is super rude they need to replace her & put someone with good customer service.
Aug 04, 2018 · Maleni VargasNew Manager, ugh. Thought ok at first plenty of going to fix this or that,,,lies. Still no usable pool, recreation room or fitness room, almost 4 years now. Rubbish filled empty lots and has nerve to complain about mine which is far cleaner than his. BTW, said pool would be open after he installed cameras. Wow, summer over but the 8 high Def cameras on our kids in bathing suits sounds suspect.
