Landmark Manor Introduce
For local users in Pevely, Missouri, exploring housing options and potentially searching under the category of "RV parks near me," it is important to consider various residential communities, including mobile home parks like Landmark Manor, located at 906 Peggy Dr, Pevely, MO 63070, USA. While primarily designed for mobile homes and long-term residents, understanding the environment, services (as perceived by residents), and features of such parks can offer valuable insights for those who might be considering extended RV living or are interested in the broader housing landscape of the area. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Landmark Manor based on the feedback available from its residents.
The environment of Landmark Manor, based on the provided reviews, is described positively in terms of community atmosphere. Both reviewers express enjoyment in living within the community, with one stating, "We do enjoy living here in the community" and another affirming, "The community is such a great place to live." This suggests a neighborly and pleasant social environment, which can be a significant factor for long-term residents, including those who might consider residing in an RV within the park if permitted. The proximity to various amenities ("close to everything") is also highlighted as a benefit, suggesting a convenient location for residents in terms of accessing local services, shopping, and other necessities.
In terms of services and features, the reviews provide significant insights into the management, particularly the manager, Casey. Both reviewers offer high praise for Casey, describing her as "great to talk to and deal with," "on top of making sure the community is kept clean and well maintained," "one of the easiest people to deal with," "caring and understanding," and "absolutely the best around!!!!" This overwhelmingly positive feedback indicates that the on-site management is a major strength of Landmark Manor, contributing to a positive living experience for residents. Casey is credited with making the home buying process straightforward for new residents and being attentive to the community's upkeep. This strong management presence can be a crucial factor for anyone considering long-term residency, as it often translates to a well-organized and responsive living environment.
However, the reviews also raise concerns regarding the cost of living, specifically the lot rent and the services included within that rent. One reviewer mentions that the "lot increase this year was a little excessive," although they acknowledge that this might not be Casey's fault. The second reviewer is more critical of the "pad rent," describing it as "totally ridiculous" for what is perceived as just a concrete pad. A significant point of contention is that "nothing is included in the price" of the lot rent. Residents are responsible for their own yard maintenance, as well as paying separately for water, trash, and sewer services. The increasing nature of the rent each year is also noted as a concern. This financial aspect is a crucial feature for prospective residents to consider, as it directly impacts the affordability and overall value proposition of living in Landmark Manor.
While the positive community atmosphere and the exceptional management are significant features of Landmark Manor, the financial aspects related to lot rent and the lack of included services are important counterpoints raised by residents. For individuals considering long-term residency, whether in a mobile home or potentially an RV (if permitted), it would be essential to weigh these factors carefully. The convenience of the location ("close to everything") is another positive feature that adds to the community's appeal.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the reviews. There are no mentions of special offers or incentives for new residents. For local users interested in potentially residing at Landmark Manor, whether in a mobile home or considering a long-term RV setup (if allowed), the best course of action would be to contact the management directly at (636) 475-5522 or +1 636-475-5522. Inquiries should focus on current lot rental rates, the specific services included (or not included) in the rent, policies regarding RVs and the availability of suitable lots with necessary hookups, and any other fees or regulations that might apply. Understanding the full financial implications and the park's policies on different types of dwellings is crucial for making an informed decision.
In conclusion, Landmark Manor in Pevely, MO, appears to be a community with a strong sense of neighborliness and exceptional on-site management, particularly through Casey. Residents appreciate the community atmosphere and the convenient location. However, there are significant concerns raised about the cost of lot rent, the fact that essential utilities and services are not included in this rent, and the yearly increases. For local users searching under "RV parks near me," Landmark Manor, as a mobile home park, likely caters to long-term residency rather than short-term RV stays with typical amenities. Anyone considering living in Landmark Manor, whether in a mobile home or potentially a long-term RV (subject to park policies), should carefully consider the positive aspects of community and management alongside the financial implications and the services provided. Direct communication with the management is essential to obtain comprehensive and current information to determine if Landmark Manor meets their specific needs and expectations for long-term living.

Landmark Manor Reviews
Casey is great to talk to and deal with. We bought our home a year ago and she made the process very straightforward for us. She’s on top of making sure the community is kept clean and well maintained. My wife and I think the lot increase this year was a little excessive but we realize that’s not her fault. We do enjoy living here in the community because it’s close to everything and we do have an awesome Manager!!
Dec 03, 2024 · Steve HendrixCasey is one of the easiest people to deal with. She does her best to try and satisfy everyone. She can only do what she is allowed to do. She is very caring and understanding. She is the best for sure. The community is such a great place to live. Now I do have to say the pad rent is totally ridiculous on how much we have to pay just for a concrete pad, nothing is included in the price. We have to take care of our own yard, (which I don’t mind doing that) but we have to pay for our own water, trash and sewer. Now I know this is not Casey’s doing at all, but for the price, something should be included. And every year the price goes up. Other than that, we love Casey and our community. She is absolutely the best around!!!!
Dec 02, 2024 · Kari HendrixIt marks almost three years that I lived in Landmark Manor. Most trailer parks are full with craziness this one is definitely not! I love living here for that reason. I feel safe . Casey is AMAZING!!!! She works with you and definitely gets things done. She stays on top of things. The only downfall I would say is raising the rent each year. There should definitely be a cap on that. That’s the only thing I can say I honestly don’t agree with.
Dec 15, 2024 · Jennifer VetteGreat place to live. Have lived here for 11 years. It's a pet friendly neighborhood with nice lots an nice homes. The office lady Casey is spot on. She gets right on any issue an gets it solved now. The maintenance team is great.
Dec 06, 2024 · Gary DavisI just moved into Landmark Manor in June of 2024, Casey the park manager and her team has been a pleasure to work with. I’ve had to put in a couple service requests and they are usually out the next day to look at what needs to be fix. They do what they can to fix the problem as quick as possible and I appreciate that.Keep up the good work!!
