Pine Grove Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals exploring "RV parks near me" in the Inkster, Michigan region as a potential long-term living solution, it's important to consider all available options. Pine Grove Mobile Home Park, located at 28312 Michigan Ave, Inkster, MI 48141, USA, presents a complex picture based on recent and past feedback. You can contact them at (313) 799-7898 or +1 313-799-7898 for the most current information.
It's crucial to acknowledge a concerning review from a former resident who described extremely negative experiences at Pine Grove Mobile Home Park under previous management. This review detailed allegations of harassment, property damage (including to a vehicle and physical harm), unauthorized entry into their home, and a failure to address essential maintenance issues such as a malfunctioning water heater, electricity, refrigerator, and stove, rendering the living conditions allegedly uninhabitable. These are serious accusations that potential residents should be aware of when considering this location.
However, in stark contrast to this negative account, a more recent review offers a significantly different perspective. This new feedback highlights a change in ownership and management within the last two weeks prior to the review. The reviewer expresses considerable optimism, stating that the park already "looks so much better...it's like night and day!" This positive shift is attributed to the new management's apparent efforts to improve the park's condition. The reviewer noted visible improvements such as the ongoing process of fixing up and painting trailers and a general clean-up of the property. This positive feedback suggests a potential turning point for Pine Grove Mobile Home Park and indicates a commitment to transforming it into "a respectable place to live again."
Given these contrasting accounts, it is evident that Pine Grove Mobile Home Park is currently in a state of transition. The historical issues raised by a former resident are serious and should not be disregarded. However, the recent positive feedback regarding the new ownership and management suggests that significant changes are underway, potentially leading to a much-improved living environment for future residents.
For those considering Pine Grove Mobile Home Park in their search for "RV parks near me" or long-term residential options, it is essential to approach with cautious optimism and to conduct thorough due diligence. This includes directly contacting the new management to inquire about the current state of the park, their plans for future improvements, and the specific terms and conditions of residency. Visiting the property in person can also provide valuable insights into the current environment and the progress of any renovations or maintenance efforts.
Based on the limited information available, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the park's current environment, services, and features. However, we can infer some potential aspects based on the recent positive review:
- Ongoing Property Improvements: The new management appears to be actively working on fixing up and painting trailers, suggesting a focus on enhancing the aesthetic appeal and potentially the structural integrity of the homes within the park.
- General Clean-Up Efforts: A commitment to cleaning up the park indicates an effort to create a more pleasant and hygienic living environment.
- Potential for Improved Management: The positive tone of the recent review suggests that the new owner and manager are more responsive and dedicated to improving the living experience for residents.
It is important to note that there is no information available regarding specific amenities or services offered at Pine Grove Mobile Home Park, such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, or community spaces. Similarly, there is no information about the specific features of the mobile homes or lots available for rent. Prospective residents will need to obtain this information directly from the management.
In the context of searching for "RV parks near me," individuals might consider Pine Grove Mobile Home Park if they are open to the possibility of residing in a mobile home community, especially given the recent changes and potential for improvement. The affordability of lot rental in mobile home parks can sometimes be an advantage compared to traditional RV parks, particularly for long-term stays. However, it is crucial to ensure that the current living conditions and management practices meet individual standards and expectations.
Given the significant contrast in the available reviews, any promotional information would be premature and potentially misleading at this stage. The focus should be on the ongoing transition and the need for prospective residents to gather current information directly from the new management and through personal observation.
For local users in Inkster, Michigan, who are exploring their residential options and come across Pine Grove Mobile Home Park in their search for "RV parks near me," the current situation presents both a cautionary tale from the past and a glimmer of hope for the future. The reported past issues are serious and should not be ignored. However, the recent positive feedback indicates that the park may be undergoing a significant transformation under new leadership.
Therefore, the recommendation for interested individuals is to:
- Contact the new management at (313) 799-7898 or +1 313-799-7898 to inquire about the current status of the park and their plans for the future.
- Schedule a visit to the property to assess the current conditions and observe any ongoing improvements.
- Speak with current residents (if possible) to gain additional perspectives on the recent changes and the overall living environment.
- Thoroughly review the terms and conditions of any potential lease or residency agreement.

Pine Grove Mobile Home Park Reviews
Hello, please do not move here they are slumlords. After being harassed for months by these drug addicts (the manager, and her entire family/friends) they damaged my $30,000 Audi and also broke my grandmother’s hand when they viciously attacked us. I will be suing for all the damages to my property as well as how they allow people to go into my house when I was not done moving. They refused to fix things like water heater, electricity, fridge, stove, etc. making it inhabitable.
Nov 07, 2023 · Evie DuneskeSo I stopped in yesterday and met the new owner and manager ! I guess they've only been there 2 weeks but it already looks so much better...it's like night and day ! They were working on fixing up and painting trailers and cleaning everything up. It's so good to see someone stepped up to make this park a respectable place to live again.
Sep 18, 2018 · Scott MillerLet’s just start off by saying if I can rate this place no stars I would. This place is a hell ho I don’t recommend u to move here. They don’t have a real maintenance man all they do is drink all day. Do not move here I repeat. This place is nasty. The manager do drugs don’t believe nothing she say.
Sep 16, 2023 · Hershey Kiss (Naynay)I don't know why they don't cut their bushes back off the sidewalk on a regular basis. I've tried to call them about it but nobody picks up the phone. I always have to walk around the bushes because they won't cut the bushes. And keep it cleaned up. I wish I had a photo but I don't. It's clear to see it when you walk or drive by.
Sep 23, 2019 · K LeeSlumlord owner, doesn't fix what needs fixing when it comes to his own property but has no problem looking for rent to be paid on time. Better off looking elsewhere. Trailers are in horrendously unsafe conditions. Absolutely do not consider this place unless you are down on your luck.
