One reviewer explicitly states, "I would not recommend this park." This negative sentiment is based on several serious allegations. The reviewer claims that maintenance personnel walk around with guns in front of children and operate without a clear schedule or accountability. Furthermore, this reviewer describes the office lady, Marion, as "horrible and rude." The owner, identified as Mark, is described as a lawyer who is allegedly not effective in addressing the issues within the park, which the reviewer suggests is the reason for lawsuits and inspections. This review paints a picture of a potentially unsafe and poorly managed environment.
Another reviewer echoes these negative sentiments, describing the park owner as a "slumlord/ lawyer wanna be." This individual reports issues with neighbors constantly staring at residents through windows and frequent arguments in the streets, allegedly involving individuals under the influence of substances. The presence of a large number of cats throughout the park is also mentioned. This reviewer further alleges that maintenance takes "YEARS" to fix appliances. A particularly concerning claim is that new tenants are made to clean out their trailers themselves before moving in and are sometimes sold units known to be infested with rats and roaches. This review suggests significant problems with the upkeep of the properties and a disregard for tenant welfare.
Based on these limited but strongly negative reviews, the environment of June's Mobile Home Village & Sales appears to be troubled. The allegations of maintenance personnel carrying guns in front of children raise serious safety concerns. The reported constant staring by neighbors and public arguments suggest a lack of community cohesion and potential social issues within the park. The presence of a large cat population could also be a concern for hygiene and pest control. The description of the owner as a "slumlord" and the mention of lawsuits and inspectors indicate potential systemic issues with the management and upkeep of the property.
The services at June's Mobile Home Village & Sales, according to these reviews, appear to be inadequate and unprofessional. The claim that maintenance takes years to fix appliances suggests a severe lack of timely and effective maintenance services. The alleged practice of making new tenants clean out their own trailers, potentially including units infested with pests, indicates a lack of proper preparation and care for new residents. The description of the office staff as "horrible and rude" points to poor customer service and a potentially negative interaction with the park's administration. The reported lack of action to address underlying issues within the park, leading to lawsuits and inspections, further suggests a failure in providing necessary and effective management services.
The features of June's Mobile Home Village & Sales, as implied by the negative reviews, are likely to be substandard. The alleged sale of rat and roach-infested units indicates poor quality of the housing available. The lack of timely maintenance suggests that the infrastructure and amenities within the park may not be well-maintained. The reported social issues, including public arguments and intrusive neighbors, detract from the quality of life within the community. The safety concerns raised by the alleged open carrying of firearms by maintenance personnel in front of children are a significant negative feature. Any potential positive features or amenities are not mentioned in these reviews, suggesting that the overall experience for residents, at least according to these accounts, is far from satisfactory.

June's Mobile Home Village & Sales Reviews
I would not recommend this park, maintenance walks around with guns in front of children, they do what they want when they feel like it, Marion the office lady is horrible and rude. The owner mark is a lawyer but not a good one for all the stuff going on in that park. And he wonders y he has lawsuits and inspectors all thru there!
Dec 30, 2024 · Greg ButlerNeighbors constantly stare at you out the windows.People arguing in the streets off whatever substances they got their hands on. Cats. Everywhere. The Owner of the park is yet another slumlord/ lawyer wanna be. Maintenance takes YEARS to fix your appliances. Also they feel it's comfortable to make new tenants clean the trailer out themselves prior to moving in and also sell them units knowingly that are full of rats and roaches. A+ job 💯
Nov 19, 2024 · Blue The Dragon (Bleu The Dragon)Worst place to live. They seem nice in the beginning, but beware. They are slumlords.
Dec 10, 2024 · Jane VinesWanted to buy trailer from resident who was ready to move in two days. Everything was great until I mentioned before buying I wanted an inspector. Suddenly she had a couple with a baby who came before me that decided to take the trailer.
Feb 06, 2024 · Colleen WoodsNice trailer park very convenient with all the stores within walking distance. People in the trailer court are very nice. It’s like one big family in there. Everyone there looks out for one another. No issues at all.
