King Arthur Manor Introduce
Are you currently searching for "RV parks near me" or exploring mobile home communities in the Prattville, Alabama area? King Arthur Manor, located at 101 Merlin Blvd, Prattville, AL 36067, USA, presents itself as a residential option that may also accommodate RVs. You can reach them at (334) 365-7131 or +1 334-365-7131 for further information and to inquire about current availability for both mobile homes and potentially RV spaces.
Based on recent feedback from residents, King Arthur Manor appears to have experienced changes in its living environment over time. One review suggests a decline from what was once a "really nice mobile home park." This former positive perception is contrasted with current concerns regarding the management and the enforcement of community standards. Specific issues raised include speeding within the park, excessive noise from loud music at night, and the deteriorating condition of the streets, which are described as being in "bad need of repair." The reviewer concludes by suggesting that the current lot rent charged may not be justified given these conditions and recommends that prospective residents consider alternative options.
Another long-term resident, having lived in King Arthur Manor for approximately ten years and recently moved to a different section within the park, offers a contrasting perspective on the community atmosphere depending on the location within the manor. While experiencing a strong sense of community and familiarity in one area, the resident notes a lack of neighborly interaction and a feeling of isolation in the newer section. This suggests that the social environment within King Arthur Manor might vary significantly depending on where one resides.
When considering King Arthur Manor in the context of "RV parks near me," it is important to ascertain whether the community actively accommodates recreational vehicles. Many mobile home parks do offer spaces for RVs, either on a short-term or long-term basis. If King Arthur Manor does provide RV sites, potential RV residents would be interested in knowing about the availability of essential hookups such as water, electricity, and sewer connections. Information regarding the size and accessibility of the RV sites, as well as any amenities offered specifically for RVers (like laundry facilities, communal areas, or dump stations), would be crucial for those seeking temporary or extended stays.
For individuals and families considering King Arthur Manor as a potential mobile home living environment, the reviews provide valuable, albeit mixed, insights. The concern raised about the current management's lax enforcement of community rules, leading to issues like speeding and noise, is a significant factor to consider. The reported poor condition of the streets could also impact the quality of life within the park. On the other hand, the experience of the long-term resident suggests that a sense of community can exist within certain areas of the manor, although this may not be consistent throughout the entire park.
Given the feedback, it is strongly recommended that anyone considering King Arthur Manor, whether for mobile home living or as an RV park option, conduct a thorough personal visit. This would allow prospective residents to assess the current condition of the streets, observe the general atmosphere of the community, and if possible, speak with current residents to gain a broader understanding of the living experience. Inquiring directly with the management about the concerns raised in the reviews, as well as understanding the park's rules and regulations and the process for addressing resident issues, is also essential.
When evaluating "RV parks near me," factors such as the safety and security of the park, the availability of amenities, and the overall peace and quiet are often key considerations. The negative review regarding speeding and nighttime noise at King Arthur Manor raises concerns in these areas. Similarly, for those looking at mobile home parks for long-term residency, the quality of the infrastructure (like roads) and the effectiveness of the management in maintaining community standards are critical aspects to evaluate.
King Arthur Manor, with its Prattville, Alabama location and contact information, serves a local user base seeking housing or RV accommodations. To provide an objective introduction, it is necessary to present both the potential benefits (such as established community in some areas) and the reported drawbacks (management issues, infrastructure concerns, noise). This balanced approach allows prospective residents to make an informed decision based on their individual priorities.
Potential areas of inquiry for those considering King Arthur Manor include:
- Current Management Policies: How does the current management address issues like speeding and noise complaints? What are the park's rules and regulations, and how are they enforced?
- Infrastructure Condition: What are the plans, if any, for repairing the streets within the community?
- Community Atmosphere: While one resident noted a lack of connection in a newer section, what efforts are made to foster a sense of community throughout the park?
- RV Accommodations (if available): Are there designated RV sites? What types of hookups are available? What are the rates and any length-of-stay restrictions? What amenities are available for RV guests?
- Lot Rent and Fees: What is the current lot rent for mobile homes? Are there any additional fees or charges that residents should be aware of?
- Safety and Security Measures: What measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of residents and their property?
In conclusion, King Arthur Manor in Prattville, AL, presents a mobile home living environment with potentially some capacity for RVs. While a long-term resident suggests that a sense of community exists in certain areas, recent feedback also highlights significant concerns regarding the current management, the condition of the infrastructure, and issues related to noise and speeding. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home in this community should carefully weigh these points and conduct a thorough on-site evaluation to determine if King Arthur Manor aligns with their needs and expectations for a comfortable and well-managed living environment.

King Arthur Manor Reviews
This used to be a really nice mobile home park to live in. The current manager let's people get by with anything now. Speeding down the streets, loud music playing at all hours of the night, streets are in bad need of repair. For the price they charge for lot rent I recommend looking elsewhere.
Feb 09, 2020 · Grant OwenI've lived here for about 10 years. I just recently moved to the other end of the street I live on in a newer mobile home. And it's hard getting it on my neighbor's at this end we're at the other end I knew everybody and I don't know what's wrong with this end of the park it's like people don't want to get to know who can move the inner be friends or anything like that so I'm just here all alone all day long and nobody seems to want to be friends. I wish there was some way I can meet more people out in the park and get to know some people so I can have some friends
Nov 28, 2021 · Lori ValentinI had to live here for a few years, it was horrible. Management was trying to give everyone separate rules and rates (which is illegal but no one here can afford to sue) crime would occasionally move in and out, and most good neighbors would leave after a few months of moving in.
Feb 08, 2018 · KnazooAnyone know of how I can get in touch with this place ? Phone number that's listed is no longer in service . I'm looking for some place to rent
Jul 02, 2024 · Lindsay BoyettAbsolutely DISGUSTING place to live. Though they have finally gotten trashcans after just my 3 years of being here this residence is still a NASTY place to live. Bad neighbors, bad owners, and just bad quality. These people are of no concern with their speed or volume much less YOUR children in the street. PLEASE CHOOSE WISELY.
