The provided phone numbers, (404) 363-3878 and +1 404-363-3878, ensure direct contact for inquiries and further information.
The environment of Lakeside Mobile Home Community is a key attractive feature, setting it apart in the "RV parks near me" category for long-term residents. As its name suggests, the community boasts a "lake," which likely contributes significantly to the aesthetic appeal and provides a serene backdrop for residents. The park is described as "clean" and recently having "repaved the whole park and it looks incredible," indicating a commitment to maintaining a pleasing and well-kept physical environment. A reviewer explicitly states, "All the homes have space between them," which is a crucial aspect for mobile home residents seeking a sense of privacy and less density than often found in other housing types. This spacing contributes to a more open and comfortable living experience. While specific details on the surrounding natural landscape of Ellenwood aren't provided, the community's internal environment with its lake and well-maintained grounds suggests a pleasant and visually appealing place to reside. The overall impression is one of an organized and cared-for community, where residents take pride in their properties, as indicated by the comment that "the people who live there seem to keep their properties up."
Services offered at Lakeside Mobile Home Community are designed to enhance the quality of life for its residents. The presence of a "pool" (and even "three swimming pools" according to one review, suggesting multiple aquatic options or possibly a primary pool with smaller satellite ones) is a significant amenity, providing recreational opportunities and a place for residents to cool off during warmer months. This is a considerable advantage for those seeking more than just a place to park their RV or mobile home when looking for "RV parks near me." The community is notably "child and pet friendly," indicating policies and potentially facilities that cater to families and pet owners. This includes a "playground" for children, which fosters a family-friendly atmosphere and provides dedicated spaces for kids to play safely. A highly convenient service mentioned is the "bus stop right at the entrance," offering easy access to public transportation, which is invaluable for residents who rely on it for commuting or accessing local services. While a common issue in many areas, one review notes "misunderstanding with management at times" but also acknowledges that for the area of Georgia it is in, "you have to expect that," suggesting that while communication might occasionally be challenging, it's not seen as a debilitating issue. The community's strong sense of neighborliness, where "everyone looks out for each others children," acts as an informal but invaluable service, creating a supportive network among residents. The accessibility of management via phone at (404) 363-3878 and +1 404-363-3878 is also a fundamental service.
The features of Lakeside Mobile Home Community contribute to its identity as a desirable place to live. The presence of a "lake" is a standout feature, offering scenic views and potentially opportunities for lakeside relaxation, even if specific recreational uses of the lake are not detailed. The "pool" (or multiple pools) and "playground" are robust recreational features that cater to diverse age groups, particularly families. The newly "repaved the whole park" is a significant infrastructural feature, enhancing ease of movement and the overall aesthetic of the community. The fact that "All the homes have space between them" is a crucial design feature, promoting privacy and a sense of individual property even within a community setting. The community's explicit "child and pet friendly" nature is a policy feature that broadens its appeal to a wide demographic. A particularly strong feature, consistently highlighted by residents, is the "very friendly neighbors" and the strong sense of community, where people "look out for each others children." This social fabric is a powerful intrinsic feature of the park, creating a supportive and enjoyable living environment. One reviewer's strong statement, "I feel this is not and is more of a community," underscores the success of the park in fostering a true neighborhood feel, transcending the typical perception of a "trailer park." While one review mentions "occasion break-ins" and "stray dogs running around," it frames these as expected issues for the area rather than unique deficiencies of the park itself, suggesting that the positive features largely outweigh these occasional challenges.
Promotional information for Lakeside Mobile Home Community would strategically leverage the strong positive feedback from current residents, targeting those searching for "RV parks near me" or affordable, community-oriented mobile home living. Key selling points would include the "clean" and newly "repaved" park, highlighting the management's commitment to maintenance and aesthetics. The prominent features like the "lake, pool and very friendly neighbors" would be central to any marketing campaign, along with the "child and pet friendly" environment and the convenient "bus stop right at the entrance." Testimonials directly quoting residents' satisfaction with the community's safety, enjoyment, and neighborly spirit would be highly effective. The statement "All in all you can't go wrong by living here" is a powerful endorsement that should be featured. Promotions might showcase families enjoying the amenities, children playing in the playground, and the serene lake views. Seasonal events or community gatherings could be highlighted to reinforce the strong community bond. For those looking for long-term "RV parks near me," the park could be positioned as a stable, affordable alternative to apartment living, offering a sense of ownership and community that other options might lack. The accessible phone numbers, (404) 363-3878 and +1 404-363-3878, would be prominently displayed to encourage direct inquiries. The overall message would be to present Lakeside Mobile Home Community as a welcoming, well-maintained, and vibrant place to call home in Ellenwood, GA, where residents find both comfort and camaraderie.

Lakeside Mobile Home Community Reviews
I have there for about 3 or 4 years now and it is a great place to live! The park is clean with a lake, pool and very friendly neighbors. They just repaved the whole park and it looks incredible. All the homes have space between them and the people who live there seem to keep their properties up. It is child and pet friendly with a bus stop right at the entrance. All in all you can't go wrong by living here.
Sep 26, 2017 · Craige ArnoldI have lived here for a year with my daughter I feel that it is a safe and enjoyable community to live in ,besides the occasion break-ins, stray dogs running around and misunderstanding with management at times for the area of Ga it is in you have to expect that. The neighbors are very friendly it is kid friendly with a playground and three swimming pools, my daughter has made a lot of friends and everyone looks out for each others children. I have always said I would never live in a tailor park I feel this is not and is more of a community.
Jun 03, 2014 · Traci ShermanNice community to live in. They hired a new manager about a year ago who is much better than the previous one. Management and ownership seem to care about the upkeep of the park and keep it as clean as possible. Community is pet and family friendly. Also the lot rent is much more reasonable than many other communities I researched around Atlanta.
Jul 09, 2015 · John WhitcombPeople in the office are racist towards latinos. Especially Mickey or nicky whatever her name is. Do not move here! They are so disorganized and lose your paper work and try and charge you extra because they lost it. They treat you like a child instead of a customer. Take your money else where! This community is a hell hole and its nasty and infested with roaches and rats but they charge you for pest control. You will regret moving here!
Jul 23, 2018 · Jewel SThe employees here are racist towards latinos and give you the hardest time when you want to move in! The "park" is falling to pieces and the manager is always using any excuse to fine you. Bob love should really look into who he hires to represent his company.
