Feb 27, 2025 · Valerie LowryMetro Commons has done an amazing job!!! Helping me and my fiance getting into a new home. Chloe and Zach at Cambio communities were amazing they did literally everything the possibly could for us to help us get into the community. They went above and beyond helping us over the last 4 months. I'm looking forward to living here working with them. It sounds like Cambio communities has a lot of changes planned for Metro Commons. I look forward to seeing all the new changes and stuff planned to make the community more beautiful.
Feb 07, 2025 · Hannah DowellI bought a house here in 2021 finally sold it in 2024, and while the home itself was lovely, the management has been disappointing, as well as the condition of the streets, which I was told have been an issue for years. Initially, we had a different manager, but after he left, we ended up with Cassandra, who is quite rude and often has a negative attitude. Additionally, there’s a rat infestation, and the streets are in such poor condition that they can damage your tires regardless of how fast you’re driving. The water is often cut off due to frozen pipes and so fourth, lot rent is extremely high as well. Given these issues, I would not recommend living here AT ALL.
Oct 28, 2024 · Kiera WWe have a new staff, but the same old problems, potholes everywhere, right now I was washing my clothes and they simply shut the water off with no warning, I have to go to work now and I can even take a shower. Thanks metro commons.
Mar 13, 2025 · Omar TorresIf you value comfortable home living this is not the place for you.Highest lot rent in the area with the least amount of amenities you can find! When you decide to move into Metro Commons you give yourself the gift of never knowing if you have your assigned parking spot, skunks, rats, and raccoons running so rampant you can’t walk out your front door, and if you try to complain good luck because there’s a revolving door of park management that will add your concerns to the void to never be heard about again! The water will constantly be shut off because they don’t maintain the lines properly and you’ll probably get sick at least once from them not wanting to tell residents about the leaks. Then the water bills will go up exponentially with no explanation. If you do decide to move here and then Want to leave, management will not approve any buyers so that you are forced to sell your trailer to the park for Pennie’s on the dollar. And let’s not start about illegal evictions during Covid! This park is nothing but a glorified slum lord. Beware.
